Great place to shop for what I need. Helpful and friendly staff too. If I dont see what I need the staff is always helpful locating what I need.

Things have changed in attitude towards valued customers. They used to hold things for us mountain people since its a hundred mile round trip. only hold items for one day. Like everywhere else prices are escalating and theyre out of the things that I wanted anyway. I will have to buy local that have the product.

Horrible experience. Called here to see if they had a propane hose with the regulator and they said they did have some in stock. I went to this location seen that all the employees were busy on the cash registers so I decided to walk around and see if I can find it myself, which I was unable too. I went back to the front and seen a long line and felt that I didnt have to wait in line to ask a question. I seen a employee walking to the front so I asked him where can I find this product. He tells me which aisle but it wasnt there. I ask again, he tells me that if they had that product, thats where it would be then tries to dismiss me. I tell him I called up here to make sure your store had the hose and who ever was on the phone said that they had a few in stock. At this point I can feel his attitude towards me. The employee tells me Ill help you after I finish here but in a rude way. He walks to the back not the aisle where he told me came back up after 2 or 3 minutes with the hose. After all of this I get home hook up the hose and its doesnt work. I believe it is some sort of pressure issue or it could have been the wrong kind of hose but the employee didnt ask me any questions regarding what I was using it for and I assumed that all of the hoses are the same.

This is a great location with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I choose going to this location because they are loaded up with product and they are not so crowded as the other locations. Prices are great, product is good, and they have a great selection to choose from. Automotive, house, various types of projects you need to accomplish, they have the tools and accessories to get things done. Always having great sale items, and free items as well. They are having a big sidewalk sale this friday. So go stop by and see whats in stock for you.

The employees are very helpful here. We were looking for a platform truck. Unfortunately, they were out of stock as the employee informed us. We were also looking at a hand truck that can convert to a platform truck. He noticed the display they had out on the floor had a pin missing. He went into the warehouse to find one that had both.

Have a lot of tools you dont find everywhere else. Inexpensive prices but sacrifice quality. But regardless still good for the person who uses them once in a while.

Always a good place to go when you have a couple hours and a couple hundred dollars to spare. Good quality tools for the prices, some a cheap and you get what you pay for then on the other hand I purchased some impact sockets over 15 years ago and they still work great.

Well the business was busy.. a little too busy for just one register to handle which they had at first, but rectified immediately once suggested by a frustrated consumer..no names mentioned 😉🤫.. Great attitude from employees including the Manager, busy retailer and adequately staffed, outside establishment looked clean. Great prices for useful items!

Not always the cleanest, and parking is a chore, but overall a good place for bargain imported tools and supplies. I wouldnt recommend buying here for professional work, but for the average DIYer, there is a good selection of tools. Painting supplies, gloves, pneumatic tools, hoists, electrical. All good prices, not the best quality on everything. Staff is always helpful and the line moves pretty fast, but it can get crowded.

Decent prices, decent quality. Some stores have better customer service than others. Overall a good place to find tools.

Very good customer service. If you like tools, youll love this place. Get on their email list and youll always have coupons that make a good deal even better. They also have different range of tool quality, and you have to decide whats more important to you, quality or budget. Even the lower priced hand tools have a life time warranty.

Harbor Freight is not a box store.It is not even a store.harbor freight is a location, a shop.This is where craftspersons find themselves when they do not want to pay too much to get tools they need for hard jobs. This used to be a well guarded secret. Great variety of tools, great layout.Very nice staff and prices.

Its the Harbor Freight. Tools have progressively gotten better over the years. I still own several 15+ year old tools that are still fully functional.I just wish they offered U.S.A. made products.

Too many missing items. Less than helpful staff.

They need to have more check stands open. I see several employees walking around that dont look all that busy. This has been getting worse at this location. When the lines are long open up the check stands. I have put down my purchase and gone elsewhere several times and seen others do the same. Other times I turn around at the door. I love shopping here. Have for years. I hate to see their is no sense of urgency.

Harbor freight is a good place to go for some decent tools. They are not the best quality you can buy but if you are just a home owner or don’t use your tools every day all day then this is the place to go. They have a wide selection of tools and equipment all at great prices.
