My wife was here for contacts and had such great service provided by her eye dr and she also received service by Emily. Emily is so KIND and amazing! She is very good at what she does! She’s very awesome, and so helpful. She told us what is the best option based off our eyes and all of the run down. I was also helped by Emily with my glasses personally and had great service!!!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Amy and Mari for their help! I spoke to 3 other Target Optical’s about a situation I had and they weren’t able to help me out. Went in person and spoke to Amy and Mari and they were able to take care of things. I was finally able to order my contacts. I was on the verge of leaving Target Optical after almost 10 yrs but after Amy’s and Mari’s help I will continue to be coming back! Give these ladies a raise for their great customer service!

I was traveling. I had realized I forgot my daily lenses. The receptionist was kind, very helpful, and even squeezed me in for an appt. I really appreciated the help with a trial set. I ended up ordering a years worth. I saved $470 over last years costs for an exam and annual supply of daily wear contacts. It was great service at great prices!

The staff is always so nice! It was extremely busy when I arrived, but they were super nice when they got me in. Maricela helped me pick out a pair a pair of Calvin Kleins with the newest transition lenses and love them. I will definitely be coming back!P.S. if you treat the staff with respect, they will treat you with the same respect you give them. I was stunned by how many people were so disrespecting and the ladies were still being extremely pleasant.UPDATE: Maricela just helped me order the newest Xactive transition lenses! Super excited to get them!

I had a great experience at this office for my contact lenses needs. Nicole was very sweet. I have always had a hard time wearing my contact lenses, even after my first training somewhere else before, but she was able to train me on how to do it very quickly. I also appreciate Dr. Garcia Flores. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!

Poor customer service. Pahoua Vue is the worst. I would recommend calling in before and make sure to not get her. She is so rude and rushed trough the whole eye exam.

They had me on hold for 30 mins just to hang up on me. 😤😤😤

Erin and Nicole were so helpful and sweet. We laughed and had a grand time and they were patient whike I tried on like 20 different pairs of glasses before finally settling. Professional, clean, welcoming, huge selection to chose from and staff is top notch.

The target optical located in River Park has some of the best selection of frames at an afforadable price. The staff is friendly and always willing to help choose your best frame to fit your style. I would highly recommend getting your next pair of glasses here!
