The staff at LensCrafters Fresno is awesome. Jennifer and Ally are so customer focused and took the time to answer all my questions and help me through my issues. Dr Patel and Dr Jackson were wonderful and so patient with my contacts and new eyeglasses. I highly recommend them.

Everyone was so fun and friendly. Where’s the drinks?! The Dr was amazing, knowledgeable and addressed my concerns! Justin took care of me and got me a great pair of glasses and they where ready same day! Never had my glasses completed so quick!! Five star service!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Danell was an amazing help! This was the easiest, fastest and most enjoyable experience getting glasses EVER. (And Ive had glasses since I was 12.) She was very helpful, honest and had an awesome personality and sense of humor! Definitely coming back to see them again.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, I came in for a nose pad repair and they were able to help me immediately and I was out the door with clean, repaired, and adjusted frames in less then 10 minutes. This saved me so much time and money. I highly suggest coming here for frames, it is well worth the cost.

There was a major discrepancy (over $400 worth) between the price originally quoted to me and the final price. Dakota and Joyce were very diligent in resolving the issue, following proper procedures, and I was charged the original low price that was quoted. I appreciate all that they did to make my visit to LensCrafters an enjoyable one.

Honestly, he seemed like the nicest person there.Besides this rep, the people here in general were very professional, even when snarky people came walking in, acting like they were above everyone else without their masks... even their daughter pointed out Didnt you see the huge sign that says you must wear a mask?. They handled these people very professionally. Major cudoos to them. Will come back again.They also have a sale going on right now for half off lenses with purchase of frame.

I was very pleased with the service I received, Justin started my exam he was professional and made me feel very comfortable Dr. Avani Patel spoke to me about eye imaging and my sight so that I understood my vision. Then Joyce fitted me and helped me get the most for my money. Ive been wearing glasses for 61 years I have never had a more comfortable and thorough exam

I felt welcomed from the second I walked in and was greeted in such a friendly manner from the manager, Jennifer who immediately addressed my questions and concern. Every employee was knowledgeable and friendly as well! Danell and John both helped my find a perfect pair of glasses. I will now make Lens Crafters my go to spot for glasses and contacts moving forward. Honestly, you can get glasses anywhere but this type of service makes you feel great!!

I always get great service at the Fresno LensCrafters. For instance, today I visited because the glasses I purchased last month were not comfortable on my face. Even though I was a couple of days outside the 30 day return window, the manager was kind enough to let me pick another pair. Im in the customer service business and I appreciate this kind of service. I have a couple of friends who referred me to another major eye retailer (Stanton) and when I visited that business it was dirty and the selection of frames were mostly non-branded and just as expensive as the Ray Bans I purchased for my daughter and myself. I went to LensCrafters later that afternoon and the store was clean and I recognized many of the employees from previous visits to the store. Employees that stay are usually happy with where they work and I appreciate seeing familiar faces. Thanks Fresno LensCrafters for another great visit!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The process was quick and easy. Though it was a pretty expensive without insurance. I paid well over $800 for the exam and 2 pairs of glasses.

Great experience, walk-in guest, felt comfortable, staff was friendly, greeted me, kept store clean, sanitized, socially distanced, professional optometrist, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, sales associates provided me with options and walked me through pricing, great hours, electronic communication was awesome, glasses ready fast, ones that took time are being shipped to a closer store to my home which is convenient. Ways to improve are updating and upkeeping restroom, stocking more lens options to provide same day service on all products, additional optometrist because this nice lady seemed to be overloaded with clients.

Great doctor. The tech and the Dr are both very friendly. They answered all my questions without making me feel like I was being unreasonable, asking dumb questions or asking too many (Some techs and/or Dr’s do that). I love the huge selection of frames; they have designer frames and they have their own brand at a more affordable price (that resemble the brand names very closely). They have the options I needed (progressive bifocals & blue screen protection). Overall I’m happy. I’ve been going there for 4 years. Appts are very easy to make online, by phone, or as a walk in. The Only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because there are more inexpensive places to get glasses.

All the staff was very nice!! I appreciate them taking me in as a walk-in and still having prompt service. There selection of frames is really good too.

Dr. Patel was great. She confirmed what I had suspected all along, that the prescription in my frames did not match what was medically prescribed by another Optometrist at another facility. My new prescription frames were ready within 24 hours during the holidays which is something I have never experienced in all my years if wearing glasses. My only suggestion is that they inform potential clients that VSP is out of network given services are covered differently than with in-network providers.

This was my first time going to LensCrafters. I was helped by Angie and she was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me find the right frames and lens. I would recommend LensCrafters.

I didn’t have to wait long to be seen however there were so many frames to look at to decide while waiting that I had the time to pick out the frames I did want before being seen. Very nice staff and very friendly environment. Will be returning. :)

Horrible experience here. paid for glasses waited for two weeks didnt get any glasses still. Called once all I got was just wait for the text as a answer. Showed up to check cuz my girl was getting contacts guy was rude about it and said well ull be getting a text. All for the next day to tell me that my glasses are not coming in due to frames. They didnt even call me as a customer they called my girl who is not on my insurence or connected on paper work. If they really checked why didnt they tell me my frams were not going to be available. The first time I called and first time I showed up before. FIRST TIME AT LENSCRAFTERS AND LAST.

Excellent service, competitive prices considering I had insurance. Lenscrafters is fully prepped for the challenges were faced with this pandemic.Theyre always cleaning surfaces and everyone wears a mask. I couldnt physically see any employees smile but the way they greeted and interacted with me they must of been smiling ear to ear.I had an appointment where I wasnt waiting no more than ten minutes, and that was with a very active environment.The Optometrist was very knowledgeable and helpful. Im looking forward to my new prescription glasses.

I tried to be a customer here but I was treated as if I was a robber there to clean them out. I was asked for my prescription and vision insurance upon opening the door. The mean man wouldnt let me in the freaking door to browse and see if I wanted to change from Eyeglass world across the street. Never! Ill stick with Eyeglass World. Better customer service.

Horrible Customer Service! I have been a customer since 2015 and never had a problem until now. I needed new contacts, but you cannot order them without a new eye exam, so I had one and dropped $600 out pocket for contacts and exam. The prescription was to strong, so I came back to get it adjusted. The front counter girls started shaking their heads when I presented my problem, no solution was given, and my problem was not acknowledged nor resolved. They made me feel like I made the mistake. I knew my prescription I just could not order it without a new eye exam. I ended up walking out of there and leaving $600 dollars’ worth of contacts. I ended up going to a local eye doctor paid for another eye exam and got the correct prescription with better service.

I would like to share my experience today I went to lens crafters to see about getting some glasses I never thought I would walk out with my order so soon Layla was the young lady that help me she made my day she went out of her way to get me the best deal possible I will not go any whare else thanks Layla your the best

The restroom needs to be clean. This was not an one time thing. The restroom needed to be clean last year when I was there. But beside that the staff did an great job.

Worst experience ever. I will just state the facts, after my glasses screening which I had to insist upon bc they just wanted to match my contact prescription, the glasses were horrible. Only to find out they still went with the contact prescription regardless of the outcome from the exam! I was forced to go back 8 times!! They failed to fix my prescription 8 times (I am including to day I took the glasses bc I decided to settle rather than have them attempt to fix it yet again). The dr who refused to do the exam and gave me the same prescription was so wrong according to the second opinion that the 2nd dr told me not to attempt to drive with those glasses. I had to do my own research to discover that my eyes do not pick up the material they used correctly and had to get plastic. Upon my request to be made in that manner the associate told me that the glasses would be huge and I should be concerned with the look! I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone, to go here for anything to do with glasses. Its truly sad in my opinion that customers need to do their own research to discover answers the experts wouldnt even consider. I wouldnt recommend anyone waste their time.
