It would really enhance my purchase experience if, when I call seeking information, I can speak to the same person twice so that I can get the information. “Call back another day when the other guy is here” isn’t an answer to the questions I have and not useful at all. A pretty frustrating experience in my opinion that only one person who works there has the answers to simple questions, like “do you still have that car in inventory?”And they haven’t sold me a car so I can’t talk about that part of the customer experience. What I *have* experienced twice at different locations is “we don’t have the one you want, but we have one almost just like it with only a few thousand more miles on it”. I think there’s a name for that.

Although I knew for more than a year that I was going to buy a new car, for various reasons it took many months for all the planets to align just right so that I could actually go to the dealership and choose one. During all that time, including quarantine, the Enterprise sales rep very patiently checked in on me every now and then to see how I was doing. When the day finally came and at long last we met in person, he located the perfect car for me in less than an hour, and at a very reasonable price. The transaction was completed quickly and efficiently, and I am delighted with my purchase. I will gladly recommend Enterprise to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

This is the first time after buying a lot of cars in California from Sacramento to Fresno that the salesperson did not pressure me for a down payment and did not stress me out. The easiest and BEST vehicle purchase experience Ive ever had. Alex (salesperson) also said he can deliver my car to the house and I did not have to go into the office. It was unbelievable, even my kids did not believe me when I said I was approved without a down payment at all. Ive received calls from the big car dealerships and also received pre-approved checks but they all asked for a down payment if not, I can call them back when I have one. This dealership or car sales place are 100% better than the big dealerships Ive ever dealt with. Thank you Alex for not stressing me out and not harassing me for a down payment. This was my first time buying at Enterprise. For several months before I purchased my 2020 Rogue I rented one and drove it for several days before making up my mind that this was the car I wanted. Then when I was ready I contacted their sales office and spoke to Andrew. I made an appointment and when I went in he had everything ready. I also got a good price for my car to trade in. When I picked out the one I wanted (it was in Sac) he arranged for me to test drive it when he brought it down to Fresno. Then it was a simple matter of signing the paperwork and it was done. I went in to purchase a vehicle and as soon as we drove up, an associate was outside waiting for us. He was very informative and helpful. He even stayed late, due to me arriving an hour before closing, but he was there every step of the way and it was greatly appreciated. If your purchasing a Super Duty truck, your better off buying it from Enterprise Truck Sales - Sacramento.They are much more knowledgeable and will deliver the truck to you at the same price. They also have access to more trucks. I have bought trucks from both locations, and the experience is much better from Sacramento in terms of following up, returning calls / emails , dealing with one person etc.

This was the best car purchase experience Ive had in the past 20+ years. Its all about customer service here. The total price you pay is what you see on the sticker of the car. They dont compel you to take any additional warranties or insurances on the vehicle (but they do have some great offers). Craig, the area manager, and Alex, the car sales rep, both made our purchasing process quick, painless and easy. Both are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I drove over an hour to get here in my minivan with my four kids not expecting to get the car that evening. After my test drive and paperwork were completed, Craig and Alex offered to drive my car home for me (take note that their office was already closed by now and I live over an hour away!). When we got to my home, they parked my car in front of my home and told me that they gave me a free, full tank of gas! That was a pleasant surprise. He was more than happy to handle most of the questions and information gathering process via e-mail which was super amazing for me personally! Alex was great to buy a car from. The car came from another location he kept me updated on its arrival date. The day it arrived he gave me a call to come and see the car.The only thing Im not really happy with is the car a few deep scratches on the hood and they only offered to send me to the car dealership for an estimate. I have been shopping for my dream car for 6 months. I decided to use my AAA to see if I could find my car. I found it and was immediately in love it was perfect and about $2000 below Kelley Blue book. Enterprise contacted me and set up a time to talk about my trade-in. I did the Kelley Blue book to see what my trade in was worth. When I went up to Fresno they were able to match Kelley Blue book trade in exactly( I did have to ask the manager to check the numbers they missed a couple of upgrades which earned me $400 dollars). I went in there just to get prices and ended up leaving with a new Toyota Corolla Se. Love the car it get 40 miles to a gallon on the highway using full synthetic oil. The staff was not pushy at all not like a dealership. Definitely recommend you buy a car there you will not regret it.

My 1973 Ford Bronco is tired and has been in the shop for repairs more than usual so it has been about time to buy a new car. I have been searching the Enterprise rent a car sales and seen some good deals. I had talked to one of your reps, Josh in your Fresno office and advised of my interest and explained that I have no way of going to view what they had to offer because of my Bronco being at the shop for repairs. Josh said no problem that he could pick up my husband and I to see if we can then drive ourselves home with a purchase the same night. Ive just purchased my second Enterprise used vehicle and I couldnt be happier. Enterprise has fair prices, decently maintained vehicles, and the customer service with Joshua and Damien was excellent. They helped me get financing with rates 4% less than my credit union offered, and even gave me a lift back when I traded my vehicle in. I love my 2018 Nissan Altima and will definitely go to Enterprise first when I shop for my next car.

Their year-old used cars were priced higher than brand-new car prices across the street. They wouldnt budge either. I dont know what theyre thinking. Theyre sales dept said they locked in to those prices. Im sorry to say. I bought from them before.

Service was great. Originally had reserved a small SUV, but after talking with my attendant Miguel took the time to ask about my weekend plans, he suggested I switch to a different vehicle. Turns out he was right, and my trip would have suffered otherwise. He was very helpful, and I updated him on how the trip went. The staff here is always friendly, and easy going.The only downside is the size of the property is too small for a rental place. It is difficult to get into with only one access on to a very busy street. The staff is always playing musical chairs to get cars to the maintenance shed, and check in/out. This ends up being frustrating for staff and customers alike. It would be nice to move to a bigger site in the same general area. Because of this annoyance, sometimes Ill go with another rental company. Only reason Im taking one star off.

In my research for a specific vehicle, Enterprise Car Sales by far had the best prices and low milage. After speaking with the very helpful sales team where the one I wanted was located, I opted to have the vehicle transferred into my state to make all the emmissions and titling process easier. All the staff at both locations I dealt with Enterprise Car Sales made it as painless as possible to get the car I wanted.

I went knowing which car I wanted and even though it wasnt on their lot they helped me get it. They even went so far as to drive 3 or more hours away and deliver the car to me at my house. They made it so easy and were really great guys. They gave me a lot of options and made sure I was getting the car I wanted. This is my second time buying a car from Enterprise and I would highly recommend them.

This location is convenient for me, the employees have always been friendly and courteous. The only thing that Im not happy with is that the cars are not very clean. It could be because cars are being returned as your waiting for them. Ive worked at a car rental place at the airport and our cars were left super clean. Sometimes a person has to wait over an hour for a car. I feel your rental should be ready and available at your reserved time.

Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. They dont come off too strong like other places but the only issue is when you try to leave to see what other options are out there, they try to keep you there. Then theyll use whatever tactics to have you go inside to figure financing or show you different color options if thats not the color you liked. I understand thats business but when its obvious that your partner seems uncomfortable due to the numerous times of politely declining to go inside, that doesnt mean keep trying.

I had done my research to know which make and model I wanted. I was happy to find it at a rental company so that the price was a bit less daunting. When I called I spoke to Damon. He went to the specific car I wanted to check out the features I was curious about. He also arranged for me to use a rental car to come in to look at the car. The car came with a full tank and an exterior wash. I would have preferred that it also come with a good detailing inside since it used to be a rental but I put in that work after taking it home. New car smell without the new car price. So happy with this location and the people there.
