I ended up being there most of the day, but I never felt forgotten. He kept my advised every step of the way. It was a no-appointment walk-in for me but I got a very reasonable wait time and was provided guided updates for all that was wrong With my car. The friendly staff also made the wait easy.Oh and of course free customer WiFi meant I could keep working from the comfy couch in the waiting area.Not a big fan of long wait times but the service definitely eased the wait.

Wonderful experience dealing with Fresno Mitsubishi. The salesman was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very happy with the vehicle. The entire viewing and purchase of the vehicle went very smooth and was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately the vehicle has spent as much time in the service department as it has in my driveway, as the brand new car was found to have an oil leak in my driveway. The service department has continued to state that they are waiting on parts. Overall my experience was great, I just hate the waiting time. I was please to get everything situation and go home with a newer car for my family. Two days later I took my sister in law to get a vehicle. And that same day she came home with a new car as well. So we are very pleased with our purchases.

Today was my first time getting my car serviced at Fresno Mitsubishi and I received great customer service from Edward. Service was quick and he kept me informed through the morning.

Made an appointment 2 weeks prior. Stated exactly what I wanted done with specific parts specified during the call. Go in early for my appointment. Had to reiterate what I wanted done once checking in because instead of a drain and fill they kept saying flush. After waiting for about an hour I get told they didnt have the filter for the service I requested 2 weeks ago. Waited for a fluid drain and fill for almost 2 hours. Only reason I even came here is i would assume a MITSUBISHI dealer would have standard MITSUBISHI parts on hand otherwise I would have done the simple drain and fill myself. Told car was getting washed came back with dust on it. Complete joke of a service department.

Got an email confirming my appointment to fix a recall but email said to come to Fresno Mazda. Showed up and was told I was in the wrong place. Go to Mitsubishi and the lady at the desk was rude, she didnt acknowledge me or look away from her computer. She said service manager will be right with you. He came and took the car. I dropped off car at 1030 for my 11 appointment. At 230 I still had not gotten a call about the car. I was told it will be ready at 3. I show up at 315 and its still not done. Had to wait longer for them to finish. They brought the car out. It was not washed or vacuumed out. The service person did not explain what they did or fixed on the car. I was handed the keys and signed the paper and left. I will never be back to your establishment or recommend anyone to go there. It was a joke!

As a woman shopping alone, I had a horrible experience here. I went in pre approved and knowing exactly what I wanted but they had a poor selection of Mitsubishi inventory. They didn’t honor their online prices. Prices were $5k-$12k more than advertised online. The salesmen were extremely pushy and were pressuring me to commit to buying a car in a color I didn’t even want at $10k+ more than advertised. I considered driving to Bakersfield to purchase the exact car I wanted then decided not to get a Mitsubishi at all based on my experience here.
