Honest man, honest worker. Bruce is very informative and fair. Apparently my windshield was poorly assembled by the dealership or previous owner. Bruce wasn’t able to do much more besides making sure that my windshield wouldn’t crack any more than it should. As a result, instead of charging $60 for a cracked windshield, he lowered it to $40 for me. Much appreciated Bruce.

After seeing all the nice reviews, I just called Bruce about replacing my window. He let me know that he only does repairs and before I could say thank you, he hung up on me. I get that you don’t have any use for speaking to me after that but can you still maintain your professionalism? Based on this inquiry alone, I won’t ever come or recommend anyone else to.

Bruce replied to my request for an estimate very quickly. He was available to do both my cars the next day. He was on time and it was done quickly. I was in the Fresno State area when I called Bruce in the evening after I had just discovered that my chipped windshield grew into a decent crack. He arrived within 10 minutes. Need I say more?(obviously.) He knows what hes doing. Granted, he doesnt normally fix cracks bigger than a business card (which mine was), he did it for me anyways. This is my second cracked windshield. Point being, get your windshields repaired by him as soon as your windshield cracks!!!! I will be calling him again if it comes down to it. I was sitting in line at Chick-fil-A and staring at my broken windshield and googled repair places. I read reviews and saw Bruce had good reviews so I called. By the time I reached the front window for my order I had got ahold of Bruce and we made arrangements to meet just off of Shaw. Bruce had my window fixed before I even got to finish my lunch. Bruce was actually repairing a chip in my neighbors truck when I asked him to check out a large chip in my windshield. The chip was so large that others were afraid to fix it. It was no problem for Bruce. You can tell hes been doing this for a long time.In the end, Bruce fixed 3 chips for a VERY reasonable price. Chipped windshields are NOT something you want to go cheap on.

Bruce arrived to my home within 15 minutes. I was thankful for His prompt arrival and professional service. I had a crack on my windshield that was getting worse and he fixed it with ease. While he was at my home i had him repair a small cateye chip on a second vehical as well. The best part is that he informed me that my insurance (which i am already paying) should cover the whole cost of the repairs. He immediately contacted them and Within minutes it was over. The way business should be done. Ive had other repairs done on windshields and was really doubtful about how this one would look. Not only does it look fantastic, Bruces came to my home with no extra charge for the service. Took care of all of the insurance work for me. The hardest thing I had to do was sign my name! The lifetime warranty was an added bonus I didnt expect. When I have my next windshield chip or crack I know who I will be contacting--Bruce.
