Irwin was fantastic! I was able to get a quote over the phone and when we pulled up to the shop he started working on our car right away! In and out within 35-40min. Not to mention he kept in mind that my 3yr. Old was with us and it was a hot day. He cooled our car down and asked if we’re ready to put her in. Great customer service . Will definitely recommend them to anyone and also keep them as my go-to!

Great people and very affordable. My windshield cracked in the middle. Called these guys and they were very professional, gave me a quote over the phone, got me in the next day I called and quickly fixed my windshield. Very quick (1.5 hours)! I recommend them and will use them again!

Great establishment, staff is very friendly and professional. They got me an appointment last minute and everything done under an hour. Very happy with the prices and warranty they offer. My only complaint is the weather stripping at the bottom of the windshield looked a little mangled afterwards.

Very happy with the service! It was a holiday weekend so they weren’t able to get to me til Monday but it was first thing that’s day. The service was great... had my windshield replaced and the guy had noticed I didn’t have my cap for my brake Fluid... he was nice enough to go buy me one and put it on for me... the price is a lot better than other places and the wait about an hour like he said... totally recommended... second time here...

I called a few places and was quoted the best price at this place - and its close to my house, so I drove over and had the windshield replaced within an hour. They even cleaned my dash - which is a real plus! Friendly, fast and my window looks great.

Definitely not Quality at all. First time they installed my windshield air was coming in from underneath, and my automatic rain sensor was not working. I had to go back 3 different times just for them to get the windshield on right. Then the top molding was an inch too short. He was to lazy to cut a new piece the correct size so he tried to use a heater to streach the rubber. Brought it back the last time because the molding still wasn’t right and the guy took out the whole piece that the molding connects to without telling me. I called and left messages they are not returning calls a week later. I went by the shop today and they were closed. The reason he doesn’t want customers watching him work is because he’s shady. They cut corners and are unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble. 0 stars basura “trash” service

Great fast friendly and very affordable service!

After calling my insurance and learning that they would not cover the cost of replacing my window after I was robbed, I began calling local shops to get quotes. They were not only able to provide me a quote over the phone, but it was cheaper than the other places I called. They replaced my window the same day and it took less than an hour. I will be visiting again if I have any issues in the future.

I called this place ask him if they fix my type of vehicle he said yes I told him that wasnt Clovis and I was headed over there within the hour he said okay when I got there nobody was there I called the number is it oh you need to make an appointment I said you didnt mention that over the phone when I told you I would be there within the hour that huge letdown poor customer service end up calling another place that was a lot cheaper and better customer service

Worst experience for auto glass. I had an appointment at 330pm on 4/30/19 to have a windshield replaced and I call them left a message stating Im be 5-10min late bc no one pick up. So I drove to the shop on blackstone they were closed and keep trying to call then bc I figured they should have someone there since I had an appointment. Got a call bak 30min later and the guy on the phone tell me there were out and will be back in an 30min by this time it was 410pm. He stated I can wait or come back in 20min and he will be back and we can work something out for waiting. Went home wait for 30min called no response went back to shop and they were still closed about 430pm so yeah wasted my time and got no windshield. I read about a bad review on the shop but I still gave them a chance to work on my vehicle since it was not too far from where I live. Good luck to anyone who goes to that shop.
