From the time I called about a window replacement for my car, had the work done and arrived back home was less than 2 hours! Amazing! Owner was professional, courteous and very accommodating! I’m recommending this business to anyone who needs auto glass repair or replacement. The price was extremely reasonable, which was another side benefit of doing business with J Auto Glass.

Its out of the way, but worth the trip. The guys at J Auto Glass treat every vehicle like their own, most valued possession. They are friendly on the phone, efficient sourcing parts, and quick to schedule repairs. I was able to get my moms BMW X5 in and the passenger window replaced the same day, after calling late in the morning to ask about an estimate. They were far cheaper that Safelite, although I had to take it to them, I needed to save the money more than I needed to save myself the time. If your windshield is the one needing replacing, I understand needing mobile service, but other than that, J Auto Glass is definitely worth the gas.

If I could put negative Stars, I would. I made an appointment at 9:30 am, and I drove all the way from Yosemite, to Fresno. When I got to the building he had a note on his door saying “be back in an hour or two” like WHAT! It’s just astonishing how people act! He literally talked to my boyfriend the day before and made the appointment w him. I’m not sure if he just forgot, or just never wrote it down or put it in the computer! Don’t trust this guy

Got 2 windshields replaced on a diesel truck. They were not to busy. It took less than half an hour I was shocked at how fast it was done. Great customer service and very polite.

Quick and reliable service. Didn’t have the proper piece of glass when I showed up the first time, so they ordered a new one and had it in the next day. When I went back for the install, they were finished within 20 minutes of starting. Friendly employees, would definitely recommend.

I had purchased my own quarter window glass and drove in and asked them to install it for me and the charge was very cheap ($50) compared to dealerships which said they’d charge $200 to install. The staff was friendly and they installed it in less than 15 minutes. I’d definitely go back there for any glass installation needs. Definitely would recommend to others.

Took around an hour and 28 for my windshield to be replaced, 2016 Nissan Altima. Absolutely best value and time in Fresno, would definitely recommend to anyone.
