Ive always had a pleasant experience at this Tireman. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My Dad took me there years ago to get tires for my car and I have been going since. If my Dad trusts them, then I trust them 😊

We were traveling and had a flat tire. Many miles from home and our destination Tireman squeezed us in, evaluated the situatuon(unable to patch) had a tire in stock and got us fixed up and on our way. Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable had us back in the road and at a reasonable price. Outstanding customer service! We were able to carry on and enjoy our day at Kelly’s island. Thanks

During a breakdown, Justin at Tireman and the staff did a great job of getting our car diagnosed quickly. Even though our repair turned out to require dealer-only equipment to diagnose, Kyle gave us a thorough picture of what could be wrong with our engine, explained how the dealer was likely to deal with it, and gave us excellent advice.The staff is friendly and professional. The waiting area was comfortable, and there are conveniently-located fast food restaurants, drug stores, and a convenience store nearby.I dont recommend breaking down on a car trip, but if you do, Tireman is a shop full of helpful folks. They went beyond our expectations and helped us greatly.

The team in Fremont provides excellent customer service. My vehicle is always serviced timely and correctly and they also communicate if other developing defects are noticed. I’ve used this location for years and have never had a bad experience!

If youre doing a tire rotation, mark your tires. They didnt do my drivers side. I told them about it and they immediately took it back in and got it done quick. The alignment they did was good though I can tell a great difference in my car.

I dropped my car off Friday afternoon and I picked it up Saturday with 4 new tires and an alignment. The price was good and the car definitely needed an alignment. The car is driving noticeably better. Good pricing and good service.

We had an older truck so they said they had problems getting off bolts and things. It took over an hour and a half for an allignment. Other than that everyone was really nice.

Exactly service very timely And amazing prices. I dropped my vehicle off jus to get a quick inspection but after I was giving the quote and found it a much better price then the competition it was a no brain and now my ride is back to 100%. Drove home there was no shakes no squeals and it drove as straight as an arrow. Ill definitely be bringing my business back to Tireman auto service.

We were in the middle of a very long road trip and had a flat on the toll road near Fremont, made an immediate exit, put on the spare then called Tireman just before closing. They got us in immediately and replaced the ruined tire. We were back on the road in about 20 minutes. The guys were very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Tireman!

Ive had Tireman Auto Service put tires on 2 vehicles. Both times their recommended tires were dead on. Great handling and smooth riding. Polite, knowledgeable, and good prices. These guys know what customer service is!

Its was great they fitted me in for a tire alignment and while i was there witnessed how they worked as a team and one guy had to talk a customer down bc they were getting upset but they explained and they were happy when they left was a great shop

On the one hand, we scheduled an oil change and a break examination, but didnt get the oil change and got told to come in at a very inopportune time the next day, but they were short staffed and couldnt even do that. On the other, the man working at the counter, Justin, gave us a discount and explained why it couldnt be done at that time. Better than what most wouldve done for sure. 4/5 for making the best out of a bad situation.

The gentleman here are very nice. They do take won’t you explain things to you. I am not from the area but I felt very welcomed with how they spoke with me. The got done what I needed and was quick.

Tireman was the only Chain that had our nonstandard tire in stock same day. We had a flat the day before on our way back to Chicago and it wasnt repairable. The other chain would not have it stock for a few days. We were in and out within 30 minutes and on our way home... thanks to Manager Justin and his excellent crew for giving us relief after our setback!!!

I work for a private EMS company and when things went south with a tire on my ambulance Tireman stepped up and took really good care of me. They put a great tire on at a low price and put the tire on and put my spare back under the ambulance without an extra charge. They were quick, easy to deal with and the staff was very loving and caring of my situation.

I called the day before to see if there was any availability for my car. My e-brake light was on saying it needed service and then Locked up by itself. They were able to get me in the following day. I dropped it off and in about 2 hours they had found what was wrong and fixed my car! Very grateful for Tireman as another place was going to charge me 140 just to look at my car before fixing it. For this reason I Will definitely be back to do business in the future. Thank you again for the friendly and honest service!

Specifically asked for two new tires to go to the front and the current front tires to go to the rear (rotate). Drove away and later realized they overlooked the detail even though clearly highlighted on the work order.

Pretty fast service... The employees are honest and dont try to tell you things are wrong with your vehicle that are not. When I asked questions on my mothers vehicle that she recently purchased from a used car lot here in town, the young man walked us outside, did some looking and explained a couple things to us. Which I appreciated. My mother will not ask.

I always choose Tireman. The Fremont store has professional staff that produce quality work, everytime. Justin was very helpful and gave me a great deal on my 4 tires. Experienced a flat tire while driving the turnpike. Once we got the vehicle to Tireman, they got it in, patched the tire and got us back on the road within a half hour. I was treated courteously and professionally. I appreciate the prompt service that allowed us to continue our trip.

There was a huge complaint from a customer right before I walked in and I can hear her being pushed back into line to wait even though shes adamant her vehicle needed attention for properly being fixed. This was the first red flag, okay, plus called a week ago to have work checked into, drop it off this day they said, same day they said...now it needs additional time, not sure today..last week talked to the dude twice. Too much business here to give quality care I guess. Good luck, not my kind of gamble.

We bought their best tires almost 5 years ago. Took van there to get tires balanced and rotated, and THEY said tires were still under warrantee and shot. Tires had over 10K more than their lifespan. Tires replaced for FREE!!! They will have our business for a very long time!!!

Got my car in fast and the told me it’ll be done within 4 hours it’s taking double

They said my alignment would be about 74 dollars and it was 124, also I picked it up the day after I brought it in and found that they didnt lock the doors. Its a work van with over 30 thousand dollars worth of tools that were sitting over night on main Street. The alignment seems good though.

Did not waste any time getting to the root of the problem and solved it.

I was in and out in minutes. Very competent and friendly staff. They had my tires changed, balanced and mounted and trailblazer down off the lift in minutes. This place was great overall! There seemed to be a little confusion about the specific service that was booked over the phone and initially the charge was more than discussed. It was quickly resolved and the service was prompt. I’m not sure if they are able to put everything in the computer so that may have been the reason for small confusion.

Fast service and good customer service as well only thing I had an issue with was having to put air in my new tires 3 hours after getting them. For what I spent I didn’t think I should have to put air I them right away. But other than that it was good and my car drives like new again.

They give great service. They fully honor their warranties on tires. The premium tire warranty is the best option and I get it every time I need tires. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I had grease all over my car. As I was driving home I noticed the grease outside of my driver door, shifter, steering wheel, and the inside of my car door. I love my car and I was just disappointed that whoever drove my car was so careless.

Final price was a lot higher than quoted. Oh, new cars need this other thing aligned. Extra $30. No mention of this and no written estimate given before work was to begin. To be fair, the work was done very well. I was quoted that the 4 wheel alignment started at $89. Fine, but the upcharge was not mentioned as we discussed the work and they knew the type of car I had (2017) and the extra 30% should have been discussed with me.

The most important reason I left Tireman satisfied is that I felt they were completely honest with me about what needed to be fixed on my car and what could wait for a while. I value knowing that someone wasnt trying to sell me things I didnt need for commission, and I would recommend their service to anyone.

They have done quite a bit of work on my vehicle and I am very grateful that they take time to explain what they find how it can be fixed and given estimate before they do anything and after they do my repairs they explain what they have done they really do keep me in the loop and I like that their associates are very nice

Ive been here several times for mostly tire and alignment work, but was just recently here for an ac check and oil change as well. Each time has been a very pleasant experience. From the staff being extremely helpful and nice, to the very quick service on the issues that I had. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again for things like these.

The Tireman team was fantastic this past week. My car broke down on the turnpike the day before Thanksgiving. They took me in and got me turned around very quickly so I didnt lose any time over the holiday, after Id been turned away by at least a half dozen other places in town. Good work, fast, and honest.

All around scammers that just want your money. And when you try to get a reasoning on why you spent 400$ and the car is still in the same condition they look at you like Fred the flinstone. Heard they brake things on pourpse to keep you in the shop and spend more.

I have had great experience with my local Tireman, never really any issues with the work being done on my vehicle during times we have owned them. I did unfortunately run into an issue with an alignment I had done and was told something was wrong with my steering box and they couldnt figure out why my van was pulling so severely to the left. I paid the $80.00 and drove off after 3 hours wait with a vehicle that I paid to have fixed, not fixed. I decided to call around after a week or so, as Tireman said they would charge me to do another alignment again if they didnt find anything, found another service place to look at my vehicle because the pull was really serious and we were going on a trip shortly. The first thing they found within minutes was a tire with a bulge in it (left front driver). Lost 80 dollars at tireman, plus the money to find problem again at another company who found it in minutes. I did buy warranty for tires and tireman honored the warranty and fixed it for 24 dollars a lot better than a new tire price, i guess. All in, I have over 200 dollars in a tire that was bulging that someone told me was another problem in my vehicle, not to happy about that. In the past Tireman has been good to us about getting us in when we needed and taking care of us how we needed. So I am happy with that. I am set now on going to a local shop who seemed to do a better job at customer service giving us a full look at our vehicle and letting us know what the cost will be before we even ask for service. It just seems more personal, and driving my family around, well, it pretty much is.

The scheduled work was completed and I was able to pick up my vehicle within three hours of having dropped it off . I am very satisfied and will be returning in the future.

I was very pleased with my experience at tireman. Went in for an oil change and they were concerned with a head gasket. They were efficient, had it checked out amd did a radiator flush and I still only paid for my oil change! Very friendly as well.

My low pressure tire light came on while driving down Rt 20, heading towards Fremont. I was lucky to see Tire Man, while I entered into Fremont. (I had purchased my tires at a Tire Man in Toledo)The problem was identified. Air put in my tire. I was able to finish the purpose of my visit in Fremont. Returning in a few hours. Had them switch out my tires(switching to winter). Normally I used Discount Tire but moved about an hour away so i figured id try Tireman.The front desk is very short, not inviting or welcoming at all. The guy working on my tires apparently screwed something up because he came in the showroom to tell his manager he screwed up and has to take all the tires back off the wheels. No I sit in the waiting room questioning if my car will even be safe to drive on the road. They also apparently dont rebuild valve stems on each change like Discount Tire.I had an appt at 12, its now around 130 and still dont even have tires mounted on wheels. This is pathetic and ill never be back.
