Staff not personable or friendly. Seemed irritated by our presence and were too concerned about talking to their friends.

My family and I visited this location in the Westview Shopping Center in Frederick last night . I’ve been in many Baskin and Robbins over the years beginning in Virginia in 1974 and have always enjoyed their ice cream . I have to say our visit tonight was an exception to those positive experiences. First , many of the ice creams were missing labels and those that had labels were incorrect . When asked , the server couldn’t identify the flavor . Were they not properly trained by management? The ice cream was pretty soft and she couldn’t even give us a proper size scoop so we definitely didn’t feel we got our monies worth . On top of all this she didn’t even know what a cake cone or sprinkles were when requested. Again , it appeared to be a lack of proper training . I like so many of the Baskin and Robins ice cream flavors and have previously enjoyed visiting their other establishments , but, tonight was a big disappointment. It definitely makes me less likely to revisit there again .

I hate coming here but haven’t been here for awhile so I decided to go. Ordered a coffee and an ice cream cone... the coffee lid was not all the way on and spilled all over me and in the car !!! And then to top it all off the cone was stale !!!!Never again !!!!

This is a review of the Baskin Robins in Westview Plaza in Frederick MD. Ive loved their icecream since my first icecream cake on my 5th birthday back in 1967. This experience was a supreme disappointment. The icecream was mislabeled, the employee was not helpful in any way. When I asked any question, she would say I dont know. Im confused. When I was a first job employee, I was ALWAYS told, if I didnt know an answer to a customer question, youd say I dont know, but I will find out. Shameful!

Usually great but the past couple times Ive gone theyve given me the wrong flavor :/

Barley have any flavors, always out of stuff, and the staff is extremely rude

I’m doing deliveries for Postmates, I get a decent order in for Baskin Robbins, I show up and am in the store by 9pm. Yes it’s 858. But that’s not 9. I tell the cashier the order (young guy) he says he needs to go in the back to check for toppings that the customer has requested. Comes back a minute later to then tell me that they are closed and he can’t make the order. I tell him, I was in the store by 9 he says “I’ve got stuff to do at home, I don’t wanna stay here” what a great employee to delay and then request that he doesn’t want to serve his customer. I don’t post reviews a lot, but that’s some customer dissatisfaction if I’ve ever seen it. If you don’t wanna work, don’t work, but don’t refuse a paying customer.

Location is small, clean, decent amount of flavors, Rocky Road icecream was delicious.... young male Hispanic server was a bit grumpy, seemed impatient & had an annoyed attitude.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered online personalized cake. Didn’t make. No record of cake. Gave me 2 cakes which I did not want bc that is not what my family likes but there was a party at my house in 30 minutes.Talked to manager a couple of days later. Turns out Problem with email notifications. He gave me several excuses that I did not care about. I wanted a refund. More excuses. Only concern was money and not customer satisfaction.Owner will not call back even after notified by corporate. (Manager snickered when I asked for owner “he won’t talk to you”) turns out, that’s a correct statement.Poor customer service. Rude. Insincere.

Great ice cream flavors, fairly clean location, polite & friendly staff. Experience was ok. Very much concerned with the employee helping me (I ordered 2 scoops on a cone) because he didnt wear any gloves while handling my cone. I asked if his hands were clean, he said they were. but Im very skeptical. I asked for new cone and for the employee to wear gloves...... this was the only issue. This comes down to proper training when handling foods for customers. Otherwise, nice location.

We frequent this location often, both in the morning and later in the day. Always received fantastic service.

I love baskin Robbins. Ice cream is creamy and smooth. And their sundaes are delicious

I was passing through Frederick and saw there was a Baskin Robbins. I’ve been wanting to try the stranger things flavors ever since they announced them, and we don’t have Baskin Robbins where I’m from. We went out of our way just to try these, but when we went in the man who helped us seemed like he’d never even heard of stranger things. I don’t think he knew English well at all, which I would never fault someone for, but it seemed like he could hardly understand what I was trying to order. He definitely didn’t give me any kind of explanation. I asked if they still had the stranger things flavors, and he pointed to a flavor. I asked if they had the specials I had read about and seen on commercials, the butterscotch boat, elevens heaven, anything?? He just shrugged. I kept trying to explain, even pointed to the stranger things items, and he just acted like he had no idea what I was even saying. I’m so disappointed.

Its an ice cream shop...and you only allow five stars? The shop near Westview Plaza should be a ten. Friendly polite staff. Both Dunkin Donuts and BR are housed in this fairly new shop.

Love this duncan donuts / Baskin Robbins. The staff are friendly and the place is always spotless

Overall experience was nice. The staff needs some extra training. The girl helping me was having some difficulty with with my cone. I asked for a single scoop on a cake cone, and got about a half a kids scoop. I managed 2 BR stores out of high school so I knew it was a little light. I asked thats a single scoop? She said yea thats a single. Turned out to be a half a kids 2.5. She took some money off for me so I appreciated the gesture. I probably wont go back for scoops when busters up the street can scoop a little more filling. But for doughnuts and milk shakes I will definitely still stop in. Only reason I made a fuss about it is because 3.50 for a cone is a little expensive, but when I only get a half of a half thats a bit upsetting.

Went in at noon ISO cake for 7yo birthday that day. The young lady created a fantastic unicorn with a rainbow mane & rainbow covered cone horn. Absolutely fantastic job.

My first visit to this was good although they didnt the flavor I wanted. It wasnt too hard to find another flavor since they have so many! The worker there was polite too. And the food options there are a lot cheaper than Im used to playing!

So Im here at this location now and theyre already closed. This location has either the wrong times on google and on their door or they have lazy employees. Ill go with lazy employees because I know for a fact I saw a lady in there as we were pulling up but of course the doors were locked already. This is a poorly managed establishment if youre going to let your employees cost you money and customers because they want to leave early. Ill never come here again and Ill make sure to tell everyone I know in the frederick area to go elsewhere. Way to go.

EVERY.....SINGLE....TIME we go to this location there is an issue. At first we chalked it up to their location being new , but now its clear that there is no training and they simply dont know how to provide good service. I would blame it on the kids that work there but I believe that if youre going to have young adults run your business they should be properly trained and have someone there to lead them to show them how to properly run a businesss. The issues we have encountered, to literally just name a few 1) I asked for a Lava cake Sunday and was told they dont make them, only for me to point out the sign to the staff person. I was advised they didnt even have lava cakes. I went back 3 weeks in a row (we like B&R ice cream) and each time they didnt have them. 2) I have watched staff talk on their phones while guests were being ignored 3) always out of product. (In our visits they have been out of lava cakes, brownies, spoons, hot finger and caramel). Tonight we arrived around 9:15 (they close at 10) and the ice cream was covered. They offered to take our order anyway. I ordered my cone and a to go bowl for my son, they filled my order and covered all the ice cream back up and directed me to pay at the register before my husband could even speak his order. He was so annoyed with constant issues that he decided he wasnt giving them anymore business and he didnt get his ice cream. They didnt have lids for my sons bowl, and there were no spoons out. I understand that you need to start the clean up process before you close but its beyond ridiculous at this location how often they dont have product.

Good place for ice cream and drinks but an inexperienced staff was very slow and unable to make the hot fudge sundaes. Probably just new summer help

Only had 2 workers who didnt know what was going on. They didnt know how to make a milkshake and took about 30 minutes to make 4 orders..
