Ohh I love the sweet frog is ran by Christians, their pricing is Amazon and anytime you go there they have a deal (if you sign up for text) they will text you deals they have... they don’t text constantly so I also like that.....the flavors are Amazon and I love that most flavors are gluten free or sugar free and still taste Amazon.

Exactly what you want from a great froyo shop. They have a good combo of froyo flavors and a very large amount of toppings to choose from as well. The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly!

My family and I love coming here. They have a great selection and even sugar free options. Place is clean and staff is friendly. I believe now the only frozen yogurt place like this in Frederick now. Not sure why some are complaining about the pricing. It’s average for this type of place.

My experience tonight was so disappointing.. I was taking my youngest daughter on our father daughter date. And she asked that I take her to sweet frog which has been her favorite treat. And due to the mask mandate being lifted I didn’t have a mask with me. When we entered we began to get our yogurt but that was when a lady informed me that we needed to have masks, and I informed her that we didn’t have any, to which she replied “we do not either but you need them here.” So although the state mandate has been lifted their policy is a very strict no mask no service still. I was thankful in a way that she spoke to me, so I could avoid supporting a company that is willing to be so unkind to someone and their child over an issue that is no longer a legal mandate.

Came here on lunch break. Waste of time. All the flavors are ice cream flavors like choc/cookie n cream/peanut butter....no real fruit flavors to match the summer/diffrentiate from ice cream/match their fruity toppings. Bummer. The 2 stars are to credit the cleanliness of the location.

They are making everyone wear gloves. Bathrooms are closed and no eating allowed in the store. If someone feels covid is a threat, that someone shouldnt come out for yogurt. The staff is immature. Whispering and turning their backs to customers.To anyone reading reviews before coming here; check out the responses this store wrote to others. They seem to make excuses.

There prices is way to high, My daughter bought one cup of yogurt and it was $11. She gave salesperson $20 and she gave her $6 in change back...

Lots of toppings and great setting. The decorations are nice, and they have a comfy couch. We like to come here specially during spring and summer.

Beware the scale starts at 8 oz with nothing on it. Then when you catch them the owner woman tells you first its expensive, then you have to press zero on the scale, then they notice something it holding the back of the scale down. If you want a refund for the 8 oz extra you just paid for you have to wait until everyone else has been served. No telling how many people get scammed here. Edit: interesting that the response from the company is to call my wife and 7 year old liars......

I went in to get 3 medium cups of ice cream totalling $24, gave the cashier a $50 and Im told we cant pay with a big bill. I get it if its a small amount but why i couldnt get back $26 is just rediculous. I almost had to leave the ice cream. What was suppose to just be a nice drive to get ice cream turns into a whole thing with the cashier on his end. Never coming back to this sweet frog and I will share my experience. During Covid we cant even catch a break while getting a treat. Smh

Definitely recommend for people who visit in Frederick and wanting to eat desert. This probably gonna be one of the best desert place in Frederick. It is very friendly employees and appreciate to help the customers for their requests such as asking to taste by have a mini cup. It’s much delightful and enjoyable. Must visit if even you have some spare time!

I love so many dairy free options. They had 3 of them, raspberry, mango and lemon I Believe was my 3rd choice. Im normally sitting watching my family enjoy their treats. I was so excited thank you for bring in fairy free!!! However....$8 for a small cup of ice cream. #ouch its good but you pay for it.

One of my familys favorite places to go. The staff if super nice and the frozen yogurt choices are amazing. A really fun and cool vibe here. Only complaint is that it can be quite pricey, especially if you add toppings.

This is a lot like most of the frozen yogurt places you can go 2 - plenty of yogurt flavors, and a terrific assortment of toppings. If youre not careful, you can end up with a pretty heavy amount of goodies in your hand and then of course theres always the price. We went on the weekend where the small serving was only $4 for all you could fit in the cup and that was well worth it. This one was family-owned, and the owners are great lady I also like the people that will working there. A good place to take your business to whether or not you have kids but if you have kids then definitively go here.

My granddaughters, wife and I all love this place. Yogurts great, and the toppings you can get have quite a variety. If youre not careful, it can end up a little pricey. But, its really really good. Great place to come with kids.

Cant say enough about this place. Clean, great selection of flavors and toppings, always a friendly face. Very family friendly environment, music selection is one of my favorite. Love sweet frogs and the kids do too.

We have come to the Frederick location on multiple occasions and they are closed (during normal hours) or have hand written signs saying they are closed early. On our last visit they were closed but a few young women (co-workers or just friends of the staff) flew into the parking lot and laid on their horn and went inside while the staff was doing closing duties even though they were closed. Now I dont expect sweet frog to be responsible for every patron that comes to the location however, perception is everything and I dont understand why its always ALWAYS something with this location. We probably wont be returning, very disappointed in the owners, managers and staff.

I like getting dessert at Sweet Frog because I am in charge of the portion and topping . Place is well lit, spacious and clean.

Used to be five star, love the frozen yogurt, the service is good, the new spoons suck. It is sadly enough to make me consider going elsewhere for frozen yogurt.

I went in there 2/6/2019 and I was treated disrespectfully. I had a coupon to redeem and it was a buy one get on free and the lady was agruging with me that I didn’t have one. I plugged in my number and it said I did and she didn’t apologize. Then she got smart with me about how much it had to weigh, but the coupon didn’t say anything about a weight limit. Then when I was paying my friend and I were trying to split it and she said it’s just five dollars. I feel extremely disrespected and I will no longer be going.

Used to love this location. Sadly no fruit that looked edible. 3 strawberries wilted. Raspberries looked stomped on. Blue berries wrinkled. Toppings and yogurt were all geared towards a child not for adults.

Bring back the fruity pebbles! Lucky Charms is inferior as a yogurt topping.

We have gone to this Sweet Frog location many times and it has been a great experience,but this time it was not a pleasent experience.We went in at about 8:50pm and we saw a handwritten sign at the door that said sorry closing at 9:00 not 10:00.We were very confused because we looked at the time on the website and it saids it closed at 10:00.Then we entered and we started getting our yogurt they quickly started to take away the toppings from part of the toppings bar! We were very anoyed but we continued.We saw that there were people that seemed to be friends with one of the staff members.We had a horrible experience.Hopefully the manegers will fix this flaw.Please fix this.

We went to this location because they were closing at 10:00. We get to the store at 8:55 and we found a hand written note saying : sorry we dont close at 10:00, we close at 9:00. The door was still open since it wasnt 9:00 yet. While serving the toppings were been removed. Costumers are first, it was so disrespectful.
