The store opened at 10:30 am, I showed up at 11:29 am and there is a sign on the door that says “ returning at 11:30 am” needless to say I sat for 20 mins.. no one EVER came and opened the store and the phone was conveniently left off the hook! They run this store any kind of way because there is no other hair store in and town and I’d rather take an extra 30 min drive to receive some decent service! They should be ashamed of themselves

I’ve been buying hair products for my daughters and and nieces at this shop for the last 5 years. The new lady in the shop is nice and friendly. The hair products aren’t too overpriced but are more on the high end.

Really going to miss the previous owner Ms. KIM! The new owner seems nice. I have used this beauty supply since 2007. It is the only African American beauty suppy store in frankfort. I like the hair store but think it should stay open a little longer every body gets off around 530 and have to travel to lexington or Louisville for hair uggh
