Clean, well-organized, massive selection. Stay are unfailingly friendly and helpful. You arent assaulted by two hundred different scents, despite that it is a beauty, hair, & cologne supply store, yayy! Prices range from drugstore level to high-end. Oh yeah...you can get make-up done there.

Love this store. They have prestige and drugstore priced cosmetics all in one spot. As well as their house brand, Ulta Beauty, which is comparable to many high end brands at a fraction of the cost. Ulta rewards help earn in store credit for any item and becoming a platinum member helps earn more money. I recommend joining their store rewards to earn more free beauty. Definitely a beauty lovers store. Friendly staff and nice selection.

I have had my hair cut and deep conditioning treatment with Abby for the first time here and it was a nice experience. Abby was super friendly and gentle and i absolutely love her service. Worth it

The staff were super bubbly and sweet the store is super clean and neat. A lady named Leanne is the best she helped me and my mom find product and she took time to explain what the product did and how much it was. She was so much fun it felt like a fun party inside that sore 100 out of 10.

Was looking for foundation for mature women. The ladies in the store helped me choose a foundation and color. They were extremely friendly and helpful.

Their management is great because a lot of product are in stuck. The staff is helpful and friendly Always making sure they can assist you.

I walked in ,no one said hello or can I help you. I walked around almost every aisle and walked past 2 employees multiple times, looking for Nars makeup. Eventually I asked them did they have any Nars makeup and the short white girl said she didnt know so she asked a tall black lady and she said all they had was some Nars blush on the clearance rack. I said thank you and left. I was only in there a few minutes, but the traffic was terrible on I64, backed up and not moving and I pulled off the highway to make a quick stop to get makeup on my way to Shelbyville..which turned out to be a waste of time, so I had to get back on I64 in this horrible backed up traffic, but fortunately it slowly started moving and I eventually made it home 1 hour later

I wish Id gotten the name of the girl who helped me. I went in there with an idea of what I wanted and she patiently showed me several products until I could make up my mind. And I found a mascara Ive been looking for for months!

They had so much stuff most Ive seen in any ulta. Could of spent a long time in the store.

Everyone was friendly, but they were short on inventory. My main reason for the low review is the BEEPING SENSORS!!! Such an annoying experience. I left there, drove to the Lexington store and it was the same. Holy cow! Please do something about that.

Can always spend hours at stores like this (💗Sephora) and Frankforts Ulta was no different. BUT...covid has ruined the best part, as now every single tester bottle is taped shut. Boo. Alas, this store is very clean & friendly.

What can I say? If you love make-up, this is a place for you! The salon is excellent. Ive never had a bad hair experience there. They also have a small clearance section that you can find nice, discounted products that you want (or want to try).

Don’t use the salon for waxing. They don’t know what they’re doing. Abby was awful. I told her exactly what I wanted and she asked me how to do it. Completely incompetent. You’re the professional (supposedly), you should know how to do it. If anything use the Benefit Brow Bar. Just make sure when you call that you’re scheduling with the Brow Bar and not salon, they won’t ask which one you want and assume the salon. Everyone walking away from the Brow Bar’s eyebrows were everything I wanted. Abby made it look like I have two caterpillars on my forehead. I’m so disappointed, angry, and feel like crying.

My daughter had an appointment at the Brow Bar at 5:40. We were late and got there at 5:45. We immediately asked the closest associate if we needed to check in and she told us No, just sit in the chair and wait. I think she (Brow Bar associate) went to the bathroom. At 5:57, I told my daughter to go to the register to ask them to page the Brow Bar associate. She was told, I just saw her come out, she will be there in a minute. One minute later a completely different person came over and told us that because we were late (which we were by 5 minutes) the schedule was very tight and we would need to reschedule. I informed her that we had in fact been waiting for over 12 minutes and no one had been over to assist us. This is TERRIBLE customer service. My daughter and I waited patiently for the Brow Bar associate only to be told because we were late (and had waited for 12 additional minutes) the service could not be delivered. Ridiculous. Between myself and my 2 teenage daughters we spend HUNDREDS of dollars at Ulta. They will not get $1 more from me. This is NOT how you treat loyal customers.

Had a good selection... and prices are reasonable. Had problems with two staff members, who where very rude, and very unprofessional. But the manager called, and was very pleasant, and was very willing to correct our bad experience. Definitely will go back. Love the products, and appreciate the manager , taking the time to look into our problem. Thank you.

I have been to other Ulta stores, and I find this store to be on-par as far as service goes. I normally dont approach staff, because I shop their on a regular basis for most of my make-up, and know where to look. It is a smaller store, so they dont have as many products, which can be a downer if youre looking to try something new. However, for the products that are most common among consumers, I find that they have most everything one is looking for, and keep it stocked fairly well. Most of the time I have had great help whenever I do ask for it.

The least helpful staff of any Ultra Store have ever visited! It was my first time to this Frankfort store and I daresay I will never come back. They just kept throwing glances my way until I asked for help. And even after I did ...I was pointed to the shelf and the sales associate walked away to go talk to her friend. So frustrated.I will wait for the Lexington store to carry the product I was looking for later this month and I am sure I will get great service there.

I promised myself that I would never go in, now I cant wait to go back and it didnt break the bank like I thought it would. I felt like I had a personal shopper when I needed one and all of the privacy I wanted when I didnt need help. The staff is phenomenal.

Absolutely amazing service! I got my hair done yesterday and Im in love with the colors! You only live once, go wild with your hair. Graysun was my stylist and she transformed my hair into art. It went from light brown to hot pink and purple. No damage. No rough ends. Graysun is truly talented. I will certainly be back!

I really dont know what a makeup store should be like but every time I do venture in they always have or know how I can get what Im looking for. The only reasons I didnt give it 5 stars are 1. I dont really know what to compare it to for accurate ratings and 2. Im a guy its just another make up store to me so that said they have always been awesome to me I can only wish the same for you.

Came here to get my eyebrows done about 2 hours ago. I left with a huge junk of my eyebrow missing. My eyebrows are completely uneven and misshapen. It looks horrifying. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here and now I can’t leave the house without putting makeup on my eyebrows, I never write reviews but I am so infuriated right now. Do not go to this salon they don’t know what they are doing!!
