They make up there own hrs I mean if u can’t keep it open close it down

Went in wanting a good fall color that would be easy to lighten. I was helped by a wonderful lady and out the door in less than 20 minutes with everything I needed! I absolutely love the color and greatly appreciate the friendliness and how helpful the associate was!! This is definitely my go to Sally’s!!!

I needed help and asked a woman to help me find a hair extention she told me I could dye the hair extention red and informed me blonde is the one I should get. I have light brown hair. I did as she said and spent 100$ only to have wasted over 30$, on color and 35$ on hair extentions that you cant do that to. I guess thats my fault for trusting someone when I knew nothing of what I was doing. Smh I will never go spend money here again.

I bought a $70 pair of Andis clippers that were terrible. I’ve cut my own hair 2 to 3 times a month for 15 years and generally use cheaper Whal trimmers that have worked well. I know how trimmers should cut and this model drug through my hair making more noise than usual and wouldn’t cut. I took them back to the store literally 3 hours after purchase and the store manager said she had no authority to refund my money and gave me their 800 customer service number. The guy on the phone said “all trimmer sales are final”. I’ll never shop Sally’s again. I will add that the lady running the store was friendly. Her hands were tied by bad store policy.

Needed some help with some hair color for my very dark hair and help with my step daughters hair in terms of straightening serums. The ladies here were helpful, gave some great tips on how NOT to use the products and even found some other things I had been looking for. This place is great! Going back to get a UV nail lamp.

Great trip. Went in for a new hair styling tool, the associate was super helpful and was able to assist me with finding just the right one for my budget. Great selection. Also was able to get some new nail polish at a great deal. Cant wait to learn more about the new rewards program.

Love sally’s products and the employees but i’ve had troubles trying to get there with me working and my father working and due to the fact that they’ve had a broken ac or something for the past month i think . called the store today to make sure they were closing at 5 and an employee told me they were , got there at 4:30 and a sign said they closed at 4 because of the ac.

There were two ladies, a black lady and a muslim lady whom both were being very innapropriate in the store whom did not even acknowledge my presence in the store. They were cussing up a storm and being absolutely disrespectful. The time i went in before, i asked one of them for information on their products and they were really rude to me. I dont think ill be shopping with sallys ever again. Id rather just order my products online than be disrespected.

Great sales lady she helped me get what I needed and then wrote down step by step on what I needed to do to color my hair.

My visit with Sallys was great and Erika was very helpful!

The new manager Brittney has been doing an outstanding job!!! She has turned this store around and Ill be back to buy more.

Store was closed during business hours with no sign. Maybe it was lunch time, but it would have been nice to know, so as a customer I could know when to come back. I drove 20 minutes to shop at this store. I sat and watched 6 customers walk up and have to leave because of a locked door.

Literally the rudest people I have ever met, doesn’t accept Cosmoprof cards even though any other Sally’s does since it’s owed by the same company. Was very rude to my friend about the hair color she chose, gave her a bad look and said, “you need a haircut anyway”, to the point my friend refused to buy anything from there. These people aren’t personal at all, they have an entitled attitude even though they know nothing about cosmetology or how to talk to the public. I will never go there again, place is a joke.

I walked in this store looking for a hair color....i havent decided what to get and soon realized im the only shopper there.....i asked one of the staff something about the volume of hair color developer, she said its just the volume. I asked again, so what does that mean...again she said, just the volume. I dont expect people to know everything, but when you turn your back and hear her giggling, that i dont like. Very unprofessional. And like the place is busy.....

As soon as I walked in the door the employees asked me if I needed help with anything. they directed me to what I needed and when I asked for advice I got it .Good experience.
