My wife wasted 20 mins of her time in this store, asking for a simple graphics card cable, none of the employees willing to come out of the back to help. The smell of death lingers in the air of all brick and mortar locations who lack service for that is all there is to offer that Amazon doesnt already.

Placed an order online for in-store pickup. The order was filled incorrectly and then when I called to see how we might rectify the situation the salesperson argued that my part didn’t actually exist (though I have purchased multiple times in the past) and refused to offer any solution. I was excited at the thought of having a more local amazon alternative but alas, the predicament remains! If your going to have an in-person alternative to online shopping, prepare your people!

Just left the Frankfort storeI broke off my power cord in my month old laptopDesperate I asked a young man with medium brown hair working in theprinting side to help meHe found the right power cord, but I had broken off the plug in the computerHe went the extra mile to get some tweezers to pull it out and took the time to insure new plug I purchased would workHe saved me as I use my computer a lot!He was courteous and went the extra mile for meIf I could, I’d ask his boss to give him a raise or at least a free day offKurosawa Staples!

I went to Staples in Frankfort, KY because of a sign in the window. The sign says, We have amazing toys at amazing prices. I went in to get a gift for my grandson. I found a toy that I think he will really like. The price was very fair too.

Courteous staff allowed plenty of time to decide on a chair but were readily available when an item was picked.Nice selection of chairs! Clean neat store.

None of their prices were correct — if they even had a price listed in the first place. I even heard another customer asking what the right pricing was for their items. The workers had no common sense and were very disappointing. Do better!

Had a recent issue with a computer I purchased at Staples and after 5 very frustrating days of attempting to get it resolved with the manufacturer, went back to Staples hoping for any kind of help at all. Bryan the manager, was patient, understanding, and within ten minutes we came to a resolution that was more than satisfactory to me. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!! THANK YOU!!!

The staff was very friendly and the gentleman helped me right away in finding the toner for our works fax machine quickly.

I asked an employee about the availability of an item I havent been able to find. She was able to use her radio service to find out in a matter of seconds.

I was actually dreading going into this store because we all know how Staples and other office supply stores are so expensive compared to retail stores like Wal-mart and other places. But I wanted a notebook with music staffs/lines on it, and I figured of all the places in Frankfort, Staples would be likely to carry such an item.Well, I went in and couldnt find it and I asked the staff. Instead of the usual, Sorry we dont have it, but we can order it for you, type of response that I was expecting, the associate/asst manager, Kevin, offered to print out some pages for me and bound it in a spiral notebook! Also, while Kevin was printing the pages out, he suggested some great online resources available for writing music virtually. I must say I was very impressed! Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond the customer service that I was expecting of a large office supply chain! And it was completely worth the price of my notebook.Also as a sidenote... I dont write reviews much, so this should show just how impressed I was by this staff members customer service skills!
