I had to get my brakes and rotors changed in my front and back, and Frankfort Auto Clinic had my back!I dropped my car off in the AM, and they called me to confirm what they found and for my approval of services they wanted to provide. They said it’d be done by the end of the day and it indeed was done by then.Service was prompt, professional, no nonsense, and the price was highly competitive. Best of all, they are a family owned and operated business.I would definitely go there again, and I would also recommend them to friends and family.

Dont bring your car there, , They dont stand for their repairs,.after their repair my car cost me over 1500$ to fix it right.They broked 1stud on exhaust manifold an didnt fixed it right., that I had to replace exhaust manifold to pass emissions. Dont trust this place.

Went in to have mufflers removed from my camaro, this would be the 4th time them performing the same job on the same year, make and model vehicle. I was charger 100$ the first two times, they tried to charged me 150$ the third time and I talked them down to 120$. Today, after already being quoted to pay 100$ TWICE, last week and last night was told it would be 100$, they charged me 200$, no wiggle room. They then put my old mufflers in my trunk, throw on top of 3000$ of audio equipment. Resting against my 600$ subwoofer and sitting on amplifiers and wiring. Seriously? I agree to pay the 200 because i already drove an hour and expected better treatment being a repeat customer. Whom refers alot of customers. Theres now a puncture in my 600$ subwoofer. Thanks guys!

Have been taking my Subura there for yrs spent lots of money. One day I came in for them to check my oil . They said I was 2.5 quarters low. Come back in a week to see if Im burning the oil?I did same answer lost 2.5 . My husband checked it and it was filled way past the point over done could of ruined my engine.So I took it to a place in town they changed my oil and was told to come back in a week. The oil was still filled. Theres something wrong with that place. Never got back.

My cars exhaust pipe rusted off and was dragging on the ground. Got it towed over to Auto Clinic in the morning. They were able to order & receive the parts needed to replace the exhaust that day and had my car back in the evening. Very quick turn around and fair pricing. Very pleased.

This place is simply the best around. From the counter workers to the mechanics Auto Clinic is filled with honest and respectful employees. They won’t try to upcharge you and their prices are amazing. Chances are you’ll have your vehicle back the next day and it will be riding smooth. I don’t know much about cars so I have to rely on what they tell me and they’re always correct and cheaper than probably any other certified car repair shop. I can pretty much guarantee you’ll be happy you got serviced their. I’m actually surprised they have a couple non 5 star reviews. Just proves to me that you really can’t please everybody. This is the place to go for minor and major problems with your foreign or domestic car. They have honest mechanics, friendly staff and everyone is extremely informative and helpful. I had a water pump replaced there based on a referral. I now go back for oil changes and regular maintenance. If your check engine light goes on then you should go in to see for yourself how great the service can be.

I have been here two times now and can definitely say that they do quality work. Im a teacher and have had emergencies where I needed to drop my car off at the crack of dawn. Theyd work on my vehicle, explain to me exactly what the issue is, quote me for the repair, and Id pay and pickup later after school. They are family owned and operated and treat their customers the same way.

Inbred ignorance. They tow vehicles l with a chain and an atv.No value in customers. Very poor knowledge base in technicians. Poor quality of repairs. All together stay away from this place. Owner has fewer brain cells than teeth and she doesnt have any of those either. If you want excuses why your vehicle will never operate properly after their repairs this is the place for you.

Family owned and very honest. Been taking my cars here for years and they are the best at giving you options on your repairs to save you money. Prices are reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else for car repair.

People working at the front desk are very friendly and I found the service to be honest. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them for cars with allot of electronics (German cars to be specific) as they do not have the proper capabilities to reprogram the computer systems. I have a 2007 BMW which they replaced a battery on however, I ended up having to tow it to the dealership and they were unable to properly reset the computer. They did give me forewarning on not being able to replace the power steering pump but did not in regards to the battery. For that reason, make sure they have the computer capabilities to work on your car beforehand.

Great people to do business with! Very honest and reasonably priced. Now that I have found them, I will never go anywhere else again to have work done on my car. While they were putting shocks on my car, they fixed my muffler FOR FREE! Plus, they installed the shocks for $100 less then the two other places I called for quotes! If your looking for a place you can trust- look no further!

Highly recommend! I came in to get a noise checked out. Turned out to be a loose heat shield. They changed the bolts and tightened it down, didnt charge me, the guy wouldnt even let me tip him. Only took 15 minutes. Definietly will come

Agree with the other positive comments. Im a car guy and know when Im getting screwed around. This shop is honest, fair, affordable, and they do good work. Done with NTB and others in the area. The only reason I would go anywhere else for auto work at this point is if its work the Auto Clinic cant do.

Their prices are very good as far as any other mechanic Ive ever been to. Plus its nice to know that you get a free estimate, so if you dont have the money to get it a estimate. theyre more than happy to tell you whats wrong with it.

Very disappointed in my car repair. Other problems arose that were not there before the repair was done. Car sounds awful. They told us that this was a big repair and hard to do. They complained about how hard the repair was and charged us more. When we started the car and heard the noise, they made excuses. Will never go to them again. Worst repair we have ever experienced.
