The service I received today was phenomenal. They were able to start my car when it was not starting. they were very reassuring and helped me since I was overwhelmed and had my military stuff to go to today. Commercial Manager Joe was probably was definitely a blessing today . He assisted Me with my alternator and battery when my car would not start. And walked me through everything that was going wrong and he had no problem with guiding me in the right direction. I am beyond grateful for the services I received today! This branch has definitely out did themselves today.

I would highly recommend this Auto Zone location. Brad, the manager, was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to help me. I needed to replace an automobile battery and he tested my old one, helped me choose the proper battery and installed it. Highly recommend!

It was close to closing time and I was in a drive through when my car started smoking. I pulled in the lot and the team was friendly and quick to help me. They stayed late to make sure that I could get home safely. I am so thankful for their staff and all their help.

Cars and automobiles are not my thing but Ive been there twice in the past week. Both times I was welcomed within seconds and the young guy working had all the info I needed. Also enjoyed chatting with him both times. Definitely my go to spot while Im living here in Frankfort

The store manager was nice. he understood my car problem and assessed it as such. He was so knowledgeable and even put the part on my car himself in this hot weather. Definitely will be coming back to this autozone for anything car related!! 10/10

It would be much more helpful if the staff had some knowledge on car parts, instead of solely relying on a computer. If I have to look at the computer myself then they arent much help to me.

Traveling from out of state and ran into an issue were my battery would not hold a charge and needed to be replaced. Staff walked me thru getting the right battery and getting the right tools to do the job. Everything went smoothly and I was on my way. Thanks again.

Had what we needed, some prices are lil high compared to others but atleast it was in stock. Was only 2 people in the store too. She wasnt a rude Employee, I was only 1 in line, so check out was in and out.

The store manager Brad was amazing! I’m always nervous of being seen as easy money because I’m a young female is a car store, but he was adamant about making sure I have all that I needed, nothing more nothing less.

Stopped by Auto Zone to buy a battery for my van. The staff was very pleasant and checked my battery to be sure I needed one. After checking my battery I was ready to pay about two hundred dollars and to my surprise I didnt owe a penny.

Manager Brad Banks made several calls and found a locksmith to get me in my Fedex truck to get my packages delivered. Way above and beyond his job. My greatest thanks to Brad

I bought an alternator from these guys about 2 weeks ago. The man who waited on me was friendly. I take my 2015 Toyota Sienna to Dudes Muffler in Lawernceburg (great guys, I highly recommend) they ordered another alternator before they knew I had one, and before they knew I paid almost $300 for mine. Long story short, once I told Dude how much I paid for it, He told me that was way too much, it should have only cost me $199, Auto Zone should price match so I took a picture of the receipt for proof. I called to check on it, they told me they could only do a price match BEFORE when I bought it, not now that it is installed. I asked what the difference was, I bought it regardless, if they do a price match it shouldnt matter. They recommended I take the alternator back off (so pay the mechanic again to do it all) take theirs back to the store, get a refund, then buy the other alternator off the mechanic. Very rude and disrespectful. I will not give them anymore business. And I recommend getting prices from several places before buying from them.

Battery died on me. Staff was very friendly and charged it enough to get the car up to test. I believe John was his name saw me pulling in the parking lot and came out to meet me. Very good customer service!

They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Had wipers put on and a key fob battery replaced this time. Also have purchased a car battery.

Battery died and it’s pouring down rain. Made it to the auto zone here and the staff is outside in the cold, wind, and rain installing a new battery. With no complaints! This is the second great experience I’ve had here. Thanks Brooklyn J. and Thomas!

Everything where it should be. Was looking for car wash products and was happy to see a wide assortment of items. The help was friendly and checkout was a breeze. And a rewards card, yes! Only reason it wasnt 5 stars was because it is an auto parts store. I mean, really. Who gives 5 stars to an auto parts store!

I left bad review once this morning but dont see it on here anymore so again I will say they always give wrong parts. I quit using auto zone long time ago because of this. I usually use OReillys. But OReillys computers were down this morning and auto zone was close by. Its just plugs and wires so what the heck. Guess what. WRONG PARTS AGAIN. Will never use auto zone again. OReillys everytime for now on!!

My local auto parts store, not always the cheapest, but certainly the most convenient. Good service when you need it. Dont expect a lot of diagnosis, but theyll read your OBD2 codes, test your battery/starter/alternator, all free. Always spend $20 and use your Autozone card. You do get a $20 credit!

Have gone here a couple of times and each time the staff seems annoyed that they have to help me get a part from the back. They are not helpful at all. At this point I drive to the one across town instead.
