Kiosk makes things more confusing. I came in for an oil change + tire rotation. It asked me if I wanted to add a tire rotation. They didnt check my brakes. I asked about checking on a noise. Was told that there would be a steep diagnostic fee and I would have to leave the car. No accommodations were offered or even suggested for what I would do without a car. Ill be going somewhere closer to home from now on.

Would be a zero if I could. Its amazing how often a dealer can call and text you when they are trying to sell you a car. Multiple times on a daily basis. Then you buy the car and they tell you about their fantastic service department. You decided to take your car in for service at the dealer. They supposedly complete the service and you take your car. Then it starts running rough and hesitating. You contact the dealer and you are told they cant get you back in for another week. You tell them this is not satisfactory, but nothing they can do now. So I have to repair the vehicle myself and when I contact the dealer to complain. I get crickets. No resolution. Calls and messages ignored. Emails unanswered. Save yourself the headache and take your car someplace else!1st Edit. Sure they are really sorry. Put a computer generated reply up and make yourself look good. Its all a lie. They can call and call and call when they want you to purchase something. Have a problem, we cant help you but we sure pretend to on here.

Prices too high!They pretty much tell you to take it, or leave it!I left it and found much better price!

I brought my Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 11:00 a.m. the service writer told me about an hour. I was in the waiting room watching people who brought their cars in after me leaving. The service ticket was stamper that the car was finished at 11:45. I decided to go and ask when my car would be done. I was told the car was done but they could not find me. The ticket was stamped 11:45 .I sat in the waiting room all this time. I checked out after 1:00p.m. Needless to say I was not happy.

I recently traded in my car for a brand new 2021 Chevy Equinox. Lisa made everything so quick and easy and was so helpful! Every time she came to talk to me she had more and more good news about the car I was about to purchase. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Had a little noise coming from one of the brakes. The technician located the problem and did what he thought was needed and corrected it My service adviser asked if they could keep the car overnight to test drive it a couple more times the next morning. That was thoughtful I thought, and not a problem for me. Also, since Phillips put on new brake pads fairly recently, so there was no charge. That was a nice surprise too.Great service, as usual.

What a great place to buy a vehicle! Friendly staff to help you with the entire process. Well worth the 7 hour drive I made to buy the vehicle I saw online. My salesman sent me a personal walk around video of my intended purchase. When I arrived I was greeted my a friendly staff. Everyone treated me in a very impressive friendly manner. I was amazed. I knew that I would probably never see any of these people again. But they made me feel that I was coming back the next day or even to dinner that night. Bottom line is I got a great deal from a great dealership. I wouldnt think twice about buying from Phillips Chevrolet agian.

Good experience but I do not like choosing my service options at the kiosk. I would hope the experienced service team members could walk me through my options so I can ask questions as we talk. Service kiosks are impersonal and leave me wondering if Im getting the service my vehicle really needs.

I had a 12 noon appt. for an oil change/tire rotation. Checked in a little earlier than 12. The Service Tech, I believe his name was David said it would probably be about 1hour 1/2 because one of the machines for the tire rotation was down. Well, I was very pleased how fast they got me in and out. It took about 30-45 minutes and they washed my vehicle (Yes) Very pleased with the service!
