This UPS store by Ranch 99 in Foster City has pretty friendly and helpful staffs. They are usually quite attentive and trying their best to reduce lines (what else is more important than a shorter wait line for a shipping service?) - usually they have at least 2 staffs (and often 3 staffs). I remembered once when I was there dropping a Amazon return, while two of the scanner were already in use to help other people , the gentleman named Robert was able to help me using a computer inside their station and I did not have to wait. All the staffs I have met are quite friendly there. If I was just dropping return, they will offer receipt without even asking, I think they know people usually want a proof for their return. I feel the staffs there are either very professional or some of them probably own the store as a franchise or own stakes of it, and they feel like they are personally responsible for the satisfaction of the customers and not like they were just employees of a large corporation. Ive seen one of the there who is a gentleman named Robert and you usually will be able to see him and he is really friendly!

Extremely expensive printing/copying services - thay charge 2$ only for using machine. Fedex/officedepot/staples only charge per page and more print stations.

Whenever you need to ship something or do a simple return this UPS STORE can help you with that. They are very efficient and friendly. always willing to help you. This store is a great one stop shop!

I had to return an item which costed me 25 dollars. I didnt read the return instruction carefully. I came with my packaged unsealed and return label not printed. There was a line in the store. The lady was very patient explaining to me that I needed to print it on myself and I should be sealing the package myself. I used the printer in the store. She helped me taped the shipping label and sealed my package. I really appreciated her patience and kindness.They should have charged me. I will read the return instruction carefully next time. The world needs more love and kindness. I received it from here. Thank you. I definitely would recommend you to come here for their service.

Always happy to walk down to this UPS store from my house and the staff is consistently polite and so positive! Sometimes I’ll bring my pup during a walk to drop off packages and they remember him every time and show him the love every pup is excited for.Depending on your personal experience, if you’re not ready for the straight forward way they work, some people may mistakenly think they’re being passive and even “rude” but it’s all miscommunication. People will tend to take certain answers incorrectly as well. However the staff at this location are genuine and not out to make your day worse.To the staff, keep doing what you do and Many Thanks for staying open through the lockdown!

All my Amazon packages delivered through UPS never reach me on time. They will have various excuses to not deliver the package on time.

Staff are friendly and respectful. They make mailing and receiving packages convenient. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with this branch.

Excellent service and very helpful. I needed to print out and copy an important document for a community event at the last minute and the store manager (Kalid?) was super helpful and very nice. Highly recommend.

We had them print programs on for my mothers funeral on VERY short notice. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to have them collated and folded for us. Extremely quick turnaround.

Called 2x. Was left on hold a total of 15 mins. The lady that answered said she had a line so she couldnt help people on the phone. Seems pretty unsafe to let a line form inside your building during a plague.

Absolutely terrible store, avoid like the plague. There is another UPS store in Foster city - look it up, much better.The lady who works here is rude and judgmental. I walked into the store with an amazon return package. Per Amazon, she was supposed to print the label, tape the box and ship - pretty straightforward right? She was unable to ship the label while chewing on her food (cited some error in her system). Requested me to store the box in a corner for her (so she wouldn’t have to carry it) and requested me to buy some tape for $4. How hard is it to offer complimentary tape?!Amazingly, they don’t seem to get shipping or care for customer satisfaction. Never going back.

Such a rude old man working here I don’t understand how u work here with this attitude you have and bring to all customers this negative rudeness and anger. 6 years I lived in Foster without any issue and since you worked here and my packages is a disaster to be picked with a lot of questions that’s is not necessary. Check my I’d and give me my package and that’s it. But he likes to make fun of you in front of other customers and talk behind like he is the big boss at the location. I’m sorry u keep my packages from now on because I’m not send anything anymore through your location or even through your ups.

A nice store to visit. Very helping staff. Went for notary services. Everything done. Very happy.

They can scan documents and email them for U. Notary here. Dont just leave UR package unsealed. Make sure U watch the lady seal it and put the shipping label on it. Good place to make photocopies and send packages.

I gave this store 5 stars, because yesterday the line was out the door and i thought i was gonna be waiting for a long time to get my notary done, but the 3 ladies working there where so friendly professional and efficient. I highly recommend coming here and the prices are very reasonable.

Came to the store to send Amazon packages. There were 3 other customers and just 1 person managing the store. Lalit said Hi and told me he will be right there with me. He took care of the other customers before me, making friendly small talks with them. Store was very well stocked, organized and clean. I was in and out in 7 mins. Having worked in retails 10+ years I recognize retail employees/ owners who really provide good customer service and Lalit is one of them.

The old gentleman in the place is too rude. Will never do any business here.

I love coming to this small store because the people working there are so helpful and sweet also I save 20min dropping my USPS packets since they take them at this location since the post office is close now . Im just very please with the service and Ill continue to go here.

Worst UPS Store I have ever visited. The lady called Karina is rude. I went to drop off the stuff and she denied to give the receipt saying that the packaging is not good so she cant give the receipt. Stuff was properly packaged. I took all items to another UPS store and the guy gave me receipt in less than a minute.

I used their computer to print one appointment receipt by my U. Charged almost 5 dollars last year. Now I print in Office Depot $0.25 per page. Let you know never print in ups.

I was there for a live scan and the staff misguided me, asked documents which were not required. They made me run around and in the end refused to do my live scan.The ladies there have no knowledge and are not interested in their work.Worst UPS Store ever. Wasted my time

I asked what is the price to fax local 2 pages .The guy answer wait till fax go thru.Than when it was done he charge me $4.00.For what? I could not see service pricing list.I asked him why so expensive and he said that cap of coffee cost $5 so what do you want.Do not use this store.

Refuse to accept usps return box which the label also says ups ok. Saying there’s too much responsibility?!For your reply: do you mean I should wait in front your door for the ups driver come?? I lost my words....
