I went to FedEx on Chess Dr in Foster City for help packing a painting to take with me on a plane. Ramon and Michael did the job quickly and reassured me it would travel safely. They even had a great strap and handle which I can use again in the future. The cost was so minimal I couldn’t believe it. Ramon even carried my item out to my car. Great place and great staff-I will return !!

Quoted me one price for a large print ($5.60). When I went to pick up, employee said there was an addl resize fee that was not disclosed. Employee made the print charge higher so the fee didnt show up on the receipt ($10.20 for the print). Manager followed up and said there was no fee charged on the receipt.......Avoid this place and go to UPS unless you want to get ripped off.

Waited 10 minutes outside the store (3 ppl in line outside the store, one person waiting inside the store and one person being helped). One person at the counter, the one customer there didn’t move a bit and who knows how much longer it takes to help that person. So i left and will come back later. Why do they think its ok to waste the customers’ time? Why can’t they have more than one person working??

Service at this store was fine and all personnell were very professional and courteous!So why the one-start review?It is for FedEx, due to their terrible official collaboration with a service called RushMyPassport is reflecting very badly on the FedEx brand.I used the Fedex official website for expedited passport service. Their partner company RushMyPassport took my money and did not deliver at all - they promise 2-3 weeks and it has been 10 weeks with no sign of my passport. Partnering with such a completely unreliable service is reflecting very badly on the FedEx reputation and brand.

Horrible attitude....I was moving from New York and shipped a box to California. There was issue with signature; so the box got rerouted to this center, and was supposed to be delivered again the next day. Somehow the manager signed my box on my behalf, saying it was picked up, so that the delivery is no longer in the system. I ended up having to drive all the way from San Jose to pick it up. After an hour of drive, the manager refused to give me the box because he was unhappy with my IDs, even though I had a NY drivers license. Manager told me there is nothing he could do and he would return the box to my New York address. I contacted the call center to resolve the issue. The manager called me a week later, and agreed to release the box contingent upon me bringing both DL and passport. I got there with all these documents and even the work ID from a federal agency that I work for. The manager made copies of all documents. The clerk was smugly saying he (manager) did all these for you as a favor. The experience was ridiculous....not to mention their horrible attitudes.

Ive always had a very friendly, easy, and quick service. Prefer this ups store to other shipping stores. Saeed is very helpful!

Michael and Radhika were so helpful and patient with my order and went out of their way to make sure that it was done quickly. Go here! They are the fastest printers in the area.

Horrible customer service! I walked in today to make some prints and encountered the rudest girl. I think she should understand that clients arent a nuisance, we are the reason she has a job. If she hates it that much, she should quit. Hopefully, fedex will invest in better customer service training for their staff. The manager doesnt seem any better as I overheard his whole conversation with a customer on the phone and he was so rude!!!!!! Never coming back here again.

The review is for both shipping and printing.The cost for printing stuff is very high here and the printer is also not working. I suggest you go to Fedex at San Mateo downtown. It is much cheaper and service is much better than here. I remember it is 10 cents per white/black paper. I live at Foster City but Id rather drive 10min to Fedex at San Mateo to mail my package or print my docs.The manager was very rude and not trying to solve problems. I have a very important package which the sender in UK mistakenly wrote my name wrong. The manager refused to give me my package because the address and the name on my ID didnt match with the package, which I understand. However, he suggested me to find a ID which has both the address and name correct, otherwise, he will return the package back to the sender. It completely doesnt make sense. Obviously, the sender wrote a wrong name on the package, how can I find a person has both the correct name and correct address? Later on, a kind gentleman told me that I can find a person who has the same address (like any of my family member) to pick up the package for me. It doesnt have to match the name on the package, then my problem was solved.So my point is the manager will not help you if you have problems, he only wants to get the money and let you go.

Rude customer service, employees have very limited knowledge of their products and services. Very disappointed at Fed Ex, for not keeping the quality staff at location.

[The review is only for print/copy/scan part of this shop and not for the shipping side of it.]Atrocious prices. I wanted to print 60 B&W pages from a pdf file, sign them and scan them back to a pdf file. This took more than 100$. I walked out of the place shocked.The B&W print costs 0.58$ per page (!). The scanning was more than one dollar per page for a total of 89$ but due to a discount (lucky me) it was only 35$. All that the copy person did was to take my stack of papers and put it in the scanner feeder and it took less than 30 seconds for everything to be scanned. Oh, by the way, they dont have the ability to send the scanned pdf file by email. You have to get or buy a USB flash drive (which I did for 10$).I could have purchased an all-in-one color printer for the price I paid. Please use some other place for your print/copy/scan needs; other places are generally an order of magnitude cheaper.I am giving two stars since the shop person was at least friendly and place was bright and clean.

If you get a delivery to your house, it wont say to whom its addressed in the slip or on the online manager or anywhere. If you have multiple adults living at the same address, each will have to take turn going to this store to see if its addressed to them to pick it up.
