This is my favorite place to shop for organic food, soaps, tea, coffee, vitamins, aromatic oils and so much more. They are always friendly and helpful and provide you with free carton boxes and even free bags to pack your purchases. They are ready to hear your requests on what products you would like them to bring in the future, so talk to the cashier on your way out. They carry many products that cannot be found in other similar stores, their food is delicious and fresh, and they don’t bug you if you choose (or are unable) to wear a mask. Their prices are reasonable and when you become a member, you enjoy their discounts. For me it is always a refreshing experience to shop there.

Associates are very helpful with suggestions and pointing out where all my items were. If they dont know the answer, they are quick to utilize their resources to find out. I had questions about Magnesium and they took me to a file cabinet in the back by the books and gave me some literature to help me decide what was good for me.

Rarely do I give a five. With that it is well worth my experience with Aubrey. I have been having issues with my digestive system for several years and when I have gone to the doctor they just to want to prescribe unnecessary medication and not treat the root cause of the problem. Aubrey exceeded my expectation by listening and asking pertinent questions to make sure she had adequately understood my concerns. Before speaking with her she was helping another customer and acknowledged me and let me know she would assist me. I could hear the care, concern, and sincerity of her adsressing the individual needs. She continued to speak with him and I waited patiently. When she addressed me I knew I had her undivided attention. She has excellent customer service but more importantly confidence and knowledge and when she wasnt clear about a specific supplement she went to get the information to make sure she was correct. I had never been to this particular location but she was recommended. So to the manager who hired Aubrey job well done. To you Aubrey see you again soon. I will definitely return because of her.

You must stop in this store to believe how friendly helpful and happy staff is here. Above and beyond. Posted my local event flyer, jumped my car twice and watched it while I shopped. This place is awesome! I came in pretty close to closing time and the employees I did see where very friendly and attentive, even when I mentioned that I was just kinda looking around. I found so many natural beauty products that I’d previously only been able to purchase online;some even for lower prices than online (especially if you include shipping and handling). My cashier Steven was very helpful as far as giving me a bit of information on the store once I told him that I’d never been in before. Really excited that I stopped by!

A great stop for organic and natural foods! We shopped here three times during a recent trip to Fort Worth. Being co-op shoppers from the Twin Cities in Minnesota, it was a treat to find Natural Grocers in Texas. It felt like a home away from home. It was great to be able to eat healthy food on vacation. We really appreciated that the store does not provide bags to carry out groceries, but used boxes instead. Also, the staff was super friendly.

Good place to go and purchase organic fooda

After finishing our weekly grocery shopping at Natural Grocers on 7th Street, our car wouldnt start. The gentleman parked next to us tried to jump it to no avail. It looked like poor Tim was going to have to walk to Target to purchase a new battery. The manager, Randy, offered to clean the battery terminals to see if that would make a difference. And it did! Hallelujah!!!! Special thanks to Randy for saving the day, and to Carissa for putting our groceries in the cooler. Weve been shopping at Natural Grocers for more than a year since we moved to organic only food. We love the store and the people who work there! They are always helpful and courteous. They provided service that was above and beyond what I would have expected!

Always a good choice for shopping for fresh and organic produce. This store is located in most towns of any size. Theyre all arranged a little bit differently and sometimes carry different items but always the staff is friendly and service-oriented. My favorite one is in Wichita Falls, Texas. They are always ready to try and accommodate an item that I cannot find by ordering it for me. I find the prices are comparable to other grocery stores especially considering what you are getting.

I hate to say it but the organic stores are starting to feel like a complete rip off. I do love the bulk options here and they have some good options for produce on occassion. However, the prices are way to high. I can find just as good of organic produce at the big name stores and get it for much less. Sometimes its even better quality. Same things goes for the frozen foods and household items.

Competitive prices if you know what you want. The staff is curtious and kind. They can help you find what you want but, if you have questions they really dont know. I like the grocery side its not to overwhelming. I think the vitamin and nutrition side needs some work.

Great specialty groceries and other items.

Best grocery store experience EVER!!! All produce is Organic! I needed to purchase many obscure specialty oils, teas and herbs. They had it ALL! The best part was that each store employee was extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for help finding various herbs and in each case they walked me right to the item with a big smile and happy to help attitude. I plan on always shipping here from now on.

We just discovered this place today. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is very well organized, clean and easy to navigate around. Their prices are fantastic. This little market has the best of everything. Anything I need is here. There are also some rarer finds that other health-food markets dont carry locally. Its literally a one-stop shop in the neighborhood. Im glad to find purer foods for lower prices than their competitors, and there isnt too much sifting through junk to find better foods here.

Fresh organic vegetables and a good selection. They seem to stock many items we want but can not always find elsewhere and yet surprisingly they almost always seem to have speciality needs. Store staff well trained and product knowable. Weekly stop for us.

Great food and prices

Fantastic Natural Grocers store right in the middle of Fort Worth. Great selection of vegan goodies, including vegan cheese, creamer and frozen goods. Some NG’s can be hit-and-miss with their vegan goods but this one always has the best stuff. Their reward program is also awesome and has helped me save lots of money thus far.

Will not greet it when we came into the store but we seen another employer he greeted us as on the isles but other than that I had a good time I bought some things. Prices are very reasonable will go back again.

Nice store, decent selection. But, I was definitely followed around every aisle. I was asked every few minutes if I needed help. No one else was given as much attention. It was extraordinarily uncomfortable. At the register, the young woman kept asking me where I was from, and what brought me to the area. Clearly, the staff that day had seen a star OR perhaps were obviously not used to black customers.

This is a nice place. Their produce is very good, and is reasonably priced for organic. I like knowing that nothing they sell here has artificial ingredients, high fructose corn syrup etc. and that the meat comes from good sources.

Today was 10% off entire purchase and free bag. This was my first time going to this store so I had to sign up to get the 10% off. I attempted twice, and checker told me the network was dow so I didnt get 10% off. I get home and check my email, and they thanked me for joining. This company has violated the False advertisement laws. I will be returning my entire purchase for a refund.Do Not Do Business with these people. They have no integrity.They do not deserve a single star! I just wonder how many other people they ripped off today.

This is the first really strange experience I have had here. Let me preface this with the fact that I have only ever LOVED my time here and shopping there is normally a breeze. But this really irritated me. I came in to look for something specific and the cashier asked their manager and the manager was like “I don’t know.......ask this person” then the cashier just asked another person. It was really bad customer service and the fact that they didn’t know about a pretty common product was strange. Really hope this was a one time ovcutance because I love this place.

My new favorite grocery, even better than Whole Foods despite being smaller. Somehow they have picked out a product selection which happens to match all my favorite things which are often scarce in regular grocery stores. Examples: fresh Indian dahl soup in the refrigerated section, Kite Hill yogurt, Better Bean uncanny refried beans, and the only kind of instant coffee that tastes right to me: Mount Hagen.

They do not take returns!I came to this store and initially thought Wow, what a cool little store! I shopped, spent over $100 there and went home. After a few days, I went to open my container of yogurt and noticed it was moldy.I went back to return it (or evenly exchange it) and they told me they dont take returns or do exchanges. For damaged goods? Really?Shop here at your own risk. I will be only shopping at Trader Joes and other stores where I know if something like this happens, no one will make me feel as horribly as they did that day. Youve been warned.

My husband and I shop at Natural Grocers in many different states and this has been our worst experience! Sadly some of the staff isnt very friendly and not very helpful! Although there were a few that were so thats why Im giving this 3 stars! Love all the food and wouldnt purchase food anywhere else!

If you care about your health, you should visit at least once a week. You will learn so much as the people here really love the work they do and become brand ambassadors with product knowledge you will not find in big box retailors.

I hate to leave a bad review for this store but we were seriously disappointed in this location. The produce section is so small, it’s just ridiculous. The only tomatoes they had were Romas and they were already turning black on top yet they had tons of baby bok choy. They did have a good selection of vegan products and the store was clean. The people there were very kind and helpful. It was just a huge turn off to see half the store dedicated to supplements and a produce section smaller than my bathroom...and my bathroom is tiny. We’ve been to Natural Grocers in other locations and the produce sections were amazing. I hope they improve the produce selection and we’d definitely shop there again.

Its just another way overpriced specialty grocery store. They have tons of vitamins but order them on amazon instead and save tons of money. I dont think this place will last, central market is about 1000 times better.
