I lived by this Walmart for 7 years and they always have almost no cashiers at night. And after 1 year of covid nothing has changed. Or it’s gotten worse. I got in line at 10:20pm (they close at 11:00pm now). They only have two cashiers. It’s insane.I was checked out at 10:43. 23 min. Guy in front of me and behind me had 1-2 items and lady two spaces ahead of me had 1 carry basket of items. Only 2 folks in front of her. I was 5th in line.

Reminds me of back home in the country, my dog was happy, free to roam and play in a safe, clean, environment.

I shop regularly at this Walmart. They have a good selection of fresh fruit and veggies but on sundays you need to go closer to 3 pm. This is when everything is stocked with fresh produce.

Son loves their sports section very affordable!

Definitely not a target, feels like they have been lowering their standards. Most of the people who work there you can obviously tell, dont want to be there. There were 5 air inflated Halloween decorations on display that they wouldnt sell to you and didnt have any in stock. They let them stay up. I wonder how many more people asked about them. Walmart needs to step it up. This specific location is not desirable.

The store is ok employees are good. The reason for the two stars is because the lines to checkout are always long at this location, really would like this place to have more self checkouts like the other locations it definitely helps things move faster.

Great variety of produce and and other items such as fresh honey, gluten free sweet 😋 bread , fresh vegetables 😋 dips and ect. We did shopping after cycling.

Shelves are empty in Texas ☹️ On a happy note half price valentine cookies🤣🤣🤣

I want to let WalMart and the community know what a valuable employee they have at this location. Darrin is so helpful and pleasant! As a vendor, he has been a tremendous help to me in getting my job done. You have a gem there with Darrin. I am so grateful for his wonderful attitude and pride that he clearly has in his job!

Store looks good and they also looked like it was staffed very well this morning.It was nice to see and also got some customer service help which is very unusual these days

10.00 drinks are too small. And we had to wait too long to be seated in a place that was not busy. The ladies would pass us and not even say hi. Or how about hi we will be right with you.

Cant find anything anymore. Product placement really makes no sense. Always out of stuff. Have to search entire store to find things. Never seen any Walmart like it. So confusing

4 employees walked past without asking me I needed help. 1 of the 4 totally ignored me. I left the store & will not be returning to this location.

Love to shop at Walmart, great prices and always find the items Im looking for. I went to a thrift store looking for this item and found it, but it was used and not in good condition. So went to Walmart and found same item for same price and brand new!!!!

Truly...at 7:30 a.m.asked at least 4 employees just walking around for assistance in locating item I went in for. No one knew???? One lady actually shrugged her shoulders and says I dunno know.This is why I normally drive to Benbrook when I need anything from Wal-Mart.

My car was hit in the parking lot and it took 30 minutes to find someone to report it to, I would have been helped quicker if I wouldve grabbed a t.v and started running. The employees always seem to have an attitude

I just had the WORSE experience at this location!!! I went to buy a smart tv, but I needed to know the price difference with taxes between 50 and 55 this lady was NOT HELP AT ALL, shes an African American lady, which was making a difference the way she was treating her own people, and me. She had a horrible attitude from the beginning, I approched her with respect the ENTIRE TIME, but went I was trying to ask her questions about the product, she simply said she dont even know what I was saying... Ok there I decided to walk off and find the manager, she told me I could do whatever I wanted to do, she repeatedly told me whatever, whatever, whatever, you can do whatever you want! Plus she told me, there was nobody to help but her, which was a LIE!!!! The manager from customer service department, very nice lady by the way, had to called the manager in her department, so yes she was laying about there beast nobody to help me! Both ladies helped me out, and I was out the store very upset, this lady needs to be FIRED!!! She have NO IDEA about customer service period. If she doesnt like her job she needs TO QUIT! Im a regular customer from this store Because is close from my house, I will try no to go there anymore.

Amazing greeters welcoming you to the store and cost efficient prices. My only complaint would be only having one full service register open while the rest are self checkout.

Never ran into any problems at any other walmart but this one takes the cake. Service is horrible no one actually wants to help. The man who did had attitude once you ask. I asked if an item was in stock and he walked me to the spot said no and walked away before I could ask for anything else. Ive called this location multiple times and phone keeps ringing the call gets answered after 5 or 6 minutes then hung up immediately before I can say hello. Called total 6 times before I called another walmart for help and they answer the 1st call.

Id rather order online or do pickup than to come to this location. For starters, anyone that is not a greeter, they can be so mean, rude, and unprofessional. When you walk up to the CS counter for help, theyre already thinking of how they cannot help you. I feel like this location has went down tremendously, and it gives me anxiety to walk into a place like this where it is always chaos.

So due to covid, Wal-Mart is no longer open 24 hours, in order to give their employees a period of time to restock while being able to properly social distance (thats what they claim at least). Despite this, every time Ive been to this Wal-Mart, no matter the time or day, there have been a ton of restockers out working, in addition to workers pulling pick-up orders, so the aisles are clogged up with all of their carts and pallets. And even with all of the constant stocking, this Wal-Mart still hardly ever has half the stuff I want/need.

My medications were not ready as promised. Was notified by pharmacy staff that I would need to come back tomorrow after 2:00 p.m. And this is the 2nd attempt Is to obtain my medications. Furthermore, The entire store was very poorly stocked with merchandise. Generally I have no problems except for now.On 9/22 The pharmacist on duty was extremely rude when I tried to fill one of my prescriptions and she told me it was too early.. I had my doctor call her to get it filled and come to find out it was not too early to fill my prescription it was Walmarts error..She never even apologized for her Error. I would no longer recommend this pharmacy.. I use good RX and Costco is actually cheaper than Walmart.

Really disappointed! Everytime I go the in the past year the check out lines are super long! Sometimes theres 20 people waiting to self check out and there might be 2 registers open with several people waiting there also ... tons of employees in their little yellow vests just huddled around each other doing absolutely nothing. I added up my receipts from April 2020 till present date and have spent an average of $760 per month at your McMart (Fort Worth store ) and have decided to take my business somewhere else where you have true customer service. I know my little $760 plus a month wont hurt you but word of mouth is a good start

What more is there to say, they have what I need and the staff are super nice. Been starting a garden and they have the supplies I want at a competitive price.Online inventory is mostly accurate and is a great time saver.

In and out without a problem. Some of the shelves are still empty or covered with item that doesnt belong. Hopefully the shelves will be stocked properly soon, so watch carefully what you pick up.

The customer service rep helped with a credit. I had swiped my merchandise twice by accident. I didn’t think I would get credit without bringing everything back to the store. She was compassionate. She explained how the reader worked to prevent any future errors when customers do their own cashier work.

Saturday 07/10/2021 i went to the Walmart Supercenter Store located on Mccart Ave. in Southwest Fort Worth Tx. to do a little grocery shopping. Coincidentally ice cream & eggs were 2 of the items on my grocery list that day. The entire store was Unstocked & in total disarray. When i went to get some eggs, i & other customers that day had to search thru several cartons before finding a thing of eggs that werent filled with busted nasty looking eggs with Egg Yolk running everywhere..it took several egg cartons BEFORE i finally found an Unproblematic dozen of eggs...it appeared that the eggs hadnt been checked on in hours or days..a Hot Mess! ...then i finally made my way to the Ice Cream aisle only to see that their freezer was Problematic that day because ALL of the ice cream Was Soft To The Touch and melting...again A Hot Mess ...i left the ice cream there & decided to check out with just the other items in my basket and headed for the chk out lines Only to see that they had about 2 maybe 3 cashiers on deck & Most of the Self Chk Out lines Closed already! ..i headed back to the Electronics area to see if i could have success getting chkd out in that area... I saw several people standing at the counter casually congregating (sniggling & giggling) ..im thinking its customers paying for items, only to eventually find out They Are Store Supervisors And Mngrs standing around while the Rest of the store suffers & looks nasty & unclean. 1 worker turns around to me finally as i stand there patiently waiting to be acknowledged, & says, Oh im sorry did you need something? ..i reply, Yes i was wanting to know if i could Please get checked out back here? ...another woman (the cashier woman) says Well how much do you have? ..i say Its alot, but its Problematic at the front of yalls store..the lines are far too long and theres Not Enough cashiers. ...the woman who can Now suddenly see me & Pretended to not see me standing there before Until 1 of those other Mngrs turned around & acknowledged me says Oh im sorry you have way too much! ..i say I know but whats going on at this store, are the workers on strike right now because yall need some more help up there in the front? ..she says No, no strike just probably Alot of people called in today! ..i reply Well then Everybody mustve called in then! ..the Group of about 5 Wal-mart Mngrs/workers start to walk off from the electronics dept together with that 1 rude 1 saying sarcastically and Loudly something to the effect of Oh and next time Ill make sure they All show up! ..that was the part i could hear clearly...then they all giggled & continued walking away ... Problematic butt behavior & beyond Unprofessional ..Walmart Corporate office Please do something about this particular location...i dont see that level of disarray, uncleanness or rudeness at Any of the other Southwest Ft Worth locations the majority of the time... This location is a trifling problem MOST of the time ..and theyll get cited by the health dept eventually if the fresh eggs are left that long with cracked running eggs everywhere & spoiled melting foods on other aisles in faulty frost bitten improperly working Freezers!!!Sincerely A Dissatisfied Concerned Customer who wants Better results & treatment for customers at that Walmart location!

One of the most ghetto Walmarts in Fort Worth. Grocery Pick Up used to take 30 minutes plus... They seem to be doing better now with faster service.

Good store the only thing about it is, check listing and see when it is a good time to go there if you are disabled handicapped person. There is a lot of kids go there all the time. Other than that its okay. Thanks a lot. G-man.

I love shopping at Walmart on McCart Ave. they have some nice employees, cashiers and assistant managers to help you find what you are looking for. They sell great food and pretty clothes there. The greeters at the door are always nice and sweet. 👍😀

Deserves a 0. Management went out of their way to ignore myself and another family who needed help. Team lead with long hair even pretended not to hear me politely asking for help when the man next to him heard me and had to grab his attention. They couldn’t find keys for 30 minutes and let me just stand around and never even tried to help or apologized. Seriously, the worst.

It was fine trying to get your COVID-19 vaccine. Though it is such a long wait. It is just only one person giving the shots so it nobodys fault its just short staffed.

I have recently started hating going to Walmart always out of most items im shopping for. Never enough checkers to check out. Most of time you have the 12 items or less and one other lane. Your not open 24hrs so put some people to work.

This place got all the things I need, and Im visiting from Arizona! They even have the new flavor of Premier Protein snakes, cinnamon buns, which they do not have at my local Walmart in AZ. Great store!

I almost always spend more than what I am supposed to everything is very tempting but I did good got only what i needed what intended to go in for and found everything that I needed quite well. My nephew love his PJ mask gift for his birthday so did his my and all the parents.

Chicken looks like it went 8 rounds with Mike Tyson in his prime. All brused and beat up. And they always low on supplies.

Parking lot- trash and carts everywhere. Not being collected often.Inside- to start, hardly ever carts inside...see parking lots.Store- messy, everything in wrong places. Trash in carts, when you can get one, and store not zoned or organized well during the day.Customer service- aside from Dem at the deli and a few cashiers, there is no customer service.Grocery pickup- I’ve done it 3 times in the past few weeks, every time they either tell me they don’t have my order, or it’s already picked up, or they get wrong items in my order. Refunds are slow also.I use this Walmart as it’s only a few blocks from home when I need a few quick things, otherwise I will drive to Crowley. Their store is always a pleasure to shop in!

Got my first dose of the COVID Vaccine here, but the wait time was fairly long, I waited for about an hour in line to get my vaccine and had to wait for 15 minutes afterwards. The person who registered us for our vaccines didn’t look like he was enjoying his job and had no idea on what he was doing. Only reason why I give this place 1 star is because this was the only place I could get my vaccine since I’m 15 years old and my city didn’t have vaccines for ages 12-15. Terrible experience here, run by low class people. To those of you who read this review, hope you find better options for COVID-19 Vaccines elsewhere. This place deserves a -10 star rating. Good Luck out there!!

It must be new management because this Walmart really remodeled. The Walmart is cleaner. More staff on hand. And more items available. The best part of the store is the AutoCare area.

Its OK they just dont have a lot of inventory and they truly lack on clothing unlike say the Airport freeway and Eastchase walmarts have.

Bad part of town, I am told by my roommate. He says its ghetto, but the store is really great! I never pay much mind to folks, I try to just take care of me. Walmarts in different towns have always had great staff. It does bother me that some merchandise is under lock and key. But I dont mind, thats just a loss prevention policy that I understand. Nice, nice staff.

This place has gone down hill.Very messy...every place I pulled something off shelf there was fruit in the cereal isle..etc....water over floor by lettuce n broccoli n told x3 employees n nothing done. Very disappointing.
