This is the worst place for sick people to go to get medication. The pharmacy staff are rude nasty and ghetto!!! They dont know there jobs well and make mistakes all the time. You complain to the pharmacist manager and he just makes excuses for them rather than correcting them. Ive dealt with this mess for too long. Moving all my medicines to Walgreens!!!

Received my prescription of 60 count of Tramadol ,counted them when i got home and only 50 were counted for they shortage me 10 pills . I will no longer be leaving the cashier without counting my pills from now on.i wil be filling out a complete

If I could give no stars I would... I was informed that my heart prescription would be ready in 15 minutes, when I came back, which it was 40 minutes later they said to take a sit at the bench and they would call me back. I sat there for another 15 minutes to find out that they still needed another 10 minutes. I put in another refill for my birth control. Funny enough that was ready 5 minutes before my heart pills that I waited for 2 hour and 7 minutes at the store.

Very bad and slow customer service !! They should hire people that really want to work and not be rude to sick customers next time I’ll be traveling to Walmart in Crowley! Lazy people should stay home !

Worst Walmart pharmacy Ive ever been to. Unfortunately its the closest one to my house. Its almost worth it to drive across town to get better service. Its seems like the staff doesnt realize that its their job to get us our medications. Many times the people in line are ignored without a simple hello or acknowledgement. Only left one star because its required to post a comment

I use to fill my scripts at the neighborhood market and it was fast, smart...& again, smart! After a move to the McCart Neighborhood, I started using this location. It’s been my observation after 7 months that the staff is irritated and lazy. A lack of smiles and energy is just part of the job description. There have been times when I’ve dropped a prescription off around 11:00 am and told to be back at 2 pm. Then, figuring the usual wait, I go in 2 hours later only to be told it will be another 25 min. The line is long, so the demand is high, but hire more help!!!! Poor customer service & 2 stars for what effort there is!!!

Rude. Terrible communication skills. Slow, slow, slow moving. I think the only person that is educated on this staff must the pharmacist herself. Is this the USA? I would have thought I was in a 3rd world country with their slow service and the incompetence of this staff. The sad thing is that nothing is being done. I have been getting my meds here for over a year and the experience is painful every time. I only continue to purchase them at this location because I live around the corner. Please change the staff.

I get that this is Walmart and it can be a disheartening place per the customer base at times but this has been the worst Walmart pharmacy that I have ever used. The staff behind the counter are short with you and dont seem willing to want to help. Im not sure customer service is their forte and they dont seem to care that youre going to them with medical needs.Last night I had came in to check on an Rx for asthma that I was told would be electronically sent over. They said there was nothing in my name and when I offered to show them the paperwork I was discharged with, they basically told me that it wasnt in there system and to call the doctor and wouldnt look at the paperwork I had.If they has shown basic customer service skills they could have assisted with reviewing the paperwork I was sent with and informed me that they hadnt sent it in but provided me the Rx paperwork to turn in. Instead I had to call my doctor twice and when I figured this fact out (after being in the store for more than an hour), I was told that it was too late to fill in the Rx I needed for my asthma issues.Needless to say, I continue to have asthma attacks as my Rx has not yet been filled. Thanks Walmart!

Count your medication. You may not have the right amont.

They are the worst pharmacy EVER! My son has severe eczema SEVERE, AND they told me TWICE they would order his cream, and then I go to pick it up and I am told that 20 days ago they determined they would be unable to get the medicine. TWENTY DAYS AGO, MATTER OF FACT IT WAS THE INITIAL DAY. And they failed to tell ME! 20 days ago! So. . You know what that 1 Star is giving them too much credit!

They need to be shut down. You’ll die before your prescription is ready! 0 stars

Absolutely Horrible. Avoid It At Any Cost

No bilinguals. Ive seen Spanish speakers be ignored and dismissed for not being understood by staff. Call ahead of time before heading to pick up, just to save yourself a trip and hassle. Usual wait time is 1 -2 hours, it always seems to be busy, so call ahead of time if your doctor was supposed to fax or call in a prescription.

I’ve never dealt with a pharmacy before that acted like you’re putting them out to have to get a prescription ready these people are awful unfortunately they’re the closest place.
