Oh my goodness this is my very first purchase from craftability. I am so impressed with my packaging. My kits were placed in beautiful lavender plastic tubing that wont crush. I can actually carry kind of yoga mat container. I received a hand written thank you letter from Rachel a bunch of washy tape, magnets and a really nice pair of tweezers. oh it’s wonderful I just love it I cannot wait to start on my very first project with them. I will buy from them again and again and again!

Amazing customer service and the products are the best on the market. The attention to detail and added items make every painting a surprise. The art tubes are great to reuse and the washi tape and cover minders are such a great added bonus. I love that a tree is planted for every canvas. Hi i ordered the Diamond Painting online and boy was I impressed. It was a pre-order and they do keep you up to date as to when it will be delivered. When I received it open it up oh but before that it comes in a cute case and it came with goodies order and you will find out but very nice canvas is top notch and A HANDWRITTEN THANK YOU NOTE nice touch. I didnt start yet but drills looked nice. I will update when done and leave a pic but isnt that enough go and get yours it is well worth every penny.

I love Craftibly Diamond Painting. I got my order from them today, very good quality & the washi tape you get & of course the coverminders i received with my order is very nice. I will be definitely ordering again from them. Oh & also I thought I had a problem with the shipping getting to me so I called Michael to see if he could call FedEx concerning the problem due to the email I got from FedEx. He got right on it and called them then he sent me a email to tell me everything is completely fine to ignore the email I had gotten from FedEx. So helpful & I thank you again & for my order.

They say that big surprises come in small packages. That describes this place to a T! Not a large store but they manage to pack a lot of high quality and beautiful 5D Paintings and supplies in there. Prices are on par with the products and you won’t find another store in DFW like it. I can’t recommend this place more I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Michael is a pleasure to interact with and treats you like family.

I have waited several months to be able to buy my first 2 Craftiblys and have longingly watched so many unboxings& heard so many on YouTube raving about this company & its owners.....and I must tell you the truth here and now. EVERY SINGLE THING they said was absolutely 100% true! One day in the last month or so I saw Shay (Crafting with Shay on YouTube) unbox Inverarav Castle on her channel & it was sooooo beautiful, I just knew I had to have it. I couldnt wait any longer. I recd that DP & also the Dancer With A Fan (White Tube) recently and everything was sooooo perfect!I especially loved the little handwritten note from Amy and the extra goodies (2 washi tapes & the rainbow heart cover minder)!! Who does that....?! Only Craftibly that I know of! The money spent was well worth it! And even my hubby was impressed with the quality of the telescopic tube and the canvases, etc.I will most definitely be shopping with Craftibly again asap! As my first square diamond painting, Coral Sky by artist Karla Gerard, was a huge learning experience. The colors of the diamonds seem to be very true to the colors of the painting by the artist, the grid & symbols on the canvas are well-marked, & the canvas is thick & flat—no wrinkles or rivers. The challenge of using square diamonds was my first hurdle, but that had nothing to do with the quality of the kit. My next learning experience came with the poured on glue adhesive. Because it was so fresh, the diamonds didn’t stay exactly in place on the grid when I placed them, but the owner gave me the helpful advice of peeling back the cover to expose the glue to air so that it would dry out a bit. I will definitely buy from Craftibly again because of the help & support from the owners & because of the quality of kit.

Just received my first order and I love them. I ordered 2 and will be ordering more. This company is top notch. Quality from start to finish. Canvas, glue, drills, packaging, shipping updates, fast shipping, and customer service.

Was extremely disappointed! A friend and I checked the website and it specifically said they were open on Saturday from 12-6. Drove out there from the east side of Arlington to the far west side of Fort Worth to find that the hours posted on the door said:Saturday - SundayClosed(unless we are here 😉)Really!!!!!! The hours posted on the website should really match your actual store hours.
