Excellent variety of sorts, but I needed assistance with some material and it seemed that there was no one that wanted to help me. I was in the store for about twenty minutes and I finally I just left. Only reason for four stars is because its a nice store. Just needs better costumer service.

Greeted by a friendly employee when we walked in. Clean environment with upbeat music. Found what we needed easily and used a great coupon. Cashier named Emma was delightful, helpful, and she made our day!

Came here looking for a container to hold a craft project that I was working on. Had no idea what I was really looking for..... The woman at the register gave me a great suggestion, and I ended up finding little glass bottles with a cork top. So appreciative of her and the willingness to help brainstorm ideas!!

I want to give a very appreciative thumbs up to the wonderful framing team (particularily Caesar and Natasha) at the Michaels on Carroll Street here in Fort Worth - they did a fabulous job on a challenging framing project putting together a tryiptych with 3 of my 12x24 paintings that needed to be lined up to hang both horizontally and vertically. I will definitely be back whenever I need any paintings framed!

I was blown away by Alicia’s kindness today. I stopped by Michael’s to pick up some arts and crafts supplies for my daughter and little sister. It’s been a rough couple of days for me, my mom is ill and not doing well. So I wanted to get something for the kids to be distracted with. Alicia was the warm and welcoming person that I needed today. She signed me up for the rewards and walked me thru how to use it.. but not like any other sales associate. She was personable and took the time to explain it thoroughly but simply. These kind of interactions aren’t common when you’re out and about, and I want her and the rest of the team to know how much I truly appreciate it.

Needed material cut, asked two associates.Both said they would get someone. No one came. I went to front counter asked for help. Got it after a while. Store was not busy. Plenty of help. Just no one willing to work.

I purchased some items for work with our company card. I came back the next day to return a few things that I ended up not needing. The cashier returned them but only handed me a return receipt instead of the original one I gave her. I went right back to the store to get my receipt once I realized that she didnt give it back to me. I need it for work, since I used the company card, I HAVE to turn it into corporate. I asked the other cashiers if they could re-print it and they said no. I then asked if the other cashier threw it away and they shrugged like, probably. They pretended to look for it, then instructed me to call a 1800 number. I called the 1800 number and they told me its not in the system. It shouldnt be THIS HARD to locate a receipt that SHOULD have been given back to me in the first place!

Everytime I go the employees are nice, the areas are clean and the environment is quiet.

Clean, stocked, and organized store. Staff nowhere in sight and wasnt too friendly upon checkout. I purchased 4 flowers with a total that came out to over $120 and the cashier asked if I wanted a bag and receipt. Pardon me, but my thought was, why would I want to walk out of the store without a bag and receipt?

When I tell you I fell in love with this shop, it’s the truth! I always catch myself coming there and the Target in the square . Staff are friendly and very efficient even if they’re new. I never had any problems there. A wide collection of arts and crafts, Decorations and much more!

I can always find arts and crafts that that I cant find anywhere else. The prices are a little bit High but everything is of such good quality. I am one of those that I do look for a bargain because I just dont have a lot of money. But when I need something of quality or something different that I know I cant find anywhere else I go to Michaels. One of my favorite art and craft stores ever!

Michaels is a good place to shop for art supplies. I particularly like the 40% off coupon you receive for shopping there. Be on the lookout for sales that make items a lot more affordable.

Friendly people, nice location, right next to a target, marshalls, ross, and dollar tree which is a bonus for me. So it has awesome stores next to it. Only thing is if youre looking for mechanical pencils, this isnt the place surprisingly. But besides that its great.

They need to step up the dollar section. It used to be awesome but not so much anymore. And some new ideas please but I love them great store.

This Michaels locations is nice because it is more compact, so theres less ground to cover to get to the section you need. I like that the jewelry makers section is right in front and everything is easy to see as opposed to being relegated to a side aisle like in some locations. Fun fact, I broke my arm after tripping on the curb in front of this store.

I am always greeted by friendly staff upon entering store. The staff is helpful and if they dont know they will find someone who does. Going the extra step in customer service does make a difference when I dont know exactly what I need. I have had to return a few items I didnt need after all and their return policy and process is fast and easy.

I was there looking for something but got caught up in all the other items they had. A very large and very clean store. Well stocked. Prices were a little more than what I wanted to spend on some items.

Placed an order on pick up, not much just a single item. Waited 2 hours and it still wasnt ready and when i called they told me there were several orders infront of me. Now i work ecommerce so i understand how it is, but to have an order with 1 item set unpicked is stupid as hell. If i were to do that at work id walk by the 1 item 20 times. Learn some common sense and get your business right

Its a craft store and more. Get your art supplies here and even get custom frames for your own artwork. Rainy day with the kids? This is the perfect place to come and roam for a project or two. Dont forget all the baking/cake decorating supplies so you can create a delicious treat after all the trimming and gluing.

I like Michaels but was disappointed they didnt have what I was looking for that day. Everything was to seasonal.

Ordered some craft supplies online for pick up, Michael’s was supposed to call when they received the order and again when it was ready, they never called me and then blew up my email with a bunch of trash, then said it was picked up when it wasn’t. Terrible service, I’d recommend Hobby Lobby.

I love going here. No matter which location I go to, I always find employees who are able to help me find exactly what I am looking for. They have also been helpful in the past regarding coupons. I usually come here for scrapbooking materials and I am never disappointed in what I find. They are great to go to during Christmas time as well.

Decent, but I passed 3 or 4 employees while looking for particular items, and no one engaged me too see if I could use assistance. You can also pretty much find everything here cheaper somehow else.

Pretty standard store, just more compact than usual. Tried asking an employee where to find buttons, only to be told they didnt have any. What kind of craft store doesnt have buttons????

This store has most of your arts and crafts needs. Its not as big as the store down by Hulan Mall (may have more stock). It is mostly crafts supplies. They have a very small section for fine arts.The people that work here have NO IDEA what they have in the store. If you ask for something, the answer is always, no, we dont have that. Even when they have plenty in the store. I recommend using their app to find things in the store instead of asking anyone that works here. The app tells you which aisle and if its in stock.
