5 star service. Recommended.

Courtney is amazing. I had a very vague idea of what I wanted and she totally nailed it. There was only her and another artist working so both would have to stop and help other customers that came in. It was not a bother at all and she helped them get exactly what they needed/answered questions. It only took about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Courtney if you are looking to get your makeup done at this location.

Went in to grab powder. Had my 8 yr old daughter and 4 of her friends. The lady’s there were wonderful!!! They put lipstick and shadow on them and were so patient. They were also very helpful to me with matching and other product questions.

Just went and got my make up done my foundation doesn’t match my skin I look orange my eyebrows are uneven and the wing on my eyeliner was not straight or even. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the girls were nice. Just horrible at doing makeup.

Staff rude you will be ignored every time! Worst store in Texas I swear!

Good make up if you save like 7 compacts you get a lipstick for free. They have different deals but I think Sephora has them beat on make up.

Don’t ever go there. Dusty counters and very rude staff. If you touch something you not supposed to touch ( still don’t understand why I get call out in front of other customers), you will get yell. That was really embarrassing. I’ll never use M.A.C again :( bad experience.

Nice n nasty...Wont come back to this location even as a regular. They cherry pick which customers to cater to, and I even spent money buying a new shade

I didnt want to give you this one star and I hope your Area manager will read my comment. My daughter and I went to this location because a good friend of ours set the appointment for my daughter. It was confirmed by CHEALSE that we had the appointment and to come back on that time .Well,we did and TIFFANY checked the appointment book and now WE WASNT BOOKED .Thank goodness the other MAC associate did vouch for us saying we did because CHEALSE said we was on the books .That heffa denied it and said it was not true .I hope these two ladies will get a write up. Tiffany told us we can help but it would be at a later time. No the hell it wont, this was my daughters prom . All I have to say to these ladies I hope and pray that one day KARMA WONT COME TO BITE YOU IN THE ASS.

Too much time spent bring ignored. Ive always been a MAC customer but these people act as if my money isnt worth making.

I got a MAC gift card for my Birthday and the store didn’t accept the gift card because it wasn’t purchased from DILLARDS, ummmm.... ok????The gift card says MAC COSMETICS and this is a MAC COSMETICS STORE! had to order my makeup online and pay shipping!!!!!zero starts!!!!

This location is so small that the staff stuggle to help and when they do, they arent really that great to be honest. Ive wasted so much time waiting around for their assistance.

I was disappointed with the wait time and then product I wanted was out of stock.

Terrible I was charged three times on my card that didnt even go through as I was told my the worker. When I called to tell them what happened they said they couldnt help and sorry for my luck I do not recommend it.
