I go to this location pretty frequently and I the young lady who greeted us was so sweet and kind. She was also very knowledgeable about the new skincare products that was displayed in the front of the store. When walking around looking for a product it was a little difficult to get someone to assist me but I did eventually get a really nice girl to assist me.

If you need beauty products, salon products; shampoos, conditioners, flat irons, blow dryers, eyelashes, mascara, etc., theyve got it. No need to walk around offending. Theyve got body washes and scents youre sure to love. The customer service is great for the most part.

I just recently started shopping at Ulta and its good to be able to find a lot of different brands all in one place and at reasonable prices.

Tony at the Hulen Ulta location in Fort Worth Texas was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and helpful and I appreciated all of his help in finding the perfect foundation and powder that matched my skin tone. He was more than willing to help and did a great job!! Great experience today at Ulta.

I love Ulta and I appreciate the prompt, attentive service. Whoever approaches me 1st when I walk in I take full advantage of their time so I dont have several associates asking me the same question. They are on top top of their customer service and that I can appreciate. I do understand some other reviews as well because some people do love to browse. When I go in to browse I just keep the same statement, Im just browsing and keep it moving.

Good selection prices seem high on some things but overall good for a quick shop. You have to be quick though because the store is uncomfortably warm.

I love this store because of all the different products they offer. With that said I have to also mention that I was recently in this store , and like every one else I hadn’t been in there for a while due to COVID 😒! I was totally blown away for there prices now compared to pre-COVID! A product that I used to buy at $12 is now $18! That is unacceptable in my book! I get that a lot of companies lost a lot of money due to this epidemic and there trying to survive……but what about the consumers…? They are having just as hard of a time if not harder???

Wow....havent had this many people in my face since basic training. My husband daughter her boyfriend and I made an impromptu visit an order to shop and get some necessary staples for her and I before she left for college. Literally every time I attempted to read a label or look at a product, someone was coming up to me asking me if I needed assistance. I understand being proactive in the customer service industry within the 15 minutes I was there I was cornered by no less than 10 people and not only did they approach me but they kept me engaged to the point I felt I couldnt even shop so I left rather quickly as opposed to spending quite a bit of money I had planned. Like my daughter and I werent sure if it was because we looked a little disheveled as we have been cleaning and preparing for weekend festivities most of the day and hadnt really planned to go out shopping or if it was just extremely proactive, engaged customer service. I was attempting to look at fragrances and had recently purchased a Givenchy and already had guess and a Burberry and was looking at other fragrances and has something very specific in mind. A customer service associate went and gotten us another customer service associate and that continue to interrupt me and my daughter as we were talking and continue to interrupt me and my husband and after telling her no less than six times to give me a moment why I considered making the commitment to the perfume she was showing me because honestly I did not like it and was trying to be polite. However our refusal to let me be and Shop on my own she continue to bring me several different fragrances on paper and tissues and at that time I couldnt even distinguish what I was smelling anymore. My husband thinking that I just really like this perfume and was a little hesitant to purchase it for myself ended up buying it so I ended up leaving that store with a perfume that was okay but one that I really didnt want. They were all very kind and I dont believe there was any animosity, however it literally made me anxious. Every single thing was interrupted from the conversations with my husband, to me trying to shop and speak to my daughter who was here a very short time, to trying to read a label of a product! I ended up gathering my family and telling them that we just needed to go. Hopefully the other Ulta in the area will have a little more emotional intelligence and intuition in dealing with people. This review is not meant to be snarky or unkind it is just feedback so that the associates can be aware of their actions and how it actually drove away business and hopefully they will learn to read subtle body languages and cues. I was super uncomfortable the whole time because people were constantly in my face and interrupting me.

Ultra has great selections in a wide range of prices and quality. There is something for everyone, and their customer service is awesome. I never leave here empty handed! It’s a great place in Fort Worth to get all of your cosmetics, supplies, and sundries!

The manager was a little snippy but everything else was good

Customer service is very low here on almost every visit, but on my last visit Brenda took it to an all time low. To be told I cant help you because there is a long line. It was close to closing (10 mins), but the job is more than just being a cashier. I will not be back to this location. Ulta also puts returned makeup back on the shelfs and resales it. Several times I purchased items from this location that appeared to be used after I got them home and I had to return. Not a store to be trusted and not a company I can support after dealing with the attitude of Brenda on 3.18.2021 at 6:50 PM.

Mahogany helped me out today and let me tell you she did an amazing job! She was super nice and helped me find the perfect foundation.

Giving 5 stars for cindy the manager! SHE IS AWESOME!! Such a sweetheart and so good at caring for her employees. she went above and beyond to help fix my hair that was previously done by kristi - who was VERY rude to me on the phone after I got home and mentioned she had left most of my brown roots in my hair in when I paid $300 for it to be blond.

I come here often and 9/10 times I always have a great experience here, nice staff that help you with your needs, friendly for the most part. Can’t complain :)

Has very helpful employees and hard to find items

Dimitri was a sweetheart. They were very patient with me. When I started to sweat from nervousness They didn’t mind. Great worker. Ask for Dimitri for the best experience. ALSO WHOEVER THAT MUSTY MAN WAS THAT YELLED AT THEM FOR NO REASON CAN GET THIS FADE!!! Anyway yeah! Dimitri was great. 10/10 xoxo

I normally come to this location but today was a whole different experience. This by far was the worst type of customer service. The manager made me feel so uncomfortable and constantly was following me around, I understand if you want to make sure I find everything okay but to just follow me out of everyone person in the store was wrong. This was obviously done because of my characteristics and I will definitely not return to this location.

05/18/2021: I always get excellent service here. I just spoke with Aiden (sp?) over the phone and they were super helpful and kind with me over the phone. I always take the 11 miles to drive over to this one cause they provide excellent service every time.---09/2020: Dimitri (I hope Im spelling their name correctly) was very polite and extremely helpful. I was looking for an eye cream and chemical exfoliate and they gave me some great recommendations. They were super sweet and they were understanding of my budget. When you go to this Ulta, ask for Dimitri. Super helpful and kind.

There were tons of people willing to help me while I was there. I had my hair cut by Shauna and she was AMAZING. I highly recommend going to her for hair appointments in the salon.

Tons to choose from. Honestly, I try not to go because it’s a big event having to go through the store to find what you need and possibly get assistance on it. The store is just too big for me. I tend to shop their online store because it’s easier. However, this place would be great for browsing.

Im no newbie when it comes to browsing the shelves at this Ulta location. I’m also a little too familiar with the website... but anyways I went in today to try out their hair services for the first time. I’m not exactly sure what I was expecting but It definitely exceeded my expectations. My stylist was Brianna and she did a really great job on my hair cut. I showed her a few pictures and then we talked about it and came up with a great cut! I’m pretty sure it’s by appointment only and I just made the appointment online. I wasn’t sure who to pick so I just chose 1 of the cheapest ones.. there’s wasn’t any wait time and I was walking out looking like a new person in an hour. The prices are comparable to other places for the most part.

They sell my favorite pomade here for $5 less than target so no brainer, also the service is great they tried to find the pomade I wanted for like 20 minutes.

Shawna (probably not spelling this correctly)...did the BEST job on my hair. She somehow knew exactly what I wanted by pointing at a picture. My color w/subtle highlights and cut turned out beautifully. Ive gotten so many compliments and I absolutely love it..She even picked out the perfect color safe shampoo and conditioner for my hair type and I love it...best Ive ever used and she picked it out on sale! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the cost was high!! But that is not anything she has control over. I did get %20 on the first time salon service promo, but Im hoping touch ups will be much more reasonable.

Love it. Even though my luck with bonus gifts being in stock at the Hulen location hasnt always been a good experience. UNTIL I met the Juice Beauty saleswoman last week. She gave me several full size samples that she had in her car!

Clean, organized, lots of options

I have only been here twice, I’m kinda new to makeup and coming here was kinda intimidating, but I just happened to have one employee that understood and help me walk threw can’t remember your name, shout out to you!

Truthfully I agree with a lot of these reviews about their customer service. Its not the best. Every time Ive gone no one really greets you. However the only reason I give this location 5 stars is because of Carrie at The Salon! She is hands down the best hair dresser Ive been to. I usually get my hair cuts at Toni & Guy but decided to try Ulta because of a promotion. Best decision! She is super nice, a wonderful conversationalist and knew exactly what I wanted. Ive always had long hair and never experienced shorter cuts. But due to my postpartum hair loss I had to do something about my locks that was easier to maintain. Carrie did THAT! She gave me a different look but nothing extravagant which is what I was looking for. She is lovely and I HIGHLY recommend her. She will work with you in every single way. I will definitely come back here to see her for future hair color/cuts.

Today I visited Jaime for a 30 minute facial. It was so relaxing!!! She is amazing at her work!!! Afterwards I was so calm I almost didn’t stand up! My skin feels so much better like it can actually breathe again! All around great experience, she is super sweet and the facials are great! 100% recommend!!! 🖤

The girls that work here are very rude and short with their customers. I had come in about 10 minutes before closing (which I understand is annoying, I just had to run in and grab something, not shop around) and as soon as I entered the girl by the door said “we close in 10 minutes”. No other greeting. And when I got to the register there was a little bit of a line, and one of the girls would take the next customer by saying “next” in the rudest tone I’ve ever heard. It’s just a shame because I’ve never had an issue with Ulta before. Yes it was right before closing, but there are still standards you need to uphold when you’re at your job, and these girls did not care about these standards in the slightest.

Got my makeup done here and it is awful. my dark circles under my eyes look untouched. eyebrows are terrible. uneven eyes. no mascara. just overall horrible and useless experience.

Kourtney did a great job! She marked my brows and had me look at the progress every step of the way. She gave me tips about where I need to let my brows grow in more, and explained how & why she was shaping them to accommodate my request for fuller brows vs. my current, actual brows! I was also lucky and got a walk in appointment within 10 minutes. Thanks!

I love coming here and having one of the workers tell me exactly what I need, and you get to try it on! Im always pleased with what they recommend and theres a good discount program. They have almost every brand you could ask for, in a range of budgets

My hair stylist (Kaylen) was wonderful. She was very gentle and relaxing while drying my hair. She cut my hair just as I described and wanted. We talked a little, but not to much about new products. Overall I left Ulta happy and will visit again when I have the chance.

Pretty pricey on everything, but fun to come browse. They have almost anything u can think of though. I love there options of hair straighteners & blow dryers!

The chances of me going back unless it is an absolute necessity is very slim. I walked around trying to find someone to help me for 45 min, I would have left but was in a time crunch. None of the employees will make eye contact with you and do their best to avoid customers at all cost.

Terrible service in this store. Not one clerk asked if I needed help and there was no one in the store shopping besides me. There were 2 clerks talking on the floor about personal. matters and never acknowledged me even when I had to ask one to please move so I could look at the product she was blocking! Overall the look of the store was just sad--it appeared dusty and dirty and many areas had been ransacked. I went in for something I needed right then or I would walked out. When I went to check out the cashier was nice but it didnt change my overall view of the location. Will not shop there again.

I drive across Fort Worth to come to this Ulta because Kacy is amazing. Having my hair done at the salon is effortless and worry free.

I like shopping here..they have a great selection of everything for women in the way of personal care. Their well trained staff is most helpful if needed and their selection of fragrances..hair care..makeup..hair appliances..spa items is extensive. You will be back.

I love this place. Sometimes on Saturdays you can get a free makeover. It products was there and I got a free makeover. Plus a free it cosmetic bag, free tote, and free mascara. They are very friendly there. They have everything you need for your makeup needs, moisturizer for your face, face wash, and any makeup brushes you need. There is just to much to list on here. Its a must go!

I lovw this store. They have an excellent rewards program. Right now I have over $20 of rewards that I can use. Most places take years to aquire just $5 in rewards that has a reward point program.

I always enjoy ULTA and their service is great. I get my hair cut their and they are always super nice and considerate and are fun and easy to talk to. Its also easy to shop there because the workers are not pushy but are there is you need their help

Ulta can be a little intimidating because of so many options. But, it is always fun to see whats new in the beauty world.

Agree with some of the other reviews that the staff here is very uninterested in helping you. I only come here if I absolutely have to. Every time I walk in there are employees standing around not assisting any other customers but no one greets me. No one offers to help. The ONE time I had a good experience was when Jessica Herrera helped me. She is by far the BEST employee I have ever encountered in an Ulta. If I ever go back I will be asking for her.

Good fast restaurant with similar ethical bias to ours. Unfortunately, the chicken breast sandwiches wheres some pot dried out and the mayonnaise you didnt help it. weve eaten at other Chicken Express locations, and found the chicken breasts to be universally on the dry side.

Everyone here is always so nice and even though they are always busy here, someone always makes sure to help.

Employees are very rude, at least the one I encountered. You ask a question and they answer you like you’re the biggest bother. Learn better customer service or just be kind to your customers at least!

Store Selection is fine, store is clean and well organized, but the customer service is awful. I spoke with 2 young ladies while there, the first one seemed new and attempted to be helpful by asking a senior employee about the product I was looking for and that senior employee was horribly rude and dismissive, refused to assist me whatsoever and proceeded to ignore me. I really hope the new girl doesnt take her training from that ... awful. And almost walked right into me as I was leaving, although she saw me walking out and decided to dang near run me down then sneer at me and roll her eyes as she kept walking without an apology. I will not ever be back to this location and I hope the Upper Management will get their employees properly trained or removed and replaced with some that are!!

Im not sure who looks at google ratings for a product store. The product is exactly what you would expect at the price listed. The staff isnt terribly helpful, doesnt know how their own coupons work, and LITERALLY CANNOT EVEN RIGHT NOW.

I visit the salon here and have always had a great experience. Kristy cuts my hair and she does a great job. In the store area there is a huge selection on beauty products, and associates are always willing to help or suggest items.

Service was not good at all. Was in the store for almost 25 minutes and not one associate came over to ask if I needed assistance. I passed one working on an end cap and nothing. Thought I would get better service at this one since the I visit is always busy but I guess not. At least at my normal store no matter how busy they are they still make sure Im ok

Lots of product. It was nice to see some of the YouTube makeup artist product in the store. I went for haircare products, but I will never pay more than 5.00 for an item.

Only problem here is you find a product you like and when you go back to get it again its gone.

I have gotten my brows done there several times and have been happy with my experience. They always mapped them out and made sure I was happy pre-waxing. This girl did none of that. She just started waxing away and I was not happy with my service at all. I spoke with the manager and she said that if I don’t pay for my service, then I won’t be able to come back to get any sort of beauty bar treatments, per Ulta’s policy. She took me back to the brow bar and there was just no going back for me. I didn’t want to get blackballed so I just paid for my service WITH NO TIP and left. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth. I expect a certain level of expertise coming from the brow bar employees for paying 22 dollars to get my brows done. Now I have step-sisters for eyebrows.

The staff member who rang up my purchase was super nice, and helped me sign up for their rewards program so i could get a gift, since it was my birthday. Thats the only reason im giving 3 stars.Unfortunately the other staff harassed my friend and i, asking is if we needed help every few minutes. But not in the friendly way, in the You dont belong here, you must be stealing way.I ended up buying less because of that. Ill go to a different Ulta for the eyeshadow palette i was looking at next time.

Ulta is a great store. My only complaint is sometimes there arent employees available to help with needs or that offer to help. The customer service could definately be stepped up.

Went in to buy rose water from Mario Badescu, saw a product that I took interest in and asked a worker if they can give me more info on the product. The girl, looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked away and just went to talk in a group of other workers, not doing anything but gossiping! The girls are rude, make you feel as if you Deserve to be shopping at Ulta! Some advice, if your going to work at a make up store, know the make up, it’s uses, how they work and know how to apply your make up and not look like a clown! Blend and feather out the make up and brows!

I got my makeup done by a very very sweet guy who made my eyes pop so much that a lady literally came from across the store to compliment my eyes. It was awesome and as someone whose really insecure about my skin it made me feel so fantastic. Ill 100% be coming back to get the Stila liquid eyeshadows, but unfortunately I couldnt today because of the price.All in all, fantastic.

I had an pretty good experience today, the Ulta Employees were very nice & asked if I needed assistance (a little too often if Im being honest) & the only reason Im not rating it as a 5star review is bc they didnt have quite a few brands I was looking for & some of the they did have that I was interested in it was usually a small endcap & that was it for the brand! So yeah, I was pretty disappointed with that but the experience was pretty nice so I gave them 4 stars!

Ive given this store so many chances. I will not go again. Sales associates at check out are rude and not once do the ask if they could help with anything. Ive tried using the coupons they offered and every time they say oh, you cant use that one . Ask for my birthday gift they offer in your birthday month, they said oh you have to have the email. I am giving 2 stars only because they have lots of products. Sephora it is!!

This store has a better layout and more knowledgable staff than many other Ulta stores Ive been to. But unfortunately, they dont carry the wide range of brands in-store as they did a few years ago, and they dont restock as quickly as they should. Even so, if I want to shop at Ulta, this is the one I usually choose.

Clean facility, friendly staff, HUGE selection of products and reasonable prices! My go to for my cosmetic needs.

Honestly Ive been waiting for months to write this review because I kept telling myself that maybe I just caught them on a bad night. The past 5 trips that Ive been in NOT A SINGLE PERSON approached me and asked if I needed help. Tonight I asked for a makeup remover wipe from a lady working and she seemed annoyed that I asked. They all huddled to sit and chit chat with one another instead of helping guest. There has been massive empty sections and all around just looked dirty. To top it all off the lady who checked me out never really greeted me, smiled, or said anything but whats your number? Poor poor poor customer service.

Ashton in the Salon is THE BEST! Always gives great advice, does perfect color, and gets my cut right every time!

Too many options. Items seem to be offered by brand. Can look all over store for nail products. Too many aisles all running in different directions.

I got a cool haircut last time I went in. The people who work at this Ulta are always super helpful about new products and theyll give you advice on what looks good on you. There are also demonstrations pretty often.
