Very large store! Great selection of hair and wigs with various price ranges. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere to shop. I purchased some hair oils, Nubian Heritage bar soaps, and a variety of incense sticks that were 3 for a dollar.

I love this beauty supply store. I go here for many things and each time find something new. Their prices are amazing and the store is always clean and organized. The staff Is always willing to assist and they have never been rude. Wait time is reasonable based on the amount of customers being assisted at a time but never long to say I am leaving and I love that. I have been going here for 5+ years now.

I went to the store to buy some wigs and it’s hard to find anybody to help you in the store but that’s not the best part so they didn’t have the week that I wanted so I had to buy one that was off of that stand so when you buy we got to stand you get 10% off. Well I got to check out I’m not paying attention and she brings me about pay and I leave I get home they charge me $46 for the week that I bought the week wasn’t even $46 to begin with OK the price tag says 4294 on it they charge me 46 because they were taking 10% off of it and wanted to still make your money off of it so she bumped it up to $46 so that like that 10% wouldn’t matter so I think that’s very rude I will not be going back to that store and anybody who goes to that store should pay attention when you’re checking them out because they increase the prices on you when you get a discount discount

My favorite spot to get beauty goods. Staff could be more friendly, but its not many of them. When you need a wig or something you have to pull the cashiers to help you and they need to be cashing customers out. The owners rarely speak. Place is always organized and stocked.

Great place.. sanitation wipes at the door when you come in and are very nice about asking you to use them. They had everything I was looking for! I got my braid hair for vacation with the accessories, edge gel, and braids moisturizer all for less than $50!! Great prices! Great selection! The only thing I can say could be better is they didnt really help us find anything just a greeting and we were left to walk around.

Very ghetto! Poor customer service. I purchased items and had to return them. I returned them the same day with a receipt. The new items I exchanged for the old should have been accompanied with a new receipt. They were not. They gave me a credit card receipt instead of an itemized receipt. This is not how you do business in America. They refused to give me a itemized receipt and said they needed to keep it so that their drawer wont be short at the end of the day. Who even cares?! You denied me a basic right as a customer. Be aware that not all of your clients are naive. I will not be shopping here again and urge everyone to video tape these people when youre making a purchase. It would have been easier to just give me the receipt I was due. An itemized receipt that shows everything you purchased during the transaction . This place does not have basic business ethics. All businesses are required to provide receipts not only for the customer but to support their income and expenses for tax purposes. This occurrence was filed with the BBB and the Texas Attorney General.

First it comes up as black owned. IT IS NOT. I asked because i wanted to avoid being treated in a certain way. Like not being greeted upon entry. Followed around the store like im going to steal. Employees coincidentally coming to the isle im on and not asking if i needed assistance while they shuffle things on a shelf that they have already straightened out. Which by the way is EXACTLY what happened. I wont be back.

This is my favorite beauty supply store, very friendly staff and helpful. They always stay stocked up on all their products, a wide selection of items and prices are not bad either.

Some if the prices are higher, but I get it. Its a smaller store. But the people are friendly and helpful and I like the location.

Best Variety of Hair Ive Found- All styles, all colors, and for me, most importantly all lengths of braiding hair. Short braiding hair available in a variety of colors as well extra styles of crochet hair just for kids. All beauty products, makeup, accessories, and hair products. The store is organized and clean. I drive out of the way just to shop for braiding hair here, its over an hour and WELL worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner or who ever he is would not get a hair product from the top shelf for me, because he said no one was available to get it...He refused to get it himself! He obviously did not care about losing a customer. I literally just walked out of the store and will be going to different beauty supply. I will never come to this one again! Horrible customer service!

Finally. I found a beauty supply place that has just about everything I need. The store has all the gels, leave in conditioners, hair moisturizers and oils a natural girl needs. There are a good variety of combs and every kind if brush you could think of. I was looking for a hair coiling sponge. Not only did they have it.. there were 3 different varieties!! Best of all was the price. $7.99. I also needed some concealer. There was a good selection of L A girl in my color, espresso, which is usually out. I briefly looked at the wigs. There was a large selection of wigs but not very many soft lace fronts. I didnt see any natural part ones and few human hair or Remy hair units. The styling seemed to be out of date too. I will be back to visit again and Ill check out the braiding and pack hair plus do a review on the makeup.

It’s says a lot about how they feel about their customers when they intentionally lock their doors several minutes before their closing time. The worse part is they sit and watch and make fun of the very people that spend their money to even keep their business operating that’s attempting to make a purchase ..... It’s a prime example of why I rather shop #BlackOwned‼️ I’ll be spreading the word and they have lost my business for good‼️

Very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions and did not hover around me. They went back to the front of store. The wigs are packed in tight but they range in price from around 24 and up. Will be going back.

Being a New Resident in the Fort Worth Area, only Sallys are very common, so I have to travel elsewhere for my hair care needs. I must admit the 15 minute drive is highly worth it! The Prices are very reasonable, & they have everything you need! The prices are very accommodating, if you like to budget/save, such as I do, & the lady who worked the register was very friendly. I had a great experience for my first visit, & I will be back, unless I get a Black Beauty Supply Closer to home.P.s.- From what I browsed, the wig selection looks limited., but it could be more, I just didnt browse enough..

This beauty store is okay they dont have a lot of selection like other beauty supplies. The management is also OK. Not a big selection

They dont follow you around in there making you feel like a criminal. Great selection of products and reasonable prices. *UPDATE* Its been about 6 months since I left a review for this establishment so this statement will not be consistent with my previous review. I just want to say that you really need to open and inspect everything you buy from them because if you later notice any problems like a damaged or a missing item, they wont take it back or let you exchange it for a suitable item. I wont be shopping at that particular store any longer.

Fair prices. Great selection of products for ethnic hair that are not available at other retail chains. Employees are nice which (in my experience) is not common at most other beauty supply stores. Hair selection is kinda small.

Couldn’t spray a color on my skin to see if it was a fit for me bc u can’t return it. The “manager” I guess declined so I didn’t make a purchase that day. Came a different month for something else getting stared at like I am about to steal. The hair options is very minimal. Nobody really knows anything about ANYTHING actually. Prices are high. JENNYS is better & wayyyy more diverse... I just hate driving long distance.

I get all my beauty supplies from here hair, nails, and face great service that helps you find the perfect thing for you they are very patient even if you ask about 30 questions. Great stuff to buy there I usually get makeup and hair stuff which works really well for me I really recommend going here and right next door is a clothing place so you can get your face and clothing items in basically one trip.

I went in the store looking for a half wig, and a Mexican lady was helping me, she recommended a wig and I liked it I told her I thought it would be the wrong color but she told me it was the right color bought the $30 wig tried to exchange for a darker color and still had the receipt and the packaged was opened. They refused to exchange and said I should have read the policy which isnt even on the receipt. Dont come here unless you know EXACTLY what it is you need to buy. They only care about money.
