Absolute best place to buy scrubs, period! Locally owned and run. The ladies there were wonderful, and helped me every step of the way..

I came in and was immediately greeted by the woman working. She asked what I was looking for and I told her my new department color. She showed me one pair that I grabbed on my way to the dressing room. By the time I had tried on that pair, she had gathered all the rest of the scrubs in that color in my size in the store. I was able to try them on and come to a decision in a fraction of the time, which is amazing since I had my 8 month old daughter with me. She even went through the clearance items and helped me find a great deal on a clearance top. I have been to this store before and was impressed, but this service took it to another level. I will not be going anywhere else for scrubs, ever.

First time buying scrubs, but Raven was really helpful and knowledgeable, and he steered me towards a more affordable option so I can figure out what aspects I like and go from there if I want a higher end brand in the future. The work-related discount was just an added bonus! Will definitely be back and recommending them to everybody I knows who wears scrubs. The new remodel really opens up the store ! The environment is great ,as well as the selection of scrubs! They have a lot of items without it feeling too crowed. The employees stop what they are doing to greet you and make you feel welcome, helping you pick out the perfect scrubs. Its a great store with 4 fitting rooms, a wide range of shoes and my favorite the awesome compression socks !!

Good selection of scrubs and at a good price as well. They also carry a wide variety of other medical equipment here as well. They literally have every size you could need and also let you try on items before you buy them, which is rare with Covid being around. They can also embroider your company/facility logo/name into your scrubs as well. Literally my only complaint is that the men’s section is a fraction of the size of the women’s selections for scrub styles, colors, etc.

Aby the manager I mean I ask for the manager and she said she is, was so rude, really disrespect.

Went in to buy scrubs for my husband and Zack was just the most helpful person in the world. Usually when you say you’re looking for the cheapest product sales people roll their eyes and walk away but Zack continued to help me and even pointed out the clearance section. He is well versed on the products and made it easy for me to make my picks. He even reminded me to hang on to the receipt for tax deductions.We are forever customers now. Hope every sales person they have is like Zack.

I will never go anywhere else to buy scrubs again! Zack and Holly were so helpful and patient with all of my questions. I needed scrubs for NCTC and for my job at a hospital and they had everything I needed. Whatever wasn’t in stock they were quick to find at the warehouse and offer shipping.

Love this store! I went for a new pair of scrubs and Holly was so nice, she helped me find several pairs of scrubs that fit my work requirements and I found the perfect pair! The pants turned out to be defective, and the exchange process was so easy! Gabe and Rachel helped me, and they were both so professional and understanding. Love this place. Every time Ive been here Im greeted at the door and helped to find everything I need from start to finish. Im a difficult size but the staff has always been very knowledgeable about their products and doesnt try to sell you the more expensive items just because! I work in the veterinary field so our scrubs get messed up really easy. I havent needed to replace anything I have bought from this store. Good quality products with comparable pricing.

I have purchased some things here a few years ago and I was blown away by the amazing customer service they had. Today, I returned on a mission to find a specific lab coat. When I walked in the door, an associate greeted me and offered to help. Even though they did not have the exact one I was looking for, she was able to order it without any issues. This store is great! The employees are so pleasant and helpful. And their selection is second to none. Plus - they offer discounts for people in the medical field, military, and students! Their prices are already great, but adding discounts is very generous. I came from south Fort Worth because of their great reviews, and I wasnt disappointed. Definitely worth the drive.

Dropped in today and got several scrubs at fair prices. Im a big guy and was concerned they didnt have what I would need. They did. Big and tall options were available. The staff were friendly and they had several options for me that I really liked. Definitely worth a stop in.

Best scrub shop around. I drive 45 min just so i can go. I can always find what i need for apparel, shoes, accessories and more. If they dont have they will get it and ship it to you. Super friendly and helpful staff!

The people working here were extremely sweet and helpful when I came to try on some scrubs. I was really glad that they did embroidering because I needed my schools logo on my scrub top. The reason for my low stars rating is because I have been waiting a month for my scrub top to get in. I called the store and they said it would be done by that day at 2:00 pm and that they would call me when it got in. I never received a call. So I went to the store a couple of days later to see if maybe they just forgot to call me. Unfortunately they said they still didnt have it because the employee that was to supposed to pick it up, never did. Then another employee said that she would personally deliver it to me on the weekend. Once again, I was disappointed when she called and said she wasnt going to. The only reason I would shop here again is because of the student discounts.

I personally have been coming here for years with my mom (who has been a nurse for over 25 years) and now since I have a class in highschool that requires me to wear scrubs, this place is the only place I choose to shop from. The staff are all friendly and assist if you are having difficulty finding something. They carry top brand scrubs and I personally have never had a problem here. I recommend all of my friends and nurses to shop here. There is no other place like Level One.

I was so shocked with the amount of service I received! I had no idea how much variety and qualities came with scrubs. I was completely expecting an environment in which the staff were hands off and it would be just another clothing store experience. However I was extremely pleased to find so much useful information about the fits and what would work for me thanks to the staff. Prices were great, they offer great discounts. Idk why anyone else would bother with any other place. They have my business forever!

I was on the hunt for plus size scrubs in particular colors. This store provided everything I needed, and more! EXCELLENT selection and VERY personable customer service! The employees helped me order the particular colors I needed once I found the style that fit me best. I appreciate this location’s organization and I will definitely be returning! The gentleman with blonde-ish hair was especially helpful in ordering the alternative colors.

Amazing service! Nikki was very kind and helpful. She learned my size and what I liked from what I was looking at and started pulling things for me. Great selection, very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to order a pair of pants in a color they do not carry and it is scheduled to arrive in less than a week. Competitively priced with regard to custom embroidery. I have not tried it, so I cannot comment on the quality, I will have them do one scrub top to test before deciding whether I want to transfer my business from my current online vendor to them.

After going to 3 different stores to find my size, this was the Last one I went to and I wish I would have gone here first!!! I walked in an told Ivy my frustration and she was quick to point me in the right direction. They have a really good variety of plus sizes, and I finally found tips that dont make me look like a box. Quick sizing and perfect personalization. Although when first washed, all the buttons came off my culinary jacket, I called and they completely replaced it for free. Very smooth and nice experience.

After visiting another scrubs store (Dorothys in FW) where not one person working in the store even said hello or offered to help my my mom and I so we left. After leaving, my mom Yelped scrubs stores and we drove to Level 1 scrubs in N. FW. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!!! We were greeted at the door by a friendly gentleman and then promptly helped by the owner to find all the petite sizes in all the brands they carried so I could try them on and see which brands I liked best. I HIGHLY recommend going to Level 1 if you needs scrubs, they have a great selection of petite sizes as well. I will be going there from now on and will recommend them to anyone. There prices and sales are FANTASTIC!! Thank you so much for your help!!

I found the store to be nice clean and organized, the only positives. I disliked that they didnt have a decently stocked section for mens scrubs, specifically they had exactly one size that fit for 4 different brands. Understandable, I suppose, as men apparently dont use scrubs as often as women, I guess?. But what I really truly disliked was the fact that the 2 store employees followed me around SO closely they could probably see what I had for breakfast that morning. Just so there is no confusion, it was obvious they thought I was going to steal and followed me everywhere to the point it was out-loud offensive. This is 100% what I experienced here and I likely will never come back again.
