Would not recommend shopping here. I was instructed by the store to place an online order (for a birthday gift of a family member outside of the area) of which they said, “if you pay for overnight shipping of this order we will take care of it and ensure it goes out” - I paid extra for overnight shipping on a Thursday at 12:30pm cst and it is Sunday and did not arrive or give me any information for shipping. UPS says order was not prepared by store to be picked up.Unreliable experience. Take your business elsewhere!

I was checking out and the girl asked for my info and I told her “oh I don’t want to sign up for anything” because I shop here once in a blue moon. She responded saying she needs my information to print out the receipt. Tell me why I got spam emails from them after that🙃 just annoying

Rally House is an amazing store for any fan. Whether you are a super fan or just starting to enjoy sports, theyll (probably) have what youre looking for, and if its not in-store their online selection will grab your attention.The staff is friendly and helpful. Give this place a chance if youre shopping for someone special or even for yourself.

Manager was extremely rude - I found an item online that said it was available at the Hulen store only and when I asked for help from an associate he helped me look for a minute and then asked her as she was walking by, she stops for a second, looks at my phone and snaps “no we don’t have those here, I have never seen those before” and walks off. Doesn’t even take a second to look at the information on the stores website that says it’s available at THAT location, or even offer to look it up in their computer to see if maybe available at another location. Zero customer service skills and will not be getting any of my money.

I loved this place. My husband loved cowboys. This place had it all. Still today his Dallas Cowboys shirts are still in good shape. He loved everything I got him a year ago. Thanks Rallys for having the best attire.

Had what I wanted at a good price

Many items to choose from professional as well as college teams. The checkout process was a joke. There were 2 cashiers and the process took forever! There is not really a place for customers to make a line and there would have been one. We were staggered between displays trying to stay out of the way and wait our turn.

Service was friendly and helpful as usual. Thats why I always recommend them to people who have never been there.

Employees are fast to help when you need it and answer any questions you may have. Also if you are purchasing a gift, they will even place it in a gift bag with paper as long as you request for it and pay for the bag. Awesome place, absolutely love the customer service at this location.

I love Rally house! Been shopping at the Arlington one for years! The Hulen location however, I try not to go to that one., as the staff are clearly there waiting for time to pass by. I was in line with another customer behind me 3 girls are behind the register and only one was checking customers out. Amanda and another girl were watching a video, waited till the video was over then tried to apologize about watching it with me and the other lady in line... Really?? You saw me standing there she chose to watch that video on company time instead of do her job. I love this company and I get it not all employees are winners, but its clear to me I will just go to the one on 35 its farther but the staff definitely make up for it.

Great store love the service here and the products are always in good quality which you can fine all you need.

They are not clear on what time they open. On here it says 10, google it says 9, when you call the store and press the buttons for store hrs it says 9am on Saturdays. Came up here today at 9am and they are closed. Please fix your hours so I am not wasting my time! Another gentlemen also came and was angry about it. He asked the manager (girl with the keys) outside if she could let us in since it was inconvenient and she said no, not until 10.

Great selection of Texas sports apparel . The staff was very helpful and fun to talk to and there was a great sale that saved us money. We bought a few shirts and hats to go to the Rangers game on 4th of July.
