I went into the store two days ago. 💯. The woman who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was eager to pull out glass, giving us full descriptions.. very loyal to and proud of the local artists. I appreciate somebody who is enthusiastic and enjoys what they do. While I took a phone call my friend purchased a few items for me got in the car I noticed a lighter was the wrong style and was busted so they exchanged the broken lighter but wouldnt change the type of lighter . The person that sold the merchandise said the big problem was I sent somebody in there and they didnt know what they want my friend says the dude wasnt an a****** she told him what I said either way its a lifetime guarantee lighter like you cant send it back from that 5 minutes that it came out to my truck. I try to go in stores and be that person but people like this are the reason that businesses go out of business because of Amazon and other easy ways to get things other than deal with some peoples parents and if you aint got kids some peoples kids

I had an awesome person working with me today, his name was Devon. Was very knowledgeable about the products I normally wouldn’t have bought a water pipe but not only did he talk me into it he educated me ( an old stoner) on How to use and properly care for my purchase. I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and salesmanship that o experienced today. I went in to but blunt wraps and spent almost 200 bucks. Make Devon a manager

Both times I’ve been in this location the staff were so rude and extremely negative! Lacking friendly greets only covid restrictions but yet to comply, the appearance of the rude staff was that of a vagrant and manners weren’t much better. Clearly I will NEVER BE BACK TO THE GAS PIPE!

Would like to see some more high end glass, grinders, vaporizers, and storage containers. Current stock is not the best selection in my opinion. Would like to see dynavap vaporizer and accessories. Maybe some more grav or helix glass. Kannastor grinders are nice

I really like the gas pipe. I started shopping with them as soon as they opened up on Camp Bowie. They lost me about 2 weeks ago. I went in looking for a glass nail. Those start at 9 or $10. This guy told me he didnt know what that was but if it was for concentrates he could show me this little piece and it ended up costing $21 plus tax. I found out later that what I was looking for was right on the top shelf. So he didnt know what he was talking about. And he ended up costing me 12 extra dollars or so. And yes, over $12 I will quit shopping at that store when there is another store just like it a few blocks down. I actually made the mistake of going back into the store to buy a grinder. 4999. I get it home and the third time I use it I realized the screen is not fully attached us dropping everything through. They wont even exchange it. Its defective and I have to pay the price for it. I think the manufacturer should since they failed to put it together properly. So since they put me out more than $20 and more than $50 if I ate almost $100 of my money out of my pocket. So I will never make the mistake again. After losing 60 the second time I feel like a damn fool for allowing it to happen. I should have known it ever go back into that store after they ripped me off the first time. I was told a manager would call me back the next day. Its been 3 and still havent got a call. So there you go. They dont care about their customers apparently and keeping them. And I dont care to drop my money and places that rip people off.

Awful experience. Guy with glasses and tattoos very rude and once I told him what budget we were on he scoffed and stopped paying attention to my brothers questions. He started arguing and yelling about there not being price tags on the products, and when I tried asking for help from the girl with scales she literally looked at me while I asked a question murmured something and went back to her phone. Like I understand it’s supposed to be a laid back job but it’s still a job where you’re supposed to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Rude and overpriced. This was one of the only places near me but I will definitely be more prepared so I won’t ever have to shop here again.

I will never go to this store again ever! I am also advising everyone to steer clear and go down the street. I know half the people in fort worth and now all of my friends will not be going here. I called before leaving the house and a male said he had a urine dispenser for an experiment I was working on. I was testing out several different brands for an article Im writing and was going to use them to test out a few at home drug tests with a synthetic urine kit. So I drove 45 min to get to this location to get what they said they had. When I got their a woman who was very disrespectful acted like their inventory was a secret and wouldnt tell me what she had. I told her I just called and the man said you had the item I needed. Then she looked at me and shook her head like she didnt know what I was talking about. So I told them again what I needed it for and told her I just drove a long way to get here. Then just out of spite she told me she didnt have what I was looking for and if she did she wouldnt sale it to me because I said drug test. I explained that I wasnt using it for any illegal purpose. She smirked and said unfortunately I will not sale you the item because you mentioned drug testing. So the guy I talked too on the phone comes over and says yes we have them right here let me show you.. she goes to him and then tells him not to sale me the item.. I was going to buy several of them so not only did she cost gas pipe quite a bit of money but she also cost a customer money, time, and gas. She proved that they only sale the stuff hidden behind the counter to people who she thinks wont get them into trouble. So the man was really respectful! The woman was not only disrespectful to me but my wife was with me also. She refused to sale to me and left me empty handed. A waisted trip! And on my way out the door she smirked again and said its called a synthetic urine kit. I understand people have bad days but man! Why take your anger out on your customers? Why?

Typical head shop. Employee was very hesitant to be helpful and not at all informative when I asked questions.

Came in twice on separate occasions. On my first visit, the employee convinced me to buy a big vector lighter because theyd give free refills on butane. I was sold and went ahead and bought it. My second visit I came in to purchase a nail and refill the lighter. Went up to the counter and asked if they could refill it. They said no only the little lighters they can refill. Ok then why was I told that I get free refills? Thats bs I wouldve just bought the little lighter and saved even more. Youd think by buying the big one they would give free refills since Im spending more money. Also bought a glass nail thats terrible. I had a glass nail work like a charm but sadly I dropped it and broke. This one I bought here doesnt heat up properly. Will be doing my purchases online from no on or Ill be going to Fusion. Prices were great though Ill give them that.

What a rip off a blonde girl at the Camp Bowie store tried to over charge me 10$ and not ring the item up on the register. I guess she needed lunch money, the store is empty I guess not selling K-2 type products has pinched there pockets. Oh yes there is still some crap in the back . I hope they all go to Jail K-2 will kill you it turns you gray like walking death it will ruin your life. Poison in a Bag NEVER GOING IN THERE AGAIN !
