Horrible ownership. Also horrible place to work. They don’t care about you one bit. They only care about their business. Everything is overpriced anyway and they don’t accept returns if something happens to your product so don’t waste your time 👌🏻 Plus with covid they make it so unpleasant to shop in there. Hassling you to wear a stupid mask because they are so scared of a common cold

Clean store and nice staff. Just not the place for me. Tried to buy an unopened product and couldnt. First and last visit. EDIT.. I will not be giving more stars just because you asked. If this store finds the need to open products then maybe they should address the quality that they sell. A factory sealed box for a $250 product should not be a strange request. I was able to find one less than 5 minutes away. They didnt point out that they thought it was expensive and nobody bought them as your manager did. The other store took my money with a smile and made some suggestions that I also bought. You obviously didnt want my business like the other store did. It seems that you just want more stars that I feel are undeserved. I encourage anyone reading this review to shop elsewhere in the area.

The lack of education and people skills at this store is ridiculous you should strive to educate your customers on the products that you do have instead of rudely telling them what “you do sell and don’t sell and what it’s used for.” You should also hire people with understanding and patience especially with people who go into your store with certain medical conditions. The staff working today acted so paranoid that it made me feel Extremely uncomfortable as if He were on drugs in my opinion if I could rate this store zero stars I would but in order to write this review I had to rate you one star. The guy told me if I took pictures of my water pipe hed know the downstairs size I needed and said he was confident it was a 18m. Needless to say I paid $15 for a down stem that wont even go into my water pipe. As soon as I got in my car I noticed it didnt fit and asked them if I could just swap it out for a smaller one since I literally bought it 2 min ago. They said I can buy another $15 down stem if I wanted. Im done with these people, they dont know their stuff and just want to rip people off. Next time Ill be going to hempys emporium where they actually care about there customers.

Ive been coming to this store for years and never had a bad experience. My husband and I went in today to look around, Mario really helped us out! He was very knowledgeable of the products and politely pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for. Mario recommended us to a great water pipe, and a nicer bowl that would work better than the original. Mario is a great worker as well as individual, sociable and funny. So my husband goes up there to pick out a stem for our piece, the guy tells him oh Im so sure its this one that will fit paid $14. My husband comes out to the car, and instantly realizes after further holding it, its jug not going to fit.Guy wouldnt let us switch it out or get our money back, thats fine. I went to hempys in arlington afterwords, extremely upset, told the guy what happened, he felt so bad about the service I received from ANOTHER smoke shop, he not only helped me find exactly what I wanted, offered to refund it within 24 hours if it didnt fit, it did and was a much better experience.I work down the road from this place and anyone that asks me if theres a smoke shop around I say Id go anywhere but smoking dragons, if you buy it you cant even exchange it 2 minutes after you realize its wrong and youre still in the parking lot, Id recommend the drive to hempys most of my customers come back to tell me they did and are extremely happy.Ive been to many of smoke shops, I definitely understand no exchanges or refunds, but when you literally get it less than two minutes and cant even exchange it... Thats just a little excessive..This is the last place id go for any piece.Oh and I still have the unusable piece in bubble wrap in my draw!!!

This is not my first hookah! I went to purchase a hookah and when I get it home, I put it together immediately..the part to secure the coal plate was missing. I spoke with the manager just before closing he asked me to bring it in the next day. Upon speaking with the store manager he called upper management and I was told there is nothing they can do to help me. I am one to never complain about anything but this is so disheartening and will NEVER purchase anything here again. All I want is the part but oh well

Please do not listen to the employees here at this establishment if you are going to buy from them. I made the horrible mistake of listening to what the employee over the phone had to say about the product i was going to buy and went against what i had made up in my mind and went with his recommendation and it was the worst mistake Ive ever made. The product i purchased only lasted a month and now i have to go through the company that created the product to warranty the product just to get a product that is exactly the same in all issues. They carry good products but if you want real reccomendations and suggestions do not ask anyone in store. Do all your own research before you go to this store.

Hands down the worst customer service possible . I left and I will never return . Their staff was disrespectful and lacked proper knowledge needed to sell products. Im from Denver and I know smoke shops arent as easy to find that are decent but I will never cross their doorstep again and they lost a up to $150 bday present sale by being ridiculous and we were paying full price!

Mario, who I just found out is the MANAGER. He was so condescending, if you have no idea about vapes DO NOT go to him for help. My mom is in tears because how little he made her feel. Please ask your staff to have some knowledge of your products and maybe to at least not make us feel like idiots for not knowing the vape lingo.

This place is horrible. They are refusing service to people who legally can’t wear masks due to lung problems. Our lawyer has been contacted and charges are being filed. Your staff may not know this, but it is a crime to demand that people endanger their health by wearing a mask when they have medically documented lung problems. Hopefully felony charges will shut this place down!

Initially customer service was average but I was NOT explain upon purchased that all purchases were final. After getting home I found out the thing I purchased did not work. I went back in to exchange it for one that did work and before I even had time to say anything the store manager approached me and told me I was not allowed to have outside items in the store. I explained to him that it didnt work and I was trying to exchange it for one that did and he became rude, haughty and tried to order me to take the item out of his store while I was still in the process of trying to explain to him why it did not work. I am not a moocher or a freeloader but when I purchase something I do expect it to work and I expect to be treated like a human being. I normally do not write reviews but hopefully this will help some people out.

I went here yesterday for my wife. First time there and first time buying a product that I had absolutely no knowledge of, save for a small article we read together. Just bought a bottle of vape juice from here and its almost a year out of date. Bottled 06/18/17. Says on bottle its only good for 2 years. Tried to call them and ask if it was still good or if I could exchange it, but no one answered. Really sucks since i live in cleburne and this is only shop i go to. Work overnights in area but dont get off til 6, so I have to wait til they open or drive an hour

So basically I was kicked out because you can’t use that “kind of language” in their store.. I’m sorry but what?! I’m buying things from your store to use on MY own time & at MY own house???? I wasn’t able to but any of the products I wanted. Maybe they should make it more aware you can’t say that but seriously? Losing my business & I’m not sorry for using the “language” of the 21st century.

They USE TO have really good big cone incense. I would buy them here and no one else could compare. I just lite what use to be my favorite..Patchouli. It was so bad I put it out after a few minutes. Vanilla was just as terrible. Ill probably never go there again for anything.

Went here looking for nicotine free hookah pens...poor selection. Ive found better at the local gas stations. Then pen I bought was giving a burnt smell and not functioning properly.

It used to be a good place to shop.Now the employee attitude, the atmosphere, the on site security guard at the door. The way the wont leave you alone or stop watching you they must assume every customer is a theif.When Nancy ran the store it was amazing. Now its my last resort and I leave as soon as possible.Decent selection but not worth the visit when many other stores are musc more friendly and helpful.

Have been to many smoke shops and this one still has some of the cheapest prices around town. Much larger on the inside than you would expect. Love the amount of products available, always finding new things! They carry lots of known and reputable glass, kratom, cbd and vapes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are quick to help and answer any and all questions, check them out!!

The staff is super informative and very helpful. Not only were they super nice but the also never made me feel awkward or stupid about any questions I had. You definitely need to come here if your looking for anything Vape/ smoke wise and want to feel like family right away. Don’t waste your money anywhere else!!! I guess you think I’m a fool, I’ve worked at numerous of establishments where I had to verify an out of state id to a passport. So save that lie for a fool. The truth of the matter is (which I’ve stated already) I come here 2x out of the week, my Id Has NEVER been a problem!! Why would the driver need to show you his Driver License if the Swishers are for me? You were going to deny the sale to him as well, dummy!

Brought a retractable knife from them paid about 30 dollars for it used it a hand full of times now the damn thing wont work. Said no exchange for same product. So i am very upset and have done business with them alot in the past but after this i will no longer so buyer beware dont buy knives from them they dont stand behind there products!

The workers are always smug and give short answers. Instead of answering any questions you may have they just point to signs on their counter. I remember why I dont like going there. Theyre way over priced, plus they got a Paul Blart that follows you around the store, or maybe just me. Every time Ive been there Ive had a negative experience. guess maybe its the way I look. If i can give you any advice dont shop there. Dont spend your hard earned money there , spend your money on businesses that treat their customers right.

HORRIBLE. I waited 45 minutes to be helped and this girl with brown hair and her nose pierced was the rudest person I have ever met with absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I planned on spending nearly 1,000 there but I am glad I changed my mind and went to Smokeys Head Shop in Arlington and they were great and so sweet. This lady was stuck up and very condescending. I am going to let all my friends know that this girl is definitely a reason not to go to the shop. I will now refer them to Smokeys instead. They need to watch who they hire.

They triedexplaining that the brands warranted thehigher price tags.No clearance discount or sale items orsection. When we asked about discounts thegirl helping us got snooty and standoffish.NOT sk8 friendly at all. Not one item in thatstore catered to that particular group. Whenasked about a different attachment for theirglass pieces the whole attitude, leve9998l ofrespect and complete general vibe changed.They where no longer friendly and helpful.My boyfriend wanted to try out a brassknuckle paper weight, they got downrightRude and confrontational.
