This total wine is awesome!! Always has a great selection of Martin House Beers. I enjoy trying new drinks when coming in on the weekend you can try a sample taste of different liquors. Plus their Veil Vodka is the best! Love it!!

Until today, when I go into this store, everyone is great. Very helpful and friendly, I almost never have a complaint about my experience here. However, not everyone is meant to work retail.I am a Doordash driver and I regularly pick up orders from this store. A lot of them have switched to me shopping for the items, but a few are still requested by Total Wine, so I just have to go to the pick up counter to grab the customers order and head on my way.Well, today, the woman behind the pickup counter, whose name I unfortunately missed, saw me pull into the parking lot. I parked in a curbside spot as they are closest to the door and I knew I’d have the order quickly and I’d be gone. It was not a handicap spot, I didn’t drive straight into the store, but you’d have thought I did.The woman refused to give me my customer’s order. She found out who I was there for, checked my ID, and THEN proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t help me until I moved my car because apparently my dasher app had instructions not to park in an “illegal” space, including the curbside spaces as “those are not for you”.I honestly couldn’t believe it. I did check the app and she was correct, I had never even paid attention to the instructions before because this had literally never been an issue while I was picking up my other orders. Nevertheless, I will not park in those spots going forward, but I had to come here and leave this review because I am just in such disbelief that I was refused service due to where I parked my car.I didn’t realize Total Wine paid their employees well enough to worry about the parking lot etiquette. Her wages were not effected by where I parked and refusing to help me, mine were as I am paid by the order. I don’t know why she was having a bad day today, but instead of exerting authority over me that she truly didn’t have, she could have told me “Next time please don’t use those spots” and given me the order. She honestly could have handled it a number of different ways, which shows her lack of understanding of how to speak to people when I was nothing but nice to her.

I got why I needed but almost dropped one bottle so I had my 18 year old hold my wine. We walked up to the chk out and she put that one one counter then I put all mine down. So I look up and the same guy that followed us around store when we first walked in was watching with another lady. They continued to look her up and down as if she was on display and whispering to each other. I wonder why he didnt just say what the issue was. Note to shopper get a basket because if not you will get dirty looks from the manager and they will watch you at check out. And you.kight get followed around too.

Im 30 years old and couldnt buy a bottle because my sister who is 28 and PREGNANT didnt have her ID. She wasnt even in line with me. And most definitely wasnt for her. Ill go to a different liquor store that treats there regulars with respect.

Soooo much wine. We went in looking for our favorite bottle and ended up leaving with 7 bottles. Staff was very helpful and the prices were good.We gave a flavor profile to a staff member and he managed to show several bottles that fit the bill. Its nice to have knowledge staff!

Huge! You want it they have it. Tasting stations, friendly people on the floor. Easy to be overwhelmed. Looking for a cabernet at a certain price point, asked if I needed help, uh, please. He actually suggested a wine cheaper than my price saying it was just as good. Refreshing; Not trying to up sale. Oh, $1400 bottle of tequila. Didnt buy that one.

So big it takes a bit of time to find the designated area that you want to shop for items of your interest. Not a bad thing at all. Lots of choices for all of your liberations and needs. Staff are always in the area for help and questions. Store is always clean and well stocked. Prices are reasonable.

Stellar service by several of your employees with a standout shout out to Aaron. As I was perusing your wide selection of spirits and wines, without being intrusive and while being very friendly, I was approached by several employees asking if I needed help with anything. So nice to see. While I was in the wine section Aaron asked if he could help. I could not find a particular wine i was looking for, and he verified it was not a label you carry however he offered up some wine tasting and guided me to two very good wines I would not have thought of purchasing. I was happy that he explained everything about the wine and just was super with his professionalism and sales skills. If I could give more stars i would.

Our first time here. Its very nice inside, large selection, very clean and organized. I didnt give them 5 stars because we stood in line at the check out line, maybe 5 minutes or so, not too long but long enough. There was a man in front of us, standing in line like the rest of us and when he finally got to the checkout stand he put up the chain to close the register and walked off. Apparently a manager. I KNOW that he knew he had people behind him but he didnt bother telling anyone... Im about to close this register. We wouldnt have wasted 5 minutes in line. As he walked off I said loudly would have been nice if you said something, the customers behind me agrees with a loud mm.. Hmmm. Im sure he heard us also. No apology or anything. Jerk. Im big on service. That simple jesture lost my future business.

Great prices and the best variety of beers in my opinion. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the restroom was a disaster, completely out of hand soap and as I looked inside the dispenser it didnt even have an empty cartridge along with trash all over the floor. Simple fix, I hope, the employees are always friendly and courteous.

Very nice and clean and pretty much has everything . As you can tell I love blue chair bay coconut rum (dark blue bottle). I tried to buy alcohol ( had my I.d) and was turned down because our D.D didn’t have his I.d and left the store as he realized. While your worked were telling us that, they weren’t even nice about it. They had attitude and the girl with glasses and wearing a blue shirt rolled her eyes at me??I did not need that attitude OR disrespect as a customer. Because I was denied I not only had to go out of my way going to another liquor store but ALSO had to pay much more.Tbh the more expensive store had MUCH BETTER SERVICE. I will go there from now on regardless of the money because they showed me actual respect and kindness, unlike y’all !! :)Will not be shopping there again. Thanks for nothing !!! :))

Literally the only store in Texas left that STILL REQUIRES AND ENFORCES masks on their customers (even with a medical condition) since the mask mandate was lifted over 2 months ago. I imagine they sleep and drive with their mask on. Asked the 4 mask police standing behind the customer service area doing nothing but standing there harassing those without masks on who was in charge... no clear answer. Googled them to find out their HQ is in Maryland... no wonder. Shop anywhere but here if you want to be free like the rest of Texas. Obviously this store is a covid breeding ground. Not expecting any response from the owner either as he/she obviously only knows how to respond to 5 star reviews.

Great place to shop for liquor. The staff is extremely friendly, cares about customer service and is willing to help when they can. Having been there several times now, I recommend them highly to anyone needing to shop for liquor as they will offer opinions if asked to help you make a good decision if youre unsure about something to purchase.

I walked in not knowing anything about which wine is better. I walked up to a associate and asked a question about a certain bottle. Associate was not informative, at all. What made it worse is that he was standing behind the taster counter. When I walked away and stood looking at all the Merlot bottles, he walked past me...twice, not once did he offer to help me. I would have rated this place a 0 star if it wasnt for the friendly and fast cashier. Ill go elsewhere to stock up on my new wine bar.

People working in this place are not friendly or knowledgeable we got people walking around not caring to answer or ask if you need help ,its like please dont ask me anything ok. Because I really dont know and I dont want to help. I just want to get paid to walk around... a old man and a black kid walked and never said filled do you need help with anything or do you have any questions I would be glad to help. But not a sound from them both.. walked right by us numerous times the walked by my wife and me.. we got by we googled all we could and made the best decions as best we could. We purchased $300.00 or so of products, we had gone to San Antonio we had the very best experience at loop 410 west an lady named Leticia helped us for some people donttneed to manage 3 1/2 hrs. She gave us samples and answered all our questions we purchased $400.00 in products we were very satastfied with the service she provided... some people dont need to manage or some dont need to work were customer service is needed. In todays world people want a pay check but dont want to earn it.. Have a blessed day.....

Today was my first time into Total Wine & More I walked in and asked for help because I was making a special drink for Fathers Day and they actually had someone help me she went around with me selecting the stuff that I need it she was very helpful unfortunately I didnt even answer her name I wish I had a she helped me very much cuz I had a crutch and she went around with me God I hate I didnt get her name but I enjoyed the place and I will go back

Total wine has everything you could ever want from a liquor store. So many selections has you feeling like a kid in a candy store. Their customer service is definitely superior to that of a place such as Specs. Will definitely be back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This location especially. I went in to buy and once asked for my id they noticed my minor brother with me who most obviously doesn’t need alcohol and denied to sell me anything just because he was with me and I couldn’t leave him in the car alone. When I had seen a lady with her daughter the same age walk out happily with her items. And another guy with two sons shopping. They stated you had to be 21 to go in the store when they allow anyone in there. I’ve gone to many liquor stores like specs who don’t care if I have someone with me because they are smart enough to know it’s not for them.I’m most definitely calling corporate to make sure they shut this location down if they aren’t following the rules they are supposed to or having signs before walking in the store. Especially with covid they were most definitely not following cdc guidelines at all.

Total is so dope! The cashier had such a wonderful attitude and demeanor it just about made my day better chatting with her briefly and the employee that assisted me in finding the right wine for my wife and I was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, just an all around fantastic experience everytime not to mention its the only store for twenty miles around my house that has exactly what I like

Management is awful! I do not recommend this place nor will I be shopping online or in a store front ever! I was chased down to wear a mask but yet have an exemption! I called an hour prior to ask if they had this item and it took them over 20 min to get an answer but yet when I get there we have 8 employees standing in one location but yet not social distancing! We have mask all over the ground in front of the location! But yet we are worried if we dont have one but we were never in contact with anyone. I also asked before I had to go in if they could do it over the phone! They told me they could not type credit card numbers over the phone only gift cards. So they can do it but yet they choose not to do so at this location. So they dont want the business nor try to make it possible to shop there with medical conditions which is in a violation with the ADA but yet they dont care! I will take my business elsewhere! I hope you will do the same!

1 of the best Liquor stores Ive been in and they have the biggest varieties of alcohol and beer.

While I do enjoy the array of choices, on this particular visit I noticed 2 employees and 6 customers not wearing masks. So I set my basket down and left.Ill come back after the vaccines been in circulation for a few months.

Total Wine has an awesome selection of beer as well as wine and liquor. They dont play games with allocated items, they place em up front at open. First come first served. I can always count on finding something good and the only place Ive successfully scored Blantons repeatedly.

Best costumer service always happy to help you, always looking out for you for discount and what not, when the coronavirus started and no one had masks, they were the first to have them available and instead of not letting me in for not having a mask, they gave me one at the door and a cleaning gel, you can be in and out in no time because of how many lines open they have, you’d never wait inline, somone will call you and open a new cashier register just for you, it’s amazing! At first I was overwhelmed with the store because of the big selection they carry of everything(beer, wine and spirits and also snacks and specialty waters) and I was confused on where to start looking until I give up and ask for help, and even though they also have a hard time looking for the product I was looking for, they didnt give up. I always enjoy Total Wine but today I had a particularly wonderful experience. I had to pick my dog up from the groomer and live too far away to take her home first and needed to stop by Total Wine for a specific bottle. They let us in and were so kind. An associate helped me find my bottles and carried them to the front for me. So helpful. Their customer service made my day today!
