I ordered my course material the Friday before class started and was told it would take 24-48 hours for it to be ready for pick up. I ended up getting the materials elsewhere because I had assignments due already and decided I’d just return the items from the bookstore. I never received an email that my order was ready, I called the store several times and didn’t get an answer until Friday that next week. I was told I had to come into the store for a refund and I only had 2 days left to do it. I had to leave work early to get to the store where they seemed to have had my order the whole time and finally got a refund for my $143. I don’t want to deal with this bookstore ever again

For a bookstore that is on campus and taken over by barns and nobles. Its not very barnes and noble like. Its more like a closet space. The comfort and quality of the place is very boring. Most campus book store can be a wow, this one not so much.

Helpful and pleasant

Prices are higher than online bookstores, but its convenient sometimes if you want to save the shipping. Nice cashiers and very clean.

Cant say enough about this store. Textbook manager is AWESOME and so helpful. I went in to sell back a book this past week and when he scanned it it came up as no value. He said hold on...that doesnt seem right. He checked something in his system and discovered that an instructor had just turned in an order for the book I had for the Fall term and he (the manager) hadnt had a chance to work on it yet. He quickly worked on it and my book went from no value to $35 - I originally paid $70 for it so I got half back! I feel like other stores wouldnt have done this, they would have just said oh well, no value, sorry.

The best part about it is their lounge like layout and abundance of coffee.

The staff tried to be as helpful as possible, but none of the three books I need were in stock at this location the time, which is the first day of class.

Friendly store/staff. There are times where you can see that they get frustrated because this store for some reason gets a lot of rude customers - Ive taken classes on all campuses and have had to go into each campus bookstore and South campus seems to always have demanding/rude customers. They tend to get the crazy customers to, like ones that you can clearly tell theyre on something. The textbook manager is awesome, really nice and above all hes honest with you. Hell actually tell you that although theyve been told by specific instructors that a certain book is needed for a class that he has heard from other students that the professor has said otherwise, so it might be best to go to class and see whats up. My only thing is I wish that the refund policy was more clearly defined and by that I mean I wish there was something on the front of the receipt that indicated that the policy is on the back or at the very least had the actual refund date on the the front. But besides that I havent had any problems with this store.

Its a bookstore theres not much to say about it but you can go inside and if you want to do price match on a book they allow you to if its off of Amazon I actually got a $200 book for $24 it was rented of course but still thats an amazing price

Not bad, but I prefer to buy online, its way cheaper than the college bookstore.

Very unfriendly employees. They act like you are putting them at an inconvenience by simply walking up to the counter to check out books. This is a bookstore right?I have noticed one women in particular that is either always having a bad day- or is just a straight up bitter person.
