The inventory was so thin. Walking thru the massive store, it was plain to see how the mundane and ridiculously unrelated items are spaced out solely to use space. Clearly a desperate attempt. Im pretty sure there were two people in the store and yes they reeked of an AA meeting in an old folks home. Not gonna defend them. Good luck Mardel.

I love this place we can go in and spend hours here. There is so much stuff, books, DVDs, cds, clothing, teaching materials for home schoolers and so many Bible study aids. Everyone is always nice and helpful

This is the only local source for book imprinting, and I am not impressed with their service. They dont imprint hardcover books, and the imprint quality of the stick-on plates they use instead is poor. I did not get my moneys worth, and in my opinion it was quite a bit of money (for an outside purchased book): $10.00. I so wish I had ordered my book earlier so that the online bookseller could have done the imprint, which I know from experience with them would have looked much better.

Unfortunately they do NOT accept Samsung or Apple pay. Which I found to be very upsetting to get to the counter with my items, only to find that I have to leave without my items I very carefully and thoughtfully took the time to choose. Very frustrating 😕 😑 😒 😤

VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY.HOWEVER I DO THINK THEY ARE EXPENSIVE ON A LOT OF THEIR ITEMS.THERE WERE SEVERAL ITEMS I would have like to purchase but just couldnt afford the prices 😕. I DO UNDERSTAND they are a business and have to ensure their financial assets inorder to stay in business and pay their employees snd other expenses. But like I said another of their products are just way outside my financial ability.But REALLY NICE EMPLOYEES.

It is a very clean and well organized store. Even the bathrooms are clean. They do not have big and tall sizes for men, but other than that they had a wide variety of teaching materials and gifts.

Everyone here was very helpful and nice. I got my name put on my Bible and the clerk who did was very friendly and nice.

Really not the greatest education store. The Christian environment is a little overpowering while youre shopping for teaching supplies. Since the other teacher stores have closed in Fort Worth, I would drive a little further for a better selection but, this place will do in a pinch. Prices, afterall, were fair. The cashier was a little off. She couldnt believe a middle aged man would teach elementary. She kept asking me if I taught my own kids even though I answered her three times.

Great experience. I have shopped at Mardel for over 20 years and my purchases have been such high quality to the point where my children sometimes ask me Mama, can I have this? I absolutely love this store. The people who work here are very genuine and sweet people. I was able to find my son some puzzles with the pegs in them which is surprisingly hard to find lately. I was able to find also several good books too. My favorite find was my whiteboard calendar. I have been looking for a larger board for my schedule and I was able to find a beautiful one. This place is really well organized, clean, cheap priced, and they have many sales. You can also make a bible custom with having your name or someone elses name engraved on the bible. I definitely recommend coming here for anything and everything christian. But can we please get some christian metal! For Today is a GREAT band for example! Thats my kind of praise and worship!

I went in to get wafers for The Lord’s Supper service at my church. The first person I saw was able to tell me exactly where to find them. On my way, another employee of the store asked if they could assist me. I call that top quality service!While I was there I saw a large variety of Christian items for the home and office at reasonable prices.

Lots of great items to choose from! Many items make for great gifts for others. Staff are courteous and helpful. Location can be a bit difficult to find if you’ve not been to this store before - it is set off of the road just a bit. One of only a few chains that are still closed on Sundays.

Loved the selection of items but was kinda pricey. Appears to have a sale going on. The calendar I got was 30% off. Has a huge selection of Christian tshirts. A little bit of everything for everyone in the gift area - from pet people to baby shower to teachers, etc. recommend checking it out. The also have a small copier and each sheet is only .10, that is awesome price for a quick print job.

You always need a great place to find encouraging and informative books / DVDs, but when they also have clothing and decor- NOW you really got something. Mardel always has tremendous values on sale and I am consistently surprised with finding just the right book whenever I visit. A Big Favorite.

Ive never been to a Mardel before but I wanted to see if I could find a toddler Bible storybook for my son. I had no idea that the store had such a wide variety of products! I loved browsing the school supplies and found a kite for my son in the toy aisle. The young lady who checked my out was extremely friendly - I dont remember her name but she was blonde and seemed high school or college age. Im only giving three stars because the two women who were working on the floor were not friendly when I asked them for help to find a toddler Bible storybook. They both made it clear that I was interrupting them and that they had better things to do than assist me. If it werent for those interactions, then I would have given a five star rating.

Great store. The only thing I dont like about Mardels is some of their book authors are off Doctrinally. I really like the variety they have from kids all the way through adults. The prices are excellent here and they have a great Clearance section.
