I was looking for a used car and ended up at this dealership because of the abundance of TDI cars there. I know in my review I have three different cars I ended up with the black Jetta with black interior. I dealt with the salesman named Adam he was very good very honest he got me in and out of there very quickly. I think thats all you can ask for from a dealer. They exceeded my expectations great job if I buy another Volkswagen it will be from these people.

I went through a rough divorce and custody battle a few years ago that left me completely broke with a mountain of inherited debt. Needless to say after a couple career changes adhering to the children and courts schedules it took me several years to pay off the debt as it was dragging down my credit along the way(along with a repossession). I am finally financially independent and in the rebuild stage. The effort, honesty, and mentorship this dealership provided along the way helping get me out of an unreliable 2002 Buick LeSabre so I could again feel safe driving with my children in the car is unmatched.I spent (literally) weeks waiting on responses from other dealerships in which a couple I still haven’t heard back from. Teresa not only got me into the vehicle I wanted in less than a day but got me into a vehicle I wanted with a payment I could afford. Spoke to Matt and scheduled appointment to look at a vehicle the next day after work. Matt was so kind to text me the next day to confirm my appointment. This would lead one to assume that it was a go and I would be able to look at and test drive the vehicle that they knew someone was coming to see. Well when I walked in, there was a very awkward and uncomfortable silence. Matt looked very uncomfortable and looked at another guy who I am assuming is the manager as if Matt was lost and didn’t know what to do and asked him something. Weird right? Well then Matt started stammering and saying something about the convertible top(which we had already discussed) and them needing to “put it back together” whatever that was supposed to mean, before I could test drive it. Ok! So, I reminded him that myself and my friend were already aware of that and that another of their associates said that they were working on getting it fixed. So once we established that, Matt said “ well I need to know what you want to do, do you want to buy as is or what?” His exact words. I then reminded him that we were told by him and another associate that they were going to fix it. Then, Matt didn’t have his drive out tag!? Go figure! So then we drive down to their other building to use someone else’s drive out tag. Then, I know you’re thinking I should have left long time ago! Well, I didn’t and Matt proceeded to tell me that since my friend had already spoken to another associate concerning the vehicle that it was “their policy” that we deal with that associate. Needless to say I did not get to look at or test drive the vehicle that I had scheduled an appointment with Matt to look at.

Wife and I had a good experience at VW, much better than the last time we bought a used vehicle. Adam was great to work with.

Not impressed with the financing department. The sales guy (Adam) was super friendly and helpful, but that pretty much it. The manager and finance department pretty much said click all of these, sign here, I’ll fold the paperwork and you can look over if you want. No explaining what so ever. The questions that I asked got answered the shortest way possible. The guy helping us was new and getting trained, which I think is the saddest part. The employee doing the training was not very professional himself. I can honestly say the worst vehicle purchase experience, we’ve had.

Don Luong is a class act Sales Consultant. He assisted me in purchasing a 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL V6 Premium. Coming from a car with minimal technology, Don took extra time to show me all the workings of my new suv all the way down to trying out the parking assist feature! That was fun! Even gave me a tour of the office and service area.Don stayed true to his promise - and followed up with me after my first time coming in for a test drive. He was available when I had questions prior to the purchase, and has been available even after the sale.On the day of purchase and signing the docs, the suv was gassed up, cleaned up, and ready to drive away.I was very pleased with the entire staff of Vordermans and Im very happy with my purchase. Bad sales representatives. they are very “karen” like here. “the demand is high right now so we are able to gouge the prices up” what kind of salesperson says this and expects the customer to feel comfortable about the car. the description says “tires that will last you awhile” the front tires were bald. i pointed this out and the sales lady didn’t seem to sure what i meant. she was very dumb when it came to cars. scared me away instantly. go somewhere else for a good experience

This is my second dealing with Vorderman. I was very disappointed both times. Once could be a misunderstanding. The second shows there integrity. Perhaps they treat new car purchasers better.I suggest Not going to them for repairs!

Worst experience buying a vehicle EVER. I put a down payment on a vehicle and their system is down, has been for 6 days. I took 2 vacation days to pick up this vehicle that I have now WASTED. Their IT department is giving them updates the next day.Instead of trying to keep my sale they decided to just refund my down payment instead of offering ANYTHING to try and keep the sale.I passed on MULTIPLE vehicles and WASTED vacation days for nothing but to be stuck in a giant pinch thanks to this company.

Bought my car here. It had a recall took it in to have the service done. They did a complementary inspection. Told me they filled my washer fluid after I already filled it the added brake fluid to the master cylinder which you dont ever do unless you have a leak etc. Told me my front pad have about 75% life i just replaced them month ago there still new. Told me rears are at 70% there at 3mm not even close to 70. I called them to voice my concerns and they hung up on me. Told me the inspection was done be a vw master tech. Just hate being lied to by people and feel everyone needs to be aware of what they do.

Had a great sales experience buying a pre owned BMW SUV and Caril Bernard made for a pleasant purchase experience and great patience with the few times I forgot items in my trade and she was great and responsive to me every time thanks Caril, however the downside is I was assured the car was thoroughly gone over and everything works, well not so much a few days after purchase and on my way out of town I find the 12 volt lighter sockets are all dead and I am not in town during the week to take back to them and my only option is to take to somewhere else to have fixed and pay for it myself and basically got an oh well have a nice day. The right thing to have done would have been send me your receipt and we will at least pay for half the cost. Buyer be aware on a used vehicle and take the time to test everything, because their so called point checks do not check everything. in todays times I would think checking out the 12 volt sockets is a necessity with cell phone usage.

We love our new red Jetta we bought in June. The salesmen were all friendly and eager to help. The paperwork was quick and my return visits for car washes and an oil change in the past few months were not terrible either. The service department seemed to take a little longer than Honda where I service my other vehicle but Voderman is thorough and the waiting is clean and comfortable.

This is by far the best place Ive been to, get a car fixed. When I bought my vehicle through them last year, I was really impressed with the amount of work and dedication their employees put into making sure I got the best car I could, and the finance department went above and beyond to help me out with affordability. When I damaged it and needed to come back in to have it serviced, the service department guys were so friendly and so ready to explain anything I wanted to know about whats going on, and what to do next for every stage of repair. They squeezed me in during busy season and really put me at ease with some of my own anxieties about driving. I cant recommend them enough, everyone there seems to really care about their customers.

Having just traveled to Grand Rapids MI with our son, we were more than impressed with the Tiguan comfort and performance. Two days later we purchased our own Tiguan thru Vonderman . Salesman sold me a Salesman sold me a service plan for my car and And told me I was covered for the warranty of my car and that was a lie. Then I talk to a sales manager about it and she talk to the other salesman about what I said and they were making jokes saying that I was going to have to go on a new diet and then they stuck my car when I got my car finished up right up next to another car that someone else owned and I had to squeeze in to get inside the car and I thought they were funny. note also I’m a disabled vet and have had major surgeries on my back and neck and use a cane so they thought this is actually fun to do to a vet as well

The service team does really great work. had an oil change service today and considering how busy they were it didnt take a terribly long time. Vorderman also does free washes with the service too which is nice

We had a great experience with Caril. This is our first new car, so we were being quite particular and she was very patient with us. We didn’t feel pressured at all, which was different from our experience with the other dealerships. My only “complaint” (and I hate to say complaint because they were very busy, but we live 45 mins away and have young kids) was that we were there for over 2.5 hours once we decided to purchase the car. They offered to have a delivery specialist go over all the features on the phone, but we needed to get home. I still give them 5 stars because we did have a great experience and it just happened we went on a very busy day.

I went on their website to check out a car I was interested in and used the chat feature to talk with a sales person. The person on the other end of the chat was responsive at first but as the conversation continued the response time got longer and then they just fell off the other end of the chat completely. Needless to say I was disappointed and won’t pursue a purchase at this dealership.

Purchased a used car at this dealership back in August last year. worst buying experience ever. Save yourself a headscratching experience and shop elsewhere. it will start with a $300+ add to the sticker price for some flashing light gimmick that they install on all there cars.

You cant trust ANY car dealership or sales person these days, including Vorderman! Good thing I called the bank to verify my loan information because Vorderman flat out lied to us! They definitely lost me as a repeat customer. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. There is no excuse for using lying as a sales tactic.

Called to make an appointment with Emily to make an appointment to test drive a vehicle. When I arrived, she had two vehicles waiting and ready to drive (the second was nearly identical she thought I would be interested).The vehicle I was interested still needed to go through service department to inspect and determine if it would qualify to be certified. Emily informed me an answer would be provided in 3 days. She honored her commitment, however, she also informed me the vehicle had already sold and inquired if I was interested if I would be interested in the second vehicle I drove.My only 2 complaints are there must have some delay between vehicle leaving service and set on lot and Emily communicating status and dealerships description on their website already stated it was certified (before I called to set up appointment).

We came in and were helped fast. Found a used car we wanted had no hassle. Great nice sales people no pressure no upselling us to a more expensive car.

The dealership is very nice and sprawling. Everyone Ive come in contact with has been courteous. I go to visit the parts department only. Sometimes I get the feeling that I am a nuisance and not worthy of time while buying EXTREMELY overpriced parts for a 20 year old VW.

I bought a car from their used lot a little over a month ago. It has been in the shop THREE times now, after I was repeatedly reassured when buying it that it was in great shape. They helped me with the first fix issue, and told me they cut me a deal on the cost to fix the second problem (although it was still an expensive fix). I called to let them know the car broke down again, and the manager tells me I bought a cheap car and that it was my fault I did not budget for a warranty or maintenance. (Having your car serviced THREE times in ONE MONTH is not typical maintenance!!) I would not recommend buying a car from them unless you wanna spend half of what you pay for the car on a warranty or pay for an absurd amount of maintenance!!

Travelled 2 hours to buy a used truck from their lot. From the first phone call prior to leaving on my 2 hour journey to two days after the staff was amazing. Ron Bloom was my salesman and he was a very busy guys but made every accommodation to make sure my visit was pleasant and continued in a forward direction. Definitely recommend!!!! Extremely happy with my experience!

Bought a new 2019 Atlas December of 2019. Nothing but problems. I live in Indy so I went to a VW dealer close to the house, but after talking with VW of Fort Wayne “where I bought the suv” I made the trip up for my 10k service. I had a few issues that need looked into on top of the normal service. Biggest being my brakes were having some issues. So I told them. They looked it over. Said the rear rotors are bad at 11k miles and they will not cover it because it’s a “wear” item. I have bad brakes at 11k. That isn’t normal wear. I’m not driving this dang thing on a race track....just give me a simple call back after they said they would see what they could do. So I called them, said they would call me back again. No call. There is no way I should have bad rotors at 11k miles!!! That’s just crazy!!! I WILL NEVER Recommend a Volkswagen or this dealership for that matter! Horrible service and horrible quality vehicles I expected more from Volkswagen......

Great Experience at VV -- Caril Bernard was my internet sales consultant. Being an out of state buyer, Carils communication, customer service, and almost daily follow-up was the best I have seen in a long time. Caril helped me look at a number of Passats until we found the right one with low miles, the right color, and in excellent condition. She answered all my questions, and took many pictures of the Passat I liked to be sure it was the one I wanted. She also got tech service to repair a small dent on the hood of the car. I could not have asked for better service. So, Caril Bernard made my whole experience with Vorderman Volkswagen the best. I also had great service and a lot of help from Ryan Campbell, Business Manager who sent me all the financial paperwork to complete the sale.
