Being a small business owner on the south side of fort wayne just like they are. If a potential customer calls or applys to purchase a auto the smart business person would at least call the person who is attempting to do business with them weather there approved for credit or not THEY SHOULD CALL THE CUSTOMER AND LET THEM KNOW SOMETHING. I APPLIED SEVERAL DAYS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. THE ONLY NOTICE I HAVE RECEIVED IS A EMAIL SAYING THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY APPLICATION. NO WONDER I SEE THE SAME CARS SITTING ON YOUR LOT. IM ALL FOR SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESS. I SEE YOUR NOT.

I Bought a car here a while ago. the price was $5000, I put $500 down and test drove it, it was fine. On the first day I brought home, it broke down. I Returned it and let them keep it. They agreed and kept $500 too. Now 7 months later I got a message through the mail saying that I now have too pay $7000 for the car I dont have and that broke down on the first drive home. What the heck.

Worst experience I’ve ever had... DO NOT GO HERE... Awful customer service... I asked them to do a few simple things for my vehicle (oil changed/tires checked, coolant, etc) and they NEVER did it. They don’t know how to do there job... and don’t know how to speak English... worthless people...

Stop!!!!!::::: You dont want to buy anything here!! I made the biggest mistake of my life when I bought my car from here!!! They have kind and friendly salespeople that are easy to work with but this company is the most dishonest company I know of. I was told that the car was in great condition and that there was nothing wrong with it except for the few scratches and a dent but that was definitely not true!! Ive had it for 3 weeks now and have already spent over 3,000 dollars in repairs. Its been nothing but a nightmare and they make absolutely no effort to make it right. Im telling you they are dishonest and dont deserve your business.

Sold me a vehicle that ended up needing several major repairs. After going through them to use the warrantee, and being ignored, I went through my own people for all of the repairs. Ended up costing me an additional $4,000 on top of the $7,000 for the vehicle.

Disreputable and dishonest. These words describe my experience with this company. After buying a vehicle that was grossly misrepresented as to condition and service, I learned it needed a new transmission, I was given the option to buy a warranty, one was not offered to me at time of sale, lie to a repair shop and have the warranty company pay for repairs. Deceptive practices.

Ultimate Auto Deals was selling an 86 Monte Carlo SS for a price of around $6,500.While living in Indianapolis, I did as much research on the car as possible before making my way up there to take a look with some money.Brent, the Finance Manager, was the one apparently trying to sell the car for the owner and had nothing but the best to say about the car.Interior is like brand new, the engine has all been checked out and everything thing was original, HE SAID.Tires and transmission were in very good shape, (still have the emails) and everything was just too good to be true about the car.I bring the car back down with me to Indy, I had to take my first looks in the dark and got a very minimal test drive around the lot.I will remind you that Brent had expressed that aboslutely the only thing wrong with this car was that the A/C needed to be upgraded. (no big deal)After I get the car home, the thing is severely over heated....why???? because the cooling fan in the front of the car was the WRONG fan and was spinning the WRONG way. How on earth does this happen?I replace the fan, and all the while I am trying to contact Ultimate Auto Deals. Brent says that he will have the mechanic, who looked the car over from head to toe and cleaned the carb along with changing the plugs, call me.He never called, so I called him myself, and to my amazement, THE MECHANIC DIDNT CHECK OVER ANYTHING ON THE CAR WHATSOEVER. The only thing he did was air clean the carb and put new spark plugs in to get the old hag running.......This has lead to me looking the car over myself, and I am not a hard handed car guy until now after this car, and I have found numerous numerous problems.Tires are dry rotted, brakes are almost shot, suspension is rusted, paint is not original, exhaust is totally rusted out in some major parts, windshield leaks bad, transmission needs to be rebuilt (extremely sluggish on shifts).The BIG PROBLEMS...Car was listed with 72,000 miles. They jumped through hoops to lie about the miles. They also jumped through hoops to profoundly state that this was in fact an original SS with the high output 305 V8.I had questioned this many times because this was where I was seeing the most value in the car.This cars odometer has indeed been turned over, and IS IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM AN ORIGINAL SS.There is not much on this car that is original and that was easy to tell as soon as I got under the car. Apparently some make shift mechanics had hacked their way through this car and some how Ultimate Auto Deals was not wanting to disclose any of this.I have many many emails that show their improper treatment over this whole issue, with Brent, and the Owner of the business.They have decided to do nothing to make the situation right and have continued to lie, even with much evidence.I realize these guys tend to sell newer cars, but this has been such a fiasco that I would never in a million years let these people sell me a pencil in the future.They lied to get a sell and here is the worst part, the owner didnt have the guts to do it himself, WHEN IT WAS HIS PERSONAL CAR.He bought it 2 years prior from an auction that I tracked down and tracked down the original seller. I have spoke with him and he reassured me that all of the things I had problems with were problems that he originally had with the car when he sold it.SO the owner buys this car for himself, and after realizing it isnt the car he wanted, he decides to turn around and sell it off to someone else so they can deal with it. Instead of him being man enough and selling it himself, he has his FINANCE MANAGER sell the car under false pretenses and wont speak with me personally no matter how many times I have tried to go out of my way to arrange it.These guys are shady and do not deserve to be a reputable car dealer. We all know there are many shady used car dealers out there and these guys are taking part in all the fun, degrading all of the honest people out there trying to make their business successful the right way.
