I can’t say enough great things about Tom Kelly GMC. From management to the sales floor they were all great. It was actually a manager who reached out to me because he knew I had inquired about a SUV a few weeks prior. I worked mostly with Dennis after that and he was fantastic! Out of all the times I have bought vehicles, this was the most comfortable and at ease I have ever felt. Dennis knew the answer to every question I had and made sure I was given the best possible deal. He was so relaxed and easy going, it really made my experience easier and so much less stressful! He most definitely has a customer for life! I won’t go anywhere else now!

Andrew my sales person was great and so Mike I think it was in finance, Although I was spending $50,000 for a vehicle there was no dealing with the sales manager on a trade in didnt please me at all. I was treated very portly after 3 days I called Jay Heilman which was my service advisor and he rudely spoke to me. My co workers overheard him as he was on my speakerphone. I was just questioning what the status was and he said a bolt was broken and the technician was having difficulties but would not explain. I called the service mgr. Neal and for 3 days he would not give me the courtesy of a return call. Not one time was I explained what all was done to my car. After 3 days I finally got a loner only because I kept calling I believe. I was told that I would not be charged for towing and I was. Jay said he would include that after everything. I asked that the bill be emailed to my Father and he never did. This is pathetic. Incompetency in my eyes. Then I asked to speak with Neal. He never introduced himself, sat down immediately and would not look at me as we spoke. I feel he brushed me off most definitely. Jay took off $100.00. That should have been more. There was a 15% off if you have a Costco membership and then the towing. I feel I should be reimbursed the difference.

The thing I like most about Kelley automotive is they are very responsive. Firm and fixed pricing is actually still quite negotiable in certain situations. Nothing is written in stone despite what they say. Having said that, our negotiations went quite easily and we got a very nice vehicle for a decent price. They also did a fantastic job of prepping the vehicle for us to purchase it.

Denny was really great to work with, I walked away same day with a beautiful vehicle that I absolutely love. I’m very happy with what I have now, however, we only considered this option because he quoted a much lower price than what was actually true. Denny & his manager were both willing to negotiate slightly (which was greatly appreciated) but in the end it was still much more than I was hoping to spend. Overall we had a good experience. I was a customer who traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle at Kelley Automotive. This was both a unique experience and new experience for me. From my standpoint, I had to trust a dealership and salesmen that I have never dealt with in the past that this vehicle was “as advertised”. Luckily, the whole process was seamless as I did not have a back up plan or ride home or a hotel for the night, etc.. My salesmen Andrew Anderson arranged a shuttle car for transportation from the Fort Wayne International airport (about a 10 minute ride in the shuttle), which I greatly appreciated. The vehicle was absolutely what they promoted and I could not be happier. Hats off to Andrew and the team at Kelley Automotive.

Andrew is our dealer. He is very helpful, patient and not pushy. We can make decision at our own pace. Cam explained the functions of the whole car and made great suggestions what we may or may not need. We really appreciate that. All in all, it was a great experience at the Buick dealership.

People are nice but we did walk all over the lot before I seen a man that we could ask for help. We did have a truck in mind we saw online and we did buy it. The process was pleasant but we were not given a choice on an extra $899.00 dollar sealing coat for the paint job. I was kinda of upset about that. We then spend 35.000 thousand dollars on the truck on 0ct 27th and was then told we couldnt take the vehicle home!! I got a call that we can pick the truck up on Nov 2nd, talk about a shock!!! Brand new truck and still dont have it!

I used the online scheduling for requested repair work on the vehicle. Even though I had a 9am appointment time it did not get looked at or repaired until the next day. So maybe there needs to be some fine tuning so they dont get overbooked. They did provide an Uber ride home. Since I have another Buick the next day did not create an issue for me. They were courteous with me and communicated back to me the status.

I have come here for 15 years. I have a Pontiac GTO that I still have and they have always taken great care of me. Even though they obviously arent a Pontiac dealer anymore, they still service my car and have the skilled techs for it. Not everything on that car is easy to do and thats how its always been since I bought it new.I have also had the same service advisor for 15 years and he has been wonderful. Its nice to be paired with a service advisor, they get to know you and you feel taken care of.As long as I own my car I will still bring it here for service. I did ask my advisor if he had any one else he has known that long with the same car and I was told no lol. I have that record with him at least.

Randy was great to work with for my oil change. Concern I have is I purchased my truck in March (when the weather was still very cold), so I couldnt really test the A/C. 4 weeks later, my family went on spring break and discovered the A/C started blowing warm air after a few minutes. My main concern is, why wasnt this tested when Kelley took the truck on trade? Especially since Kelley has serviced the truck for quite some time. Now Im stuck with the bill to repair; leaves a very nasty taste in my mouth and I will remember this when Im ready to purchase my sons car this summer.

Mike delivered the car to our home (we have been in isolation for a year) and brought the required paperwork. We signed all the paperwork in our garage (it was a warm day) so had the garage door open. It was done within a hour. Very professional and personable. Great Job Mike Kelley!

During our time there, James and Nick not only kept those requests in every vehicle but also gave us multiple options to choose from that stayed in those parameters. James was always willing to help no matter what it was. Nick was willing to help us out in anyway he could. Overall it was an amazing experience and I recommend these two forever. Never once did I feel like I was being sold a car, I always felt like they were trying to get me exactly what I wanted at a great price! I would give them more stars if I could!

1st I would like to say that the sales staff Were very pleasant however the fact that financing staff was upset because they want to use their own banks and that you insist on having extras put on the car from your Dealership so that you can make a couple extra bucks is very disappointing to say the least. I came to your dealership with hopes of buying a new truck and creating new friendships. I was completelyhonest and did not bicker with the manufacturer suggested retail price..and even then it took hours to come to a deal..then the next day when I went to my bank to pick up the check they sent paperwork to my bank with a marked up price.. it took another hour talking to them on the phone while my loan officer listened in. I walked away with a truck but I walked away feeling feeling stressed and taken Advantage of.

Was there after hours to check out a new arrival. Ended up looking at everything. Jason was heading home but stopped to ask if he could be of assistance. Even after hours he was willing to answer questions.

Dealing with Dan in-service is always a good experience very nice. But in the waiting room out in the lobby the walls could use a coat of paint studs are showing through
