It took a while to the get the car in the store because they are so busy. But Travis was an absolute professional and he helped me find out what was wrong with the car in terms of brake and helped me get the car working right. I also got the calibration done on the car. Highly recommend. Kudos.

I believe written good vibes for good business is important. I brought my car in today to replace front brakes after a dealership told me I only had not even 1,000 miles left before my brakes would get worse than how bad they currently are. The fellas got my details and went to check on things right away. As I was waiting for an Uber, one of the brake specialists came over to me and asked more questions on why I thought I needed new brakes? We walked over to my car after he was willing to compare a brand new brake pad against my current pad.Barely any damage done to it.Yep, you guessed it, the dealer lied to get my $700 quote he gave me. Also, apparently this is a common thing happening to more than one, and happens to be female focused.Walked away with cleaned up and rotated brakes for $42.Thank you for the transparent and professional service that made myself and my wallet extremely grateful.

I took my car in just for diagnostics after I found an oil leak. As it turned out, the place that did my oil change didnt screw the cap tight. I was thankful it was an easy fix and they were able to take care of it. Excellent service! They were fast and friendly AND honest.

Travis and the guys at Stemen’s are the only guys I trust to work on my breaks and alignment. I have a challenger that had a terrible camber problem from being lowered. Wore the tire tread down to the point the car was dangerous to drive anywhere. I took it to Travis. He couldn’t get me the new tires I wanted, but let me order them online and have them delivered to their shop. He even kept my car (inside at night) for two business days while we waited for tires to arrive. It’s now two years later, my new tires are wearing evenly and my car still drives straight as an arrow.

After allowing a tire store and the Jeep dealership try to align my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2 times each with absolutely no success, I finally took my vehicle to Stemens. They returned my vehicle to me with perfectly aligned tires. Highly recommend!

They do good work, and done in timely manner

Have been doing business with them for several years. They have done everything from oil changes , suspension lifts to a tow hitch for us. It’s nice to find a group of people that take the pride in their work like they do .

I returned for an emergency with the brakes of my car where I could hardly use it because it hardly stopped, when I arrived at the establishment with this urgency I told the administrator about my problem and when I asked him what the cost of replacing the car brakes was, I told him that It was only the job because he had already bought the parts in advance auto, the administrator tells me that he does not do the job just because he has to buy the part also to top it off and as a lack of respect for a client, this also me He comments as an example that when you go to a restaurant to eat you dont bring him the steak that the cook is going to prepare for youWhat a very unprofessional and rude type with a client who came with an emergency on the brakes of his car!To top it off, he charged $ 300 for a job that ended up costing me with another mechanic $ 140For my part, this establishment completely lost me as a client and of course I would not recommend it even less as the administrator usually responds to a client !!I do not recommend it
