I signed up for the $5 off promotion, and ordered a pair of shoes online. When I paid via paypal the transaction deleted my discount coupon. So I immediately emailed Peltz customer service to inform them that if the discount wasnt applied I would return the shoes on principal, feeling like I had been bait and switch scammed. No one ever responded to my email, but I have since received 13 and counting marketing emails from them. One of which I responded to and reminded them about the discount. My paypal account was charged the full amount without the discount and I never heard from customer service about either email . So I returned them on10/25. Still no credit so I called customer service today (11/06) and they informed me FedEx has them scheduled to receive them on 11/10, which will be 15 days after I dropped them off at the shipping facility. Way too much to keep track of to return a pair of shoes. Not to even mention that I had returned a different pair of shoes around the middle of October that I hadnt received credit for yet, and the customer service rep I talked to today told me they were received but didnt schedule the refund yet, and said he would do it now, over three weeks after I returned them. My only two experiences with them.

Associated were VERY helpful, and when I explained what I needed, gave me some options and explained the difference based on the specifics I was looking for!I tried on several pairs and found 2 pairs that I feel are going to make my life a lot easier at my high performance job!Thank you Rachel and team! The best place to buy shoes in the entire US and I have been in a lot of stores. Wonderful selection of name brand and a Fabulous clearance section.

Bought shoes online. Had to return due to fit using their return label. No communication regarding returned items and no refund in at least 1.5 weeks. I sent the online customer service request twice, without any response, then decided to call. I have been on hold in position 2 of queue for 30 minutes and 27 seconds. AND NOW IT JUST DISCONNECTED ME. Customer service for online is not good. I just want info on my refund.

Terrible customer service was in store 25 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed help selection for my size and price range was pitiful was looking to spend between $50-$80 dollars the only things they had in my size were $100-$130 dollars will not go back

I love this shoe store. It has so many different high end shoes. I am rating it two stars because the male manager who was there yesterday was very rude and unhelpful. He clearly doesnt value customers

I really like the store because they have a good selection of Brooks running shoes and the sales people theyre always very helpful. The woman that helped me today introduced me to Brooks shoe that was perfect for me and I didnt even know it existed and it was cheaper than the Beast its cheaper than the 1 I usually get.

Unbelievable rude people. I will never ever go back. I went there first time...well...and last time.They should know better how to communicate with customers...if they even want to communicate.

Was given not one but two discount codes, neither worked....makes you do all the shopping before you know the codes dont work...90% will still order WITHOUT the discount because you spent all the time on the website shopping, thinking scam! Pretty low, if so!

Didnt have size so getting the shoes for us and shipping to our house. They are always helpful. Huge selection.

Quality shoes-- sturdy, sensible, and supportive. Friendly cashiers. Much of their stock is not cheap, but it shouldnt be-- you get what you pay for here.

Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and available. Had a wonderful experience which is awesome because buying shoes that are confortable is a horrible experience period. Got measured there too. The saleslady let me know what to look for in shoes, and best shoes for narrow or wide feet or for certain careers. Prices are good and they have a good selection too. The store is clean and organized.

First, this store has an awesome selection of shoes. This purchase was a pair on sale & the young woman at check out was not familiar with the procedure to process the 30% off, plus I had a $10 birthday credit that I forgot to print & bring along--she went into my reward account for this purchase but did not mention the $10. It is my fault I failed to bring a copy but one would think if the account is accessed they could mention it & apply it. I feel the process could be a bit more customer friendly.

Best customer service & awesome selection! The people here are super friendly, knowledgeable and really care to find you a shoe thats good for you. I definitely recommend checking this store out - if you dont find a shoe its because they dont carry your size right now.

This store has a very large inventory of quality mens shoes. Most important is that they stock WIDE sizes for most of their selections. Since shoe LASTS are varied from one model(style) to the next and of course from one manufacturer to another; selection is paramount.I have a narrow heel, fanning out , requiring a wide toe box and i need the shoe to accommodate my orthotics.Thankfully this store s selections are vast! BTW, the store is always clean and the self serve model/size selections are usually in correct order. I have visited and purchased four times over the past six weeks at different days and times; staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and professionally pleasant..

Nice selection of shoes and extremely helpful employees. Even though we didn’t realize the store closed at 6 PM on Sunday, the staff never rushed us to wrap up our shopping. My husband and I appreciated the fine service.

When we went in I was expecting to be greeted and told where the shoes we were looking for were located. We received far more help than I anticipated. The associate knew how dofferent brands were cut and which ones had wide sizes. She was fun and professional. My teenage son hates shopping, so it was really nice to have someone make the experience pleasant. He even said he would go back there. Thank you!

I went to the store looking for a particular sandal. However, they didnt have it in my size. So, they ordered on Wednesday the sandals were delivered on Saturday. Fantastic service.

I went in today to take advantage of a promotion that came in the weekly mailers. They were advertising a pair of Sperry sandals for 20.00. The ad had a picture of them with the note (other colors available). I picked out a pair and went to the register and low and behold only the one color was on sale. It was a literal bait and switch. I will never set foot back in this store and I will tell anyone I speak with about the shady advertising practices i encountered.

Girlfriend wanted a pair of sperrys for Christmas, looked online and peltz was $10 less than anyone. I reserved the shoes online and picked them up next day. To my surprise there was a $7 off $50 promo, so I saved even more! You have earned me as a repeat customer, and I will be telling all my friends, family, and colleagues about your business.

Not a great selection of men’s running sneakers, two selections and two colors. Needed more help at check out. People returning items caused long delays at check out.

Not welcomed walking in, had to interrupt inactive staff to get help, salesperson inattentive and inexperienced, had to repeat size many times, had to teach salesperson some basics. Went there for a specific unusual New Balance size, they had it.

The sales associates are always so helpful and pleasant. They have a huge variety of brands and sizes even some narrow widths which I take.

Easy to order online and the store has excellent service as well.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I will return.

I have a lot of feet issues. I found 2 pair of sandles yesterday. Yeah! I was talking to another customer who has some of the same problems. I showed her a shoe I had bought last year and she ended up buying it.Pelt rocks!
