Ive been a hairstylist for 15 years. Getting older and getting heavier 🥴, I noticed my feet hurt more at the end of the day. Great product. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had tried everything I could buy over the counter to get rid of my plantar fasciitis and nothing worked until I came into the good feet store. Worth every penny and I would recommend this system for everyone!

I have had the program for 2 years now. Im a preloader at UPS and I have had terrible flat feet since I worked at a giant parking lot at a supermarket getting carriages as my 1st job when I was about 14 to 20. I also didnt have a car back in the day so me and my bros just walked so much. My job at UPS is to stand all day too and get the packages to the 3 to 4 trucks they go to every morning or a 24 foot truck sometimes. I visited the GOOD FEET STORE as I made my money now where I want but its time to invest in my health before it gets worse. A guy named Scott sadly isnt at this Good Feet anymore but he convinced me. I got the Maintainer and Relaxer for my flat feet issue. He was professional with me and even told me you can wear them while also playing video games too it helps your feet. I knew that this was awesome and I would not regret this decision. 2 years now I have had the program and it has helped me a lot. I even walked a MEGACON CONVENTION in ORLANDO FLORIDA for 5 hours straight with relaxes on and my feet didnt feel ultra sore like the normal person without arch supports would. I went back to get my oldest brother into getting the program for his feet condition too as years doing air force training and constant Dr.Scholls purchases have not done him justice. Once again clean store, great staff and just simple we are listening people. Its a great investment you wont regret. You can watch all the tv, play the games you want or even just hang out grilling with the program on you feet and just feel good again. Invest in your feet and feel good about it. Good Feet truly made a huge difference in my feet! For the first time in about 20 years I was able to wear normal shoes (something other than Birkenstock). The salesperson explained the process well and welcomed me to come back to the store anytime if I had any questions or concerns.

This review is not location specific, rather brand specific. The staff are nice but the pricing is outrageous. I was told inserts for me would be nearly $1,400 for three. If they relieve pain then that may be worth it to some. At that price, and with insurance, you can have *custom made* orthodics from a doctor for the cost of your deductible or less. Also, online for just over $200, you can also have custom made orthotics made for YOUR feet. I decided to go the online/custom made route and wont look back.Again, this is not location specific. The staff was nice and the store was clean.

VERY helpful! Took the time necessary to explain exactly how their products will help, including answering my husband’s multitudinous questions/grilling. I previously thought the only way to get orthotics was via a podiatrist. I’ve had painful feet most of my adult life. As we age foot comfort becomes more critical for continued mobility. I’m really glad we happened across this Good Feet store in Florida! There are none in SE Idaho. Great follow up by salesperson even weeks later!

Just got my new Good Feet shoes! They feel great! I purchased the shoes and the non-Orthotics inserts for about two-hundred dollars. My heals and arches already have some relief, finally! Justin did a great job of explaining everything to me. He took his time and did not rush me. I DID NOT feel any pressure to buy something. The whole process took about one hour. Thank you very much Justin! I think these shoes will really help my feet.

I have been having severe pain in my heel for months. On my uncles recommendation, I stopped by Good Feet. I can confidently say that it was a life changing decision. My severe heel pain was preventing me from playing tennis, which I have played my entire life. After one visit, I have my new inserts and I am back on the court and am 100% pain-free. The store was clean and the staff was friendly however they sell an inferior product with the absolutely no return policy. They sell you arches stating you must wear them for 30 minutes to train your feet then they give you a second arch to wear for your six to eight hour work shifts then a third arch once your foot has healed and formed and is on the mend to help support whats been done. They sell you it at a desperate time when you believe that its going to help. How would you know its going to help if you have to wear it for 90 days till you start to see a difference? And then at that point if you dont feel as though the product is working the way they described theres nothing you can do but cry about spending $1,000 on plastic door wedges. Truly caused me so much pain not only from the anticipation of hoping that this product was going to work truly believing that it was going to work meanwhile realizing they didnt do anything special. On purchase day I come home and find out that the cushions that I purchased for the tops of these inserts werent even my size The gentleman at the store must have taken and wrote an ex in front of the small selling me a product with black magic marker extra small written on the packaging. What a very sad state Please be weary. Do your research and do not buy. Seek actual medical professional help if your pain is as severe as mine is. I was desperate I still am My feet are in so much pain I just cant believe that they had me believing in nothing.

We went to the Good Feet Store to get info regarding the product for my wife who has had some difficulties walking. We noticed immediate results. I Came In With A Considerable Amount Of Pain And Discomfort Due To Sciatic Nerve Problems. Once I Tried The Inserts In A Pair Of Tennis Shoes That The Attendant Provided, The Pain Level Was Reduced 90%. I Was Completely Amazed How Quickly The Inserts Helped.

Expensive but got almost immediate relief as opposed to the custom made ones from my doctor. Great warranty. Would recommend the product and this location.

Had an appointment, but had to wait 10 to 15 minutes. Everyone wore masks. Salesperson was knowledgeable and thorough. Obviously one has to determine whether their foot pain is bad enough to risk the expenditure of a good amount of non-refundable money. I decided to go for it as I am desperate for the pain relief. It has been only 24 hours but feel I have had good results so far. I would have been a little more impressed if directions for the system were nicely printed out. Currently, they are a table printed out of a color printer and minimal, especially compared to all the disclaimers that are also printed out.

I came in without an appt. because I could hardly walk on my left foot. The heel was so sore I couldnt touch it. After putting my feet on the magic paper that shows hot spots that was the main problem but there were others. So out came the suppirts and s new pair of Brooks shoes and when I stood up to walk all i could do was cry. NO Pain! I walked all around the store and still no pain!! I now have three sets of supports and two new pairs of shoes. I followed the wear in instructions very carefully snd now dont go anywhere eithout them. Even at nite in my slippers. If i do Im miserable again. To me this was a miracle and am so blessed to be able to be active again. Thanks to Good Feet!

I had major issues and pain in both feet. After getting fitted for the most aggressive inserts and wearing them every day at work, the pain in my feet definitely subsided. I am going in for my second pair after over a year of using the first pair. Glad I decided to to do this.

I am so glad I purchased my good feet arch supports 3 years ago. My feet are pain free and I am able to stand and walk 12 -15 hours in complete comfort.Recently, I noticed some discomfort in my right heel. So, I took my arch supports and proof of purchase to the Cleveland location and they fixed the problem, in-house, while I waited. That is service after the sale.

David waited on me at the store in Fort Myers and gave excellent service and he was very helpful. The store was also very clean.

We walked in, met Derrick. He explained the process, had me try the hard, medium and soft orthotics. We were impressed with both him and the story. I purchased the hard and soft. This is my second day of home trial. So far, so good.

I went to this store to obtain replacement inserts for the ones I have been wearing for over two years. Everyone was wearing masks and I was waited on promptly. I was provided with a new set of inserts within minutes and the transaction was complete. Before wearing Good Feet arch supports, I had painful tendonitis on the top of my foot and in my little toe with swelling of my foot so I couldnt put on my shoes. Since wearing the Good Feet inserts the pain and swelling have completely disappeared.

I appreciate the courteous and positive attention given to me by Justin. I am still in the trial and breaking in period of the inserts that I purchased. So far , so good.

My sales person was Josh. He did an excellent job of explaining how the inserts would work. My feet were measured for the arch, the inserts were chosen, and they walked me around so I could tell the difference. How the results would be achieved made complete sense to me! They fit inserts in my shoes and I left the store and my wife and I visited a food store and while walking around that store my hips hurt , both sides, not just one as before and my left foot hurt more than before and I knew that what Josh told me was already working which was my hips would be aligned by wearing the inserts and my sciatic problem would be resolved.The next day I was walking much better and by the third day I could not believe the results. Within a week I had no sciatic pain, I had no pain in my left foot. My mobility has improved 100% and I would suggest anyone of similar problems to invest in this program, it really does work! The Good Feet Store saved me from foot surgery and 6 - 12 weeks of being out of work. Going from chronic heel, ankle and hip pain to virtually none made such a huge difference in my home life and work life. Jenna was my original sales person and was amazing to work with. Fast forward 1 year and 3 months......some pain had returned so I popped back in to see what was up with my feet and insoles. Turns out I had worn them down and needed a new pair. Due to the times we are in with Covid-19, Jenna isnt there tight now, but Justin hopped in and very professionally upgraded my insoles. Because of the success I have had with The Good Feet store I WILL continue to recommend them to everyone 👍🤗

These folks really know what they are doing! Although their arch support system is exceedingly expensive, I think my terrible, pronated feet and cranky ankles will be seeing great benefit from their system. The shoes I got, however, dont fit properly and I will be returning them and getting a different pair. I trust that will go well.

Will not cure you in 3 steps like the commercial.But you will feel better when you leave .I walked around inside of store 3 times started running on the 3 lap I have metatarsal bursa - plantar fasciitis - non diabetic neuropathy If you follow their directions you will get better this is day 2 and pain scale bout a 2 .They are expensive ok .. Salesman was very rude. Didnt let me chose a color or style. I needed a good pair of stability newbalance shoes. I have alot of feet issues and when I was explaining it to him to get the right shoe he said he didnt want to hear it.

In the first few minutes of wearing the Maintainers in my sandals, I could feel a difference. My ankles and knees were swollen when I went in. I have neuropathy with my diabetes and it can get painful. Instead of another prescription, I researched these and they made the difference for me. After I heard a few cricks in my neck like I was getting an adjustment at the chiropractors office, I have felt good wearing them. The real test came after wearing them for a little longer than the prescribed one hour for the first day. I visibly saw the swelling in my knees and ankles go down.My next big test was three days later when flying. I had a three hour layover and I walked like I usually do, and I noticed my ankles were not swollen and my hip didnt hurt. On neither plane ride did my ankles swell. Im pleased with my purchase as I feel like Im doing something healthy for my body instead of throwing another medication with side effects.

They were very helpful and accommodating the only thing is that I was not verbally told that you cannot return the inserts once you leave with them and I did change my mind when I got home because $400 was way too much to my husband freaked out and I did call and nobody returned my call so I guess I’m stuck with them and I must remember to read the fine print

Associate is very knowledgeable and courteous. If you are worried about coronavirus they will NOT wear a mask. If you go through a fitting I think it would probably be impossible to properly social distance. Given the combination, I decided not to take the risk.

Well I didnt cry but Derrick did an excellent job, still adjusting its only been 6 days.

My foot had some pain for quite awhile and was near there for something else and stopped in. This was last December. Got to counter and 2 pair of inserts were $300 and $400 dollars. Lot of people so I didn’t make a scene. Wore them, but didn’t provide any relief and foot began to hurt worse. They are probably only worth about $40 max each. In therapy now, since foot is worse. Doctor said they were not what I needed. Couldn’t return them for a refund at any point. Didn’t know that. Please don’t listen to glowing ads and get ripped off like me!!

The staff was wonderful. I chose to buy the cheaper inserts of $100 and a pair of shoes $89 instead of the recommend step process of $1000. The shoes and inserts were non returnable. The set did worse than aetrex inserts and brook shoes cost $150 total. Waste of money.

I cannot even express how much these supports have helped me these last two months. I have hammer toes and I was coming to terms with having surgery on them, although my neighbor who had a similar procedure done cant even feel his toes anymore as a result. Instead I spent an hour and a half in the Good Feet Store and its like it changed my life. I had noticeable pain relief just in the time that I was trying the product while I was in the store. Im driving up to Orlando to go to Disney with my family next week and its something I wouldnt have been able to do on my feet even a few months ago.A few notes: the store is in a busy part of town so use your GPS so you dont drive by it on accident; Also, you can try them on and see how they feel without being obligated to buy anything; Thank you to Justin for all of your help!!

Not impressed with salesman , unprofessional in a hurry . Wanted to sell me $1200 worth of 3 inserts . Save your money and go to a podiatrist or buy a good pair of shoes. It is quite the gimmick and I believe a rip off for seniors . Can find inserts on line that will do the same .

My first experience with the good feet store was about a year ago . I have had tremendous back pain For years . Justin fitted me for my orthotics , And ever since I’ve had virtually no pain !! I recommend it highly for anyone with back or feet pain . Justin by the way is amazing!! He answers all my questions and is extremely patient and understanding . I just went back for my follow up visit . And the chart he showed me , shows that I have improved . It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made . Thank you Justin !!

My rating and review are solely to say that Bryan at the Fort Myers store is the most sincere and helpful, salesman that I have ever met. I did not make my initial purchase through him and not sure that he was getting anything , ie. - commissions- out of the two times that I went back to exchange my orthodics. He listened carefully to my concerns and was patient and accomodating.
