Laura is very helpful and the shoes feel amazing on the feet. I came back to return the shoes and got the ones I wanted. The fun comfort they have are a beautiful and very comfortable shoe. Thank you Laura for being so kind, caring and helpful.

I was recommended by a friend about 2 yrs ago, and started going there for all my shoes needs. Laura is exceptional! Cant say enough about her egernes to help. Ive been sending a lot of friens and family to them and they all are very happy with their products and attention to detail. Will continue recommend it to anyone I know.

My first visit to Happy Feet in Ft. Myers was in February of this year. The sales associate was delightfully pleasant and very helpful. We had been searching everywhere for a specific style/color shoe and when we called the store, they had the one we needed and in my teenage daughters size. The store was going to close and we were traveling home after a competition and a half hour away-- but thought we could make it. We did ...and the associate had held the shoes for us. They were perfect and the associate, who I believe was Lindsey, was very friendly and helpful. As a result of that positive experience, when I wanted to buy more shoes as a gift for my daughter, I immediately went online to find the phone number of the store to see if they had what I wanted. The phone was answered by the store manager, Pat. She listened to my needs and was very helpful, even to the extent of looking up the exact style/color/size of the shoe we had purchased so I could know what to buy. Pat was very professional and friendly, and patiently assisted me. As the shoes needed to be shipped out of the country, it turned out we couldnt get them delivered in the time frame needed. However, I assured Pat that we would be back to her store to buy more shoes in the fall-- even though we could buy them closer to where we live. The customer service here is exceptional and refreshing. I want to do all possible to support the businesses that provide this kind of service and quality products. I cant say enough good things about this Happy Feet store in Ft. Myers. Kudos to Pat and her staff!

Today was my first time at Happy Feet and I had a great experience. Lindsay was super knowledgeable and nice! I work on my feet 8 hours a day and she helped me find comfortable work shoes! Highly recommended coming in to see Lindsay!

This was my first and last visit to Happy Feet.I’m looking to purchase two or three pairs of therapudic shoes for home and work.Upon walking in, I was not greeted. While browsing the shoes, a retail associate told me, “ You are not supposed to be looking at the shoes, this is a full service store. Have a seat.”I figured she was straight forward because it was busy.She came to assist me and begun having my feet scanned. Another customer walked in and she walked away and tended her.There was no where to sit next to the feet scanner and after around ten minutes I sat on a ladder that was open.Another associate walked to me and said, “ Do NOT sit on the ladder. Can you move? I need this ladder to assist customers.”No one should be treated this way. I was walking out when my initial associate said, “ I’m back!”I told her, “ I had a very unpleasant experience. I will not be shopping here. Have a good rest of your day.”If you enjoy being scolded and taught patience, this is the place for you.

Great Experience - I have had some trouble with my feet over the years - I believe it was from wearing less expensive shoes that did not fit well. I eventually went to New Balance shoes that worked well. I wanted to try something else and after I saw the commercials for Happy 😊 Feet, I went into the store. I was very pleased with my visit to Happy Feet and thought Blake, the man that helped me to be outstanding. We first got on the machine to see the pressure on various parts of the foot and size. Blake then suggested a couple of different shoes that could help and an insert. He was very patient with me trying on various shoes. He steered me to a less expensive shoe 👟 because the toe box was bigger - which I needed. I left with a pair of shoes and inserts that work well for me.

Laura our salesperson was very pushy on one brand of flip flop ( kenkoh) which my wife found uncomfortable. She helped her with replacing the insoles of her shoes she had purchased last year, (Thought they were free, but cost $65.) and then, she found some bedazzled flops. My wife asked for someone else to help me, so we could leave faster, and I too was helped by a different associate for a pair of insoles. Laura got upset and my wife told her she asked for someone else to help him. We made our purchases, and walked out the store. Little did we know the bedazzled flip flops were $201 after tax. We took them back before we even made it to the car. Found Laura rude and snobbish!

Arrived at 10:25 AM because they open at 10. They were still closed. When I tried the door again 20 minutes later it was open. I went in and was able to try on about 6 pairs of shoes. The staff was knowledgable and friendly. Unfortunately they only carry one of each shoe at a time so there was nothing available for me to take with. Being that I only get one day off, I decided to shop around and ended up finding a better sale at a competitor who had my shoe in stock to wear to work tomorrow!

Kenkoh sandals are an essential tool if you suffer from plantar fascitis and/or heel spurs...I could barely walk from the pain and soreness in my feet which radiated into my lower back upon entering Happy Feet. Monique was my sales rep, and she immediately assisted me by graphing out my feet-and pin pointing exactly where I was over pronating and just what exact products would aleviate my pain while realign me to a correct posture. She fitted me with a pair of Brooks, a set of Aetrex orthotics and a pair of Kenkoh sandals; kind of a package so to speak.I will admit...everything was quite pricey but I figured this was an investment for my over all health and well being plus I was desperate to try anything at that point.My Brooks instantly felt like heaven on my feet. If youve never owned a pair I HIGHLY recommend these sneakers, you really do get what you pay for with them.The Aetrex orthotics were good at first, but I am a truck driver and pretty much wore out their firmess in less then a month with my work boots and the soreness in my feet was still there. My podiatrist recommended a firmer orthotic with more support. It had been less then a month since I had purchased the Aetrex orthos, and so I returned to Happy Feet and explained my dilemma. Laura immediately exchanged the worn out Aetrex orthotics for a set of firm Blue Birkenstock cork orthotics with no questions asked. This has been a night/day difference. These things are firm and feel awesome. I literally want to glue them to the bottom of my feet. Love em and cant say enough about the Birkenstock orthotics or the incredible customer service at Happy Feet Fort Myers.This now brings me to my Kenkoh sandals review. When I purchased them; when I first tried them on at the store that is-they felt kinda funny. I felt a strong arch support and roughness under my feet. Up until then I was used to wearing Crocs around the house etc and the nodules under my feet with the Kenkohs felt somewhat the same but more pronounced I suppose. I thought to myself I can get used to thisI started by wearing them immediately after Id come home from work as Monique recommended, and I want to say for about the first 2-3 weeks it was hell. The sandals felt rough and painfull at times under my feet. I had read that this was perfectly normal as the sandals have a break in period and it would subside...It sure did!! I cant live without these sandals now. I even find myself looking forward to getting home just to put them on. After a long day on your feet these sandals are literally like a massaging reward. They revitalize your feet (no joke). Heck, I even leave them on as I lay down in bed to watch tv or read for crying out loud! I feel less to almost zero lower back pain and my feet are no longer fatigued. I can only attribute this to the guidance of a good podiatrist and the amazing staff and products from Happy Feet. I cant thank them and recommend this store enough if you suffer from any type of foot pain or discomfort.

Great experience! Pat knows shoes. The best place to go if you have plantar fasciitis. The Kenkoh shoe is amazing. It is a healing shoe and comfortable. Pat will tell you to wear them in short doses before you can wear all the time.

Went into the store and Lindsay Garner helped my wife and myself get our shoes.Lindsay was so helpful, she explained everything and was very patient with us that we left with shoes for the both of us .This is the first time in a long time that I have no pain in my feet when I walk.Thank you Lindsay for your help you are an awesome person!!!!

Lazaro was amazing, a virtual mind reader once he saw my high arches. He found the perfect for orthotic inserts for me and recommended several brands of shoes that were like wearing a foot massage. I felt very good about spending my money there! Highly recommended.

When I went in to buy a pair of shoes, I was greeted with a woman that was very rude. I was looking at different pairs and asking questions about the shoes. When I asked the questions, the woman was very rude in her responses. She even gave out a rude comment when I was at the cash register after she tried to sell us some liquid that would supposedly help the shoes but, we all know it is just a sales gimmick to get more money. I will not ever shop at this store again. This woman should be fired!!!!

What an amazing customer service they have!!! They are very patient with customers and knowledgeble about the shoes. If I could give them more stars I would.

I have spent a lot of dollars to save with not much success. I went to the happy feet store in Ft. Myers, met Shannon and within one hour was educated on my problem. Purchased several pairs, had questions answered and will schedule our travels with her when purchasing shoes for problem feet. Five stars

I came to Happy Feet Plus because I needed better work shoes. I was experiencing severe pain in my left foot to the point that I couldnt walk in the mornings for the past week. It was excruciating and I was in tears. I walked in and was immediately introduced to Patrick (The Regional Manager). I told him my problem and he told me I had Plantar Fasciitis that I heard I might have from my coworkers at Publix. He immediately got me measured and told me where my problem areas were and what I needed to do. He recommended a few shoes and I also told him I needed new running shoes which I did not come in to buy until I saw a pair that I absolutely fell in love with and had to have. I told him that I needed a good pair of work shoes because I am on my feet standing a lot. He told me to go sit down and relax and he was going to do the shopping for me which I was not expecting because you walk into a place like DSW and you have to do the searching yourself for a good pair of shoes. He also recommended a pair of insoles for correcting my problem. I was in so much pain and he did all the work. He put the insoles in and put my foot in the shoes and even laced me up and got me walking around the store and I felt better. I was even jogging around the store just to see how even the sport insoles did in my new running shoes (even with the pain in my foot). This was an activity I did not even want to do before. I still have pain but it was no where near as bad as it was. He was attentive and answered all the questions I had. He even brought me a pair of massaging sandals that he said will help my flat feet by giving me arch support that I can where around the house and out and about while detoxifying my feet. He is very knowledgeable and I left spending more money than I originally intended to but I know it is an investment than having to have foot surgery. I highly recommend him. I will definitely be going back in the future. He is wonderful and amazing service. I felt like this is how purchasing shoes should be where you are given premium service and the customer is the focus and given individual attention. I enjoyed my shopping experience. It was fun again to buy shoes. I will be bringing my husband. I actually miss being treated that well in a retail atmosphere so keep it up. Best service I have ever received and I wish more places were like this and having a personal stylist. AWESOME JOB!!! I am one very satisfied customer

Absolutely horrible customer service. From the regional manager! They sold me a pair 9f Berkinstocks under the premise that they could have the sole recrafted for me when they wore out. Now that they have worn out, in being told they can no longer do this. They have had my money and my shoes for almost 2 months. Now they are saying so sorry, we cant fix your shoes for the $90.00 we told you it would be but wed be happy to sell you a new pair at full price. Hmmmm something a little fishy here. Anyway, they refuse to make it right and the regional manager Patrick is telling me it is out of his hands! You tell me what regional manager doesnt have the authority to make something broken right in the name of good customer service. They have lost a customer and I just wanted to share my experience! Beware of shady customer service at Happy Feet Ft Myers. Because this customer is not so Happy that they want more of my money for something they promised to do for me! Sad...

Service was pushy about selling the sandals and orthotics. Would not take no for an answer, even going behind my back to urge my family member to purchase them even though I did not want them.

After suffering for almost 3 months I stopped by and tried their insoles for just (60 bucks). Im back to normal now and its been always 2 weeks... Cant thank them enough!
