This is a great place to get fresh juice, jam honey 🍯!!! Wife and I love going here, for the holidays we decided celebrate with mimosas! Nothing taste better than a pulpy mimosa to me! Fresh Florida OJ added with some champagne is a great way to spend an afternoon! The muffins were also a great treat, sorry no picture we ate them before we took a picture! Let me tell you they are a must try! Cant wait to go back next week for the weeks harvest of grapefruit juice!

Sun Harvest is a definite stop for anyone in Florida! They have the greatest ice cream you will ever have, along with fresh, delicious juice! The building is incredibly clean and smells amazing! The employees are wonderful, and dont mind if you stop in every day for ice cream.. yum!I could rave on about Sun Harvest all day and night, but, Ill conclude with this: it is one of my favorite spots.. I rate a MUST visit!

We stopped here during our May 2021 trip to Ft Myers. It was just a random stop because something about it caught our eyes from the highway. The orange juice samples were excellent, I assume the oranges are too, and the ice cream looked very good. The gift shop was average but my friend bought a few items. I debated giving 3 or 4 stars because of the dismissive and unengaged staff. The entire time we were in the store (about 40 minutes) the 2-3 middle aged ladies working stood only behind the counter and never acknowledged us until we approached the check out with questions. Only about 5 customers were ever in the store during our 10am-ish visit. I wanted to inquire about purchasing orange juice to be shipped as gift to someone. The lady first said they couldn’t then stated they could for about 200$. When I repeated what she said to my friend she rudely clarified that the cost started at 200$, and would depend on state. I explained that cost wasn’t an issue but if they were unable to do it or didn’t offer the service it wouldn’t be an issue. I was displeased how she assumed the cost would be an issue and how she seemed in a hurry to dismiss me and get back to chatting with her friends at the counter. Oddly enough I wasn’t the only customer who wished to inquire about the same. Another gentleman at the orange juice tasting sample and myself talked about shipping the orange juice for probably about 20 minutes. The other customer was much more helpful and friendly then the staff also gave helpful suggestions. The employees made no effort to even see if we would happily take a case of oranges instead. The manager should be aware that the employees are leaving good money on the table.

Best Orange Ice cream in town! Recommend for every visit to Fort Myers!

When you get there go straight in to the left and grab yourself some of the very best orange juice flavors you’ll ever taste! Walk over to the glass window and watch them make it as you enjoy your refreshing drink! Then make sure you order oranges to ship home! The shipping is on site. Before you leave the store grab yourself an orange and white swirly ice cream cone. Mark is super helpful as well as all of the counter sales people. The coffee cake is delicious. I can’t say enough great stuff about this place. I will go every day and grab a quart of strawberry orange juice. I wish they made it in a gallon container.

We love the actual store and juice, we’ve been shopping here for years. But, your staff could be a bit nicer. I carried my toddler in the store and he walked from the juice area to the cash register without his shoes. There were about 5-7 people behind the cash wrap staring at me uncomfortably, and before I could even set my juice down to buy, they made it known to me that he needed to wear shoes. Please, he’s a toddler and it is not an issue for him to walk 15 feet without shoes on. Lighten up, I can’t believe the things people get upset about these days.

If you ride a bike to the store and sit on the bench to wait for company , employees will stare you down and question you. I live less than a mile from this store better off going to race trac across the street better ice cream better price. Better customer service

Why is the ice cream so good?!?!Stop here and choose from a variety of fresh and sweet treats. The juice combos and the soft serve options were my personal favorite. Orange, Key Lime, Strawberry all are able to be twisted with vanilla and served in a cake cone.Expect a line packed with tourists and locals. It’s worth the wait and don’t miss out on all the other fun items they have!

We just opened the bag of oranges and Wow. Absolutely delicious and so juicy. Can’t wait to try try the cinnamon butter. The coconut candy is great tasting and fresh. Hard to decide whether the lime or plain coconut is tastier. We will have to stop back in before heading back north. Great place, friendly people and the ice cream was a refreshing treat before leaving. See you all again soon.

Very good produce market with lots of Florida souvenirs. The juice is very fresh. Loved being able to sample it first to know what is the best tasting to each individual. My favorite was the strawberry orange. Be sure to get some good ice cream while youre there.

I absolutely love this place’s oranges and orange juice. However, it is quite literally a tourist trap. I’m about to graduate high school, and I was born and raised here. I sometimes want to stop here to get orange juice or a healthy, fresh snack before work, but it’s impossible with a line wrapped around the inside of the building. I know for sure this line is full of tourists and snowbirds. First we have to drive on the road with them, and now we can’t even get decent products without them being in the way. Please have a locals only line. I just want fresh orange juice without the hassle.

Very fresh produce. Over priced. The lines are very long but move relatively quickly. I do not find the staff to be overly friendly. They are odd smells coming from the place. Just whiffs of raw something not fresh as you walk through the store. Not BO but rather trash that stinks.

Quite a tourist attraction and for good reason. They have free juice samples you can try before you buy and all of the flavors are delicious! They also have some bakery items and their ice cream is so good! They also have fun little items to brows around and look through. Their employees are also great and willing to help.

I have ordered several times in the past and have been extremely satisfied with the oranges that I ordered - they were juicy and had lots of flavor. However this year has been different. They are not as nearly juicy or have the flavor of years past. This year, 1 star, previous years 5 stars so Ill average it out to 3 stars.

Love visiting any time of year and sampling different citrus juices. These are to die-for! Fun souvenir shop. You can also buy a variety of citrus fruits that are grown in Florida. Their soft serve ice cream is delicious. In addition to the traditional chocolate and vanilla flavors, they have other unique flavors such as key lime and orange. So good.

Sun Harvest Citrus is one of our favorite places to visit when we travel to Fort Myers. My sister Janet who lives there, always recommends stopping in to get ice cream.Last Month we had a concern about our order(first time ever), Mike was amazing, he corrected the problem very quickly.I would highly recommend Sun Harvest Citrus as a delightful stop.

Previous years gifts from here were excellent. Not this year! The gifts ordered on 12/12 never made it to UPS. Customer service promised to make things right by shipping new gifts on 1/4. Still not received. I understand the pandemic impacted shipping nationwide but some communication about the status of my order would be appreciated. Wouldn’t consider ordering from here in the future.

Please sell fruit worthy of your reputation. We received some oranges as a gift and I am reluctant to tell the gift giver of the disappointment. I am from FL and I know oranges. These were a sad excuse for an orange. I was able to use about 2/3 of each one. They were dried up as seen in the photo. The parts I was able to salvage had no flavor and absolutely no sweetness. I know the citrus industry in FL is taking a hit but I feel Sunharvest needs to just not offer a product if the quality is that poor.

This is one of those neat souvenir stores that has all sorts of spices, wines, mixes , spreads and all different awesome neat gifts ... plus the best ice cream and baked goods on this area.

Funny how my review from the beginning of the year is mysteriously removed.Do NOT order Christmas gifts from Sun Harvest .4 gift baskets that were guaranteed to be delivered by Xmas were ordered. Not ONE gift showed up for Christmas. They were delivered mid January. What good was their guarantee? Do they give you your money back? No! spent about $300 and was embarrassed when my loved ones recvd their presents 3 weeks after Christmas.ONLY in FloridaOh and my choice was to ship the orders late or cancel the orders. They should have shipped them AND gave me a refund. What was I supposed to send at that late date?

Bought 2 bags of oranges there on Sunday got home to Ohio on Tuesday to find out we had 9 bad oranges. I expected maybe 1 or 2 but 9 that is ridiculous. Very disappointed. I expected more out of this place. I could have bought them at Sams Club and at least Sams I could have returned them. Be careful when you buy them. They looked okay in the bag until 2 days later. On the positive the grapefruits were ok and the ice cream is very good. Since my review the manager Mike sent me a fresh box of handpicked Navel Oranges in it and sent them to us in Ohio. Mike was very apologetic. I felt better about his response and would give the company another chance if I were in the area again.

I had a wonderful visit the juices really yummy oranges good but their strawberry Orange is divine. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. They have a really nice gift shop of kids Play area out front really cool stop highly recommended we will return in the future thanks for running an awesome establishment.

Very nice staff who know their citrus. We had fun ordering surprise boxes for our family in WI. I even got some Christmas presents. Our family loved the oranges and grapefruit we sent them. Delivered on time and in great condition.

Cute store but felt very unsafe with COVID 19 protocols. The older man who works there took off his mask to cough and cough behind the counter. We literally ran out of the store. Really sad that the store doesn’t ask their sick employees to stay home rather than making them come into work with or without a Pandemic. We will not be returning.

We have been ordering from Sun Harvest for over 26 years. Our first trip down in 1993 when we had a timeshare on Ft. Myers Beach and now that we live in Bonita Springs. We’ve never been disappointed in our orders or customer service. We purchase orange juice every week and I send gift boxes to Ohio periodically. Poor Ohio, the only sun light they enjoy comes from Sun Harvest. It’s either too hot or too cold up north. We appreciate you for all the good things you do for our less fortunate relatives in Ohio. Please keep up your winning ways.

I was excited to go to this store as it seemed like everything you could want from wine, pie, juices, jellies and more. However, honestly some of the stuff I seen and have bought from other local spots throughout Florida it was WAY too over priced at this store. I end up buying a whole key lime pie in hopes to maybe find a decent pie that I could get easily near me. I was very disappointed with this pie though as it had the texture of jello instead of being creamy like it is supposed to.

Our family had a great time sampling and shopping. Much more than just citrus!

Been going to this place since the early 90s. Best juice around and worth the price. I love Biddles key lime juice for pies, best I have ever used. Entire family loves the soft serve ice cream, real good. Facility is always cleaned with the utmost care for customers as well as staff. Operation is run very efficiently during high demand. Best!

If youre in Fort Myers area, you have to visit Sun Harvest. They have the orange juice and other variety of juices Ive ever had. People from up north come down here in the winter to buy the OJ. Its too good. Would recommend.

I was excited to go here, but was a bit disappointed. The ice cream (key Lime) was delicious. Workers were very rude, would have been a better experience if they were pleasant and helpful.

Wow! I grew up to my grandparents fresh squeezed orange juice every time I visited Florida. In the past 20 years this is the closest thing I have found! It is amazing! Will definitely make this a regular stop on vacation.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because of 1 thing....first let me say the place is wonderful to walk in to see all of the fresh produce and fruits, ice cream, pastry, gifts, samples. HOWEVER, the ladies at the information tables or station were rude, unfriendly, and not the representation I’m sure you want to convey. Look, dealing with the public is very challenging I get it.... however when I went up to ask a question about “real oranges” instead of Honeybells they both looked at me as if I had to heads. About 15 minutes later my wife asked a question of them about some produce or fruit and hand to god, I could see the eye roll and see them shaking their heads and making fun of my wife from where I was standing when my wife turned her back to walk away. Sadly, the cart full of items were left right there - we walked out never to return again based on that customer experience alone. Owners.... a little charm school training should be your next move for these ladies.... after all they are the face of your organization at least while we’re in the store. Signed very disappointed.

We love this place! Everyone that comes to visit us gets to go to Sun Harvest Citrus. I always make breakfast for our visiting family and I always serve Sun Harvest orange juice. Everybody asks if I fresh squeezed it. Their orange juice is honestly the best. They have free samples of their juices in the store. I like the different soft serve ice creams they offer as well

Great citrus. I send a box of their citrus to my relatives each Christmas. Free juice samples are available to everyone. At certain times, you can watch the production of juice. Orange flavored ice cream is a favorite of many. If you are visiting SW FL, its a nice place to visit.

A real treat to come here. The people who work here are very kind and the juice is to die for. They have a large array of Floridian themed food and decor items and delicious fruit and baked goods. Make sure to try the orange juices in from their free sample area- I highly recommend the strawberry orange juice. You can even see them make the orange juice fresh while you drink. I also recommend their pineapple sorbet- its nice and sweet and the perfect treat to have on a hot Florida day.

This place is really nice. Not too big not too small. They have some souvenirs as well as almost everything you can think of to make with oranges. They have free samples of juice which was amazing. Ended up buying some, even though pricey the juice is worth it. Ended my visit sampling some key lime ice cream and OMG! I am not a key lime fan but this ice cream is awesome. I got a small cup of chocolate and key lime swirl. It was so good but the chocolate over powered the key lime. I will come back and visit again to grab more juice and ice cream.

An awesome experience. Very cool viewing of the process of making OJ. Cant get oj any fresher than that. We enjoyed this place very much. Found several souvenirs, great tasting samples of fruits, juices. Oh, and the ice cream was delicious. Visitors: this is a must stop! Really fun experience with lots of Florida stuff you can take home. Hands down the BEST Florida Orange Juice youll find, especially in January/February when its peak season. The Orange Cream swirl ice cream is a favorite for us and it only $2.50 for a good portioned cone! Not to mention its the best Key Lime Pie in town!So in my opinion, if you like Ice Cream, Key Lime Pie, & OJ... this is the best place to go.

Me and my family have been coming here since we moved to SW Florida and it never disappoints. Lots of citrus related merch to grab, a very Florida atmosphere, and nice staff. Plus their ice cream is great. Grab some of that if you go. Also the juice is wicked good.

I love coming to this place with friends and family to get orange juice and ice cream. This is the first place I bring my out of town friends to when they come to visit. That red headed lad in the post office is especially kind and helpful when I ship out packages.

Anyone stopping by through the southwest Florida area needs to stop by this place! They have a huge gift shop in free samples of any different kinds of juices. There is a post office tucked away in the back and a viewing area for when the oranges come in for processing. It has a great Florida theme and excellent employee base! Oh and no trip here would be complete without one of their delicious ice cream cones!

Ordered a fruit basket for my mom for Xmas was told it would be there a day after Xmas when it didnt arrive buy Saturday after Xmas I called and was told they messed up and would ship it out the following Monday here its Friday still no basket and now they tell me itll be Tuesday before she gets it never again will I go there I let anyone I know go there

The best orange juice in the world. Sun Harvest has a lot more to offer too, seasonal fruits from citrus to peaches and strawberries to tomatoes and other delights and delicacies. But it is their amazing orange juice that keeps us coming back, week after week, even in High Season traffic.

My friends took me here when I visited Ft Myers. I didnt realize that it was an actual citrus farm but it was off season so the open view harvest display was not in operation. The store has lots of knick knacks, fresh fruits, pastries, soft serve ice cream and complimentary citrus juice concoctions. It is sort of a gift shop / farmers market with a built in clean cafeteria.I loved the orange vanilla twist soft serve. I definitely enjoyed the fresh citrus taste....it was delicious! The best part was the complimentary fresh juices. They had orange, grapefruit, strawberry orange, cranberry orange, and lemonade served from ice cold fountain machines. You can try as much as you want which I did and they were all refreshing! Would definitely stop by this place again when I visit Ft Myers in the future.

Great free orange juice and orange samples! On a hot day (or a cold one actually), I definitely recommend the orange or key lime soft serves. They have a great flaky cream cheese danish thats almost croissant-like. It is very tourist-oriented, but its still reasonably priced and you cant beat free OJ.
