After being inside for an hour, carefully selecting spirits and wines, at the time of check-out I was denied the purchase because I had no ID. Understandable, I seem to have misplaced my ID, therefore I decide to go the car and check for it. I could not find it, so instead I brought over my wife to purchase it so that we may be in our way. They refused to sell anything based on the fact that I came in without an ID. Honestly: I have grey hairs all over my head!After 5 years of coming to this store and weekly making purchases, its time for me to take my business somewhere else. Worst customer service than the discount liquor store next door.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The employees are extremely rude, no one helps you if youre trying to find something. The manager and short/fat woman cashier are judgemental and rude. They refused to sell my sister and I who are almost 40 alcohol, who dont even drink much - however, they claim you have to be over 21 to be in the store, yet no one is at the door checking IDs. Also, its ironic you wont let 2 consenting adults pushing 40, but youll allow someone shopping with their infant and children, now I know theyre not 22 - so I hope they withheld their ethical standards.

Everything you could need or want, they have. Selection of wine, beer and spirits is amazing. If you need anything, just ask. We never go anywhere else.

It truly is an one stop shop for all you adult beverages. They have everything from wine, beer, alcohol, kegs, and all the accessories rare or common. You can also pick up a few snacks there as well.

Was picking up a order and a young blond haired man initially didn’t want to help us. When an older gentleman directed him our way he was resistant. Once he opened his mouth he was rude for the whole transaction. The name on the order was different than the one that had placed it. I having never picked up a prepaid order did not know to go by the order number itself. Instead of explaining this to me he says” Obviously you don’t work for total wine and wouldn’t understand” Seriously? Delivery services are requested by YOUR company to use to deliver YOUR product… He was a TOTAL TOOL…

Awesome selection of alcoholic products ranging from a wide variety of beers and wines to hard liquors. Good choices of international and domestic products as wellSome party items like snacks and pop available too. The store is huge. Great part is one can pick up a single beer can or bottle if one is into trying out different beers. Question though - why do you have a selection of only about 6 beers from your closest neighbour Canada?

Will never shop there again! Wanted me to wear a useless mask and violate my rights as a us citizen. Ill shop at Winn Dixie, much nicer people, more informed, and most often less expensive. Cant give 0 stars or I would to the Ft. Myers store on 41.

It’s a very nice place however the staff and manager was very rude!!! I was doing an insta cart order with my younger siblings not even for my personal use the Associate and Manager was very rude about the whole situation and was also very dismissive and refused to serve me even though the it wasn’t for my person use .I will not be returning here every again people shouldn’t be treated like that !!!!

UPDATE: I went back to the store and talked to the manager and he was very kind. I am glad to say that he made me feel much better and I will be back!They had a 4 pack of cider that someone took out one of the cans and they would not allow a can from the same brand to fill out the 4 pack and charged us a per can price. Thought that was a major rude move on their part! Why offer 4 packs if you allow people to pull out cans whenever they want.

Cant complain about the products and prices. The employees were not very helpful when we asked where a certain item was. I was told by 4 different employees where to locate it, they were all wrong. Finally a very nice young woman employee tried to help me, stood with me, looked it up on her device. Had a hard time when another employee came by. She asked her about it and finally we were in the wrong aisle. Now if only they would of taken the time to come with me in the first place. Also was sternly told by another employee that I was not allowed to have my mask pulled down while in the store. Little did she know my glasses were fogging up from trying to find what I was looking for and had it down for less than 5 seconds when she saw me. Probably wont shop there anymore. Very uninformed staff and being a 68 year old person I should not have to be reprimanded by someone who doesnt know the facts.

I always find new great things at total wine. I also appreciate they had a mask for my friend who had forgot hers. Press water seltzers are the most unique fresh tasting alcoholic beverage Ive ever placed my lips on... The flavor combinations are delightful. This was my latest purchase. I also grabbed some good ol fashioned apple pie moonshine. Classic fall beverage.

Used to be able to go here all the time, now its impossible for me to check out. I have a health issue I would rather not discuss with the staff that prevents me from wearing a mask and breathing properly. I can make it through the entire store without any issues bit as soon as I make it to the front counter I am chastised for not suffocating myself. The whole do it our way or get the hell out of our store approach has lost you a dedicated customer forever. Shame on you Total Wine.

I love Total Wine & Spirits they are great chain and have everything you could ever want or need from the liquor store, if you ever have a chance to stop in at one of their locations make sure you do they even have tags on site to be purchased as well as high-end wine and cigars, personally I like to do the build your own six pack and go for World beers

Total wine has the best selection of craft beer and spirits in the Fort Meyers / Cape Coral area. Was pleasantly surprised when I saw my favorite DIPA Lupulins Blissful Ignorance on the shelf, simply amazing.

After 10+ years as a loyal customer, Ive decided to go to ABC Fine Wine & Spirits from now on. I cant complain about the selection and prices but the draconian mask restrictions that they still insist on - after our Governor opened the state months ago and we now have not one but two vaccines available. If people are concerned, they can stay at home, have product delivered or do curbside pickup. Employees can wear masks. But why do you treat your customers like children after 10 months of this? Im sick and tired of having a manager talk to me like Im in 3rd grade. Oh well, so much for caring for your customers. Hasta la vista!

Never saw a liquor store with variety of beers, wines, and liquors. I thought Binnys in Chicago was great! A must go place to find EXACTLY what you are looking for.

Yesterday I went into total wine after my 45+ days of fasting. I walked in with out a mask, and one of the employees was nice enough to offer me one, and after a bit of discussion as to the paranoia behind the need to wear masks I agreed its their store and their policy and even though I disagree with it I worn the mask while shopping in their store. During our ever so brief conversation for what ever the reason this female (i think its ok to say female still?) employee offered up to me that this stores policy comes directly from the owner Congressman David Trone from Maryland a Democrat. I was ok with not knowing who the ownership of total wine was but now that I know I can never again shop at a total wine store. Just like the cancel culture I too have a cancel side to me, and It cancels out anyone who supports abortions and the likeness of any evil that goes along with it. Good Bye Total Wine!

Real wine samples, not insults! Scam wine sampling station, poor customer service!So, Total Wine Fort Myers has this elaborate wine sampling station set up in the middle of the wine section. Impressive to say the least.However, as I approach the sampling section with two bottles of wine under my arms (I usually buy an entire dozen) and inquire about the sampling options, Ms Bernadette offers me Pinot Grigio which I accept, except that there was literally less than a finger nail or 1/100 of a ml of wine barely covering the bottom of the one oz plastic cup, so I ask her Could I please get a sample of the wine? to which she vehemently and angrily growls, Thats all youre getting, and in such a hostile tone which essentially said, Get the f... out of my face, and stop bothering me! at which time I immediately left with my two bottles of wine in hand, after respectfully rejecting Ms Bernadettes INSULTING sample of wine combined with her INSULTING and hostile customer service 🐕‍🦺Excuse me, but with all due respect, WHY OFFER TO GIVE A LOYAL CUSTOMER a sample of wine if theres nothing in the wine glass, excuse me, tiny plastic mouth wash cup, an INSULT, and couple the INSULT WITH HOSTILITY by your wine team?Solution: Shut down the SCAM SAMPLING STATION, and TRAIN your staff properly especially these people trying to sell the product they are sampling to the customers. This person who offered the sample didnt seem to know anything about wine, wine tasting and even less about customer service! Obviously, the manager of the wine sampling station should be replaced, and owners find someone who knows something about WINE, wine CONNOISSEURS and customer service!Other than the above and foregoing, my experiences at this store are very pleasant, thanks 😊

I have shopped here several times before and had no issues. However, today I purchased a set of whiskey glasses as well as wine glasses from here. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped the wine glasses when I got home and they broke. I returned to Total Wine and explained what happened and politely asked if there was anyway they could help me. Right away, an older woman with dark hair at the customer service desk was extremely rude, barely letting me finish before cutting me off. She exclaimed in an irritated tone that there was nothing they could do because “You’re the one who broke it, not us. You’ll have to buy another one”. I understand if it is your policy not to help customers, but at the bare minimum you should treat your customers respectfully. This place needs to work on their customer service.

I asked for help from a tall young slender woman with brown hair, sorry, I dont remember your name, to help me find a decent vodka. She recommended 8* vodka and said that it was her favorite. I said that l didnt want it to taste like rubbing alcohol because l drink like 1 time a month, and l am an essential worker, and l need a martini. After buying blue cheese olives, and garlic jalepeno olives l made a dirty martini. I have never had a better one, and l was a bartender in Las Vegas!! Great Job!!

Went there for one purpose only...get BUMBU rum. The manager I talked to was very knowledgeable about Bumbu and warned us the XO did not taste like the regular stock. Saved us a $36 mistake. Bumbo is a sweeter rum with heavy vanilla notes. Its a smooth rum that goes down good.

I know this sounds counter intuitive for a liquor store, but I actually went in looking for non-alcoholic beer. They have a great selection and it was hard to decide. I did pick out a six pack and it was the best non-alcoholic beer I have ever had.

I love total wine. The endless choices are what make this place amazing. Whether it is beer, wine, or distilled spirits, they either have it, can get it, or it doesnt exist. Add to that the regular tasings and classes, and you have a liquor store like no other.

My go-to store for alcoholic beverages. They have pretty much everything and the staff is always helpful when looking for something specific. The only small downside is that the place is huge and they move product around enough that it can be a bit overwhelming trying to find something yourself.

Best liquor store in Fort Myers. I feel like a kid in a candy store when browsing the isles here. They literally have everything you could ever think you might want if it’s a beer, liquor, wine, or any other alcohol or related products. You will also see a million different things you want to try. Only trouble is I always spend way more than I planned but the prices are fair so it’s not a big deal. Plus they offer a great rewards program that sends you good coupons all the time. If you like to drink and haven’t been here, you are missing out. Definitely worth a visit.
