These girls at this store are not helpful at all.All they look like they are doing is talking and gossiping. A manager by the name of Trista was one of the only ones to show at least the slightest amount of interest for the little amount of time she was in view. I dont get it though. Everyone here used to be so helpful. Now I feel like Im annoying them when I walk in

I had a not-so-pleasant first time visiting Ron Jon Surf Shop! I was with my daughter shopping for new school clothes, when I tried to get help from an associate to see if they had a blouse in another size. At first, I thought the young lady simply couldn’t hear me, but I soon got the impression she was blatantly ignoring me, as she continued talking to a coworker. As I got closer to ask for help AGAIN, I overheard swearing and overall unprofessional language being said right in front of my daughter and I. After I finally get a snappy response from “Isabel”, which seemed like she was trying to shoo us away, I decided to go elsewhere for clothes for my daughter.

I had never been in here before & needed a tool for my skates so I was recommended by a friend. My goodness, so much wonderful stuff & it honestly wasn’t as expensive as I originally expected. I was greeted by 2 employees upon entering & Tori was my cashier. Tori was so sweet, personable & gave great conversation. She really made me want to come back again.❤️ It looked like they had merchandise made locally & that made me happy. I’d gladly come back for any clothes or skate merchandise.

Stoked that Ron Jon is in Fort Myers, FL! One of my favorite places to visit and look for one of their stores whenever I travel the states. From full skateboards sets, surfboards, wetsuits, paddleboards, sun protection, sandals, sunglasses, beach jewelry to beach clothes, hats and GoPros.Ron Jon carries name brands like Sun Bum, Reef, Hurley, Quicksilver, Baker, Almost, GSHOCK, Shark Week watches and many more! The staff is always friendly and very helpful in finding what you are looking for.

Beautiful store, lots to look at! Some prices are a bit steep but you will pay anywhere for great quality! Definitely will be back to shop more!

My plate came with cole slaw and it was old and didnt taste good. I had fry fish and shrimp, the file of fish was very thin.

Cool place but nothing in here for me. Kids loved it and found some stuff. Great price on paddle boards. Clean next to playground for little ones and bass pro shop for us grumpy old men.

I want to add that they have the best brands.Not just kids stuff either. Awesome place to see whats new.

I came in the other day to build my long board and I asked for assistance from a worker named Tristian and she was super helpful with everything I needed. Super knowledgable about long boards and even taught me a few things I didnt know. She was able to show me what parts I needed and reccommended that I actually replace my hanger because it was rusting! I never would have noticed and thankfully she did. Overall she did an excellent job with my long board and I am recommending others to ask for her service if they need help with long boards. Super happy with the service I received and I will be in again.

Ive only been to this Ron Jon Surf Shop only once, to see what they have. It is a surfer shop stocking boards of various types, plus swimwear, apparel and accessories for beach life. I found it to be very interesting to browse the shop, even though I havent tried any of these activities. I think someone who is into these activities will definitely find this shop to be excellent. It is a very big store that is well-merchandised, well-lit, clean, and spacious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If I were to take up any of these activities in the future, I would definitely shop here. It is a very fascinating store!

My boyfriend and I frequented this location. Since the pandemic we have been harassed constantly when we go in. We have a medical condition and do not have to wear a mask, which we dont have to legally state. To be told they are refusing our business is terrible. Corporate will be getting a phone call. Your company will go under with the way you treat your patrons.

Huge inventory for surf, skate and beach needs. They carry a lot of clothing from surf brands. Shawn (manager) is always willing to help and will go beyond the average employee to answer any questions. Also, Miguel, store associate, is very helpful. All staff is friendly. Recommended place.

Havent been to a Ron Jon store in quite awhile & have only visited the one in Cocoa Beach. Came into this store on a Saturday around noon & was the only patron(s) in it at the time. The store was very neat, tidy & organized from a retail perspective. I didnt purchase anything, but probably will next time Im visiting from Jax. FGCU students get 10% discount as well I was informed.

My teenage daughters and I had the pleasple of visiting Ron Jon Ft Myers Florida last weekend April 14 2019 while on vacation The selection is awesome and the staff is incredible. Upon arriving back home my daughter discovered she left her Ron Jon stickers at the store. I called the store and spoke with a manager Danielle who offered to send me the stickers back in Boston. Unreal above and beyond customer service I will continue to be a raving fan of Ron Jon. Thank you!!!

Loved the shop. They definitely lost money today from me. I wanted to purchase 2 sweatshirts and went through everyone in the shop. There was a total of 3 extra large. Some woman need extra large to accommodate an ample bossom. You may only want small, med and large customers but extra large woman also spend good money at Ron Jon.

Our corporation bought 16 rash guard shirts. Our employees wore the lime green shirts in the sun for nine days. Within the 9 days they showed horrible fading from the sun. When I contacted Corporate they said send the shirts in and they would replace them. We must have received a bad lot. Now they have changed their story and said that they do not stand behind their product that because we are using them on the beach for commercial use that they are sending them back to us and too bad so sad. I thought that Ron Jon Surf Shop was a credible corporation. They said if we bought their product for a commercial use they would not have sold them to us? REALLY? It doesnt matter if I had bought one of these shirts for my child to wear on the beach it still would have faded within a very short period of time. I would have made the same phone call to corporate asking why their product fades like this. I thought Ron Jon Surf Shop stood for quality surf gear to be worn in the sun. This product is made specifically to be worn in the sun and protect from the sun... Nine Days??? Seriously it should last longer than that. I will never buy from this corporation again since they dont stand behind their product and I will recommend to everyone I come in contact with that Ron Jon used to be a quality corporation. WOW, how far they have fallen down in offering a quality product and service. Thanks a lot for wasting not only my money, but my time in the futile attempt to return product for replacement with no resolution!

This place is pretty cool to window shop in. As for a surf shop I think its as much of a surf shop as Pac Sun is a Skate shop. You can buy generic starter surf boards but if your looking for a daily ride probably not the place to go. They sell some pretty cool stuff though.

Great selection of high end surfwear. Colors, patterns, styles and fabrics by many brand name companies people are looking for. Store is laid out perfectly and its not hard to find knowledgeable salespeople that are willing to help with positive energy nearby. Accessories galore to complete the look youre searching for. A fun place to shop!

Friendly staff and plenty of them. Was asked by multiple staff members if I needed assistance. No lines for checking out. This being said I didnt observe anyone loafing around. Staff members and a manager were constantly folding or hanging garments. One criticism would be the limited selection on UPF shirts and such. Bass Pro right next door carries multiple brands and styles. You would think a surf shop would do so as well.

Met a wonderful woman here. Im looking for my second wife. Had a great conversation with her, staff member,.. amazing amount of branded products throughout the store. Hoping to return soon. A must visit for anyone visiting the Southwest Florida Coastline, board shorts, boogie boards, bumper stickers, I loved her, and the merchandise. A really great mall. Neat niche merchandise you couldnt ever find elsewhere. Im a Kissimmee Osceola Kowboy and LOVE the Original Ron-Jon Surf Shop Coco Beach Florida. This store is worth the visit.

Ive visited Ron Jon shops for most of my life and I was really excited to learn there was one in Ft Myers. I was not disappointed. The store is clean and stocked and the staff is really friendly and attentive.

This place is topnotch. You can get the cutest clothes. You can bring home a souvenir shirt that is actully something you would wear. Cute hoodies. They have mens, womens and kids clothes. They have swimwear. They have hats, surf boards, stand-up-paddle boards, skim boards, sun glasses, bracelets, trinkets and THE BEST AIR FRESHNERS!!

Smaller RJ with reasonable selection of clothing and beach items. Did not have any classic RJ white Ts. Got a couple of good buys though.
