This is an excellent store, quite large, and with an amazing and well-displayed in-house inventory of jewelry, antiques (such as china), coins, bullion, and other related items to buy. Ive been in a few times, once dealing with Jay Chamberlain who is, I believe, their Chief Numismatist, who also does a great job running the monthly meetings of the Fort Myers Coin Club. Jay is very friendly and great to deal with and gives reasonable prices on unpriced items that are not on display or not among their higher-end items. During my most recent trip, I was served by Sam, who provides very smooth service (with a wonderful voice - I was surprised to learn that hes never done radio or voice work), who also gave me a very reasonable price on a couple of unpriced items. With this very conveniently-located store, in addition to the bustling and unrelated Coin and Jewelry Exchange, run by the charismatic John Corcione, located on McGregor Boulevard just North of College Parkway, Fort Myers is very well-served in the Coin and Jewelry merchant department.

Ordered custom diamond wedding bands less than 2 weeks before the wedding date they got them to me on time. I absolutely love their online auctions. Ive been a customer for two years and always had great customer service.

Went to shop but didnt buy anything because maybe 2 out of the 8 people working there were wearing mask and the employee actually helping my SO didnt wear a mask while trying to assist him. Then some of the ladies were rude to my MIL.

Bought some things from them at online auction. Box came damaged from USPS with items missing. Gulfcoast worked out a partial reimbursement for me, even though it wasnt their fault. Thats the kind of action that will bring this customer back again. Will definitely do business again with them.

I would first like to thank Mike for all of his help. My watch needed a new battery and the Baume mercier watch requires a special tool. They had a problem opening the back. After a few calls back and forth they managed to open the back and replace the battery. Mike decided to reduce what I paid for this service because of some miss communication and I would like to thank everyone there for there help and very nice service. I wish more places would consider what has taken place. I will be using them in the future.Thank you again.

They will offer you no more than a typical shady pawn shop, at less than 20 cents on the dollar for your fine jewelry. Shop around for more reputable jewelers.

Every one in the store has great personalities and great customer service. My fiance and I were looking for wedding bands and we both found the perfect bands. The band I bought matches perfect to my engagement ring. The band is so perfect it looks like they were a set. Great place to come to if your looking for engagement rings or wedding bands. they have a variety of rings to choose from.

The first red flag was the other reviews on Google and other websites. The second red flag was when I went in to give them a non-refundable deposit on a custom ring and they were reluctant to put what we had verbally agreed to on paper before giving them a deposit. They said they would get me paperwork the next day if I put down the deposit. Remembering the other reviews, I thought I better not, and I should wait to get everything in writing before giving a deposit. After they gave me the run around for 2 days it was a good thing I waited because when they finally had something on paper for me it was now over $800 more than what we had verbally agreed to for the exact same stones and ring that we had been discussing for 2 weeks. The only thing they had to say was, Well I cant do that price on that stone. All I could think was, well then why didnt you just tell me up front? It would have saved the both of us a lot of time. Oh yeah thats right, you were trying to pull a fast one. Dont let this happen to you. Save your time and just go to one of the many other jewelers in town.Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because there were a couple sales women there that were helpful.

I would out zero stars but i got my silver fianlly. They tild me id have it in a week and that was three weeks before the April Shutdown. Product finally came in and noone called me to tell me my $1K purchase was ready for oickup. Manager was rude amd stafe is lacking patience with their customers. I will buy my things online.

Just met with Dominic, Meg, and Mary to help select a beautiful set of gold diamond earrings for a family members birthday present. My first time ever visiting this location, but the prices were beyond fair, atmosphere was very eloquent, and transaction went very smooth. Even polished the earrings up very nicely and gift wrapped them for me! Highly recommend!

I took a set of 14 carat blue/gray pearl ear rings and matching ring of the same down to them to possibly sell for my wife. These items were appraised in 2002 for $1375, and I took a copy of the appraisal to them. They offered me $60. The generosity just overwhelms me.Chuck Nix

I attempted to enter the store today. The doors were locked. There was a very small sign amongst many other sigs that said ring doorbell. There was a button several feet to the right of the door. I pushed the button three separate times over a five minute period, standing there in disbelief. I looked in through the glass door and saw an employee behind a counter standing there doing nothing and staring at me. What kind of business operates this way?? What kind of impression does this give a first time visiter to this store? Do they screen who they let in and who they don’t? Do they discriminate against certain types of people coming in their store??

I live in central Florida and needed an item shipped overnight for a hospice patient.The item arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Do not recommend for watch repair & service. After $600 overhaul of a Rolex the watch would not stay running. Sent it back for fix & returned in same condition. Took it back in to make it right & was told that it needed another $600 overhaul. Declined the service. Took it to a watch craftsman who opened the watch in our presence. The watch was dirty & the winding mechanism had not been touched.

Very pleased with my experience with this company.They traded me 2 Silver American Silver Eagles and gave me cash for 2 morgan silver dollars I had they were not from a special mint and the dates not not that rare conduction pn the morgans I traded were okay.But their prices are really fair only $3 over spot on each of my rounds I bought extra from them currently on ebay American Silver Eagles are selling for $21.95 per round I paid $17.90 per round price of silver was $14.25 per oz.I plan to go back to them for all my bullion needs will no longer be buying online if Gulfcoast Coin & Jewelry can keep up the great prices.I was a bit surprised walking up to the door you have to be buzzed into their building but they have a lot of stuff in there gold silver so I will have to look around next time I stop in.Im very pleased they didnt low ball me on my morgans Im not a coin collector but I am glad they exchanged my coins with something I wanted a pawn shop wouldve low balled me and selling them online wouldve cost me a seller fee.Morgans are worth more in collector value however im not a coin collector im a stacker why I bought morgans is beyond me.
