We worked with CL Quality for 2 investment properties to remodel the kitchens and bathrooms in hopes that it would last years without any issues, that was not the case with using CL Quality! This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked with.The first installation work was sloppy, they didn’t properly silicone the granite between the backsplash and the counter top behind the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom. Customer service was a disaster from the beginning. When we called to express our concerns, the manager stated that “they’re humans and make errors” which is understandable, and “that ours was not the only installation they had that day” implying that they were rushing through the job and was that an excuse to do sloppy work?Thankfully they were able to fix the silicone seal.They did the estimate, fabrication/installation in a timely manner and the work looked amazing,unfortunately that only lasted about 2 months. After 2 months,the granite had dark spots and stains due to improperly sealed granite before installation. I reached out to have them assess and amend the situation which they charged me $75 just to come out. The technician showed up without scheduling with us. Two days went by before I heard from anyone from CL quality and I had to call them to follow up. They informed us that because the tenant had tried to clean the stain themselves, they were not able to do anything to remove the stain. The problem had not been resolved and I felt robbed of my $75 with no response from their sales team. Finally, a week later we were able to schedule a technician to come out again. The technician was scheduled to arrive at 9:30am on Monday morning and our tenant took off work to be there and they never showed up.I had to call later Monday to reschedule and the best they could do was to say, They would put us on the schedule for Wednesday,no time.Our tenant could only be available before 2pm Wed, they called at 2:09pm stating he was 30 minutes away. The technician came out and according to the team,removed the stain but did not re-seal the granite, which we now know is the true issue. However,the stain was not removed and is still very apparent. I had another granite sealing company assess the issue to confirm that the granite was staining due to not being sealed correctly. After yet again not receiving a call from the team, I called to speak with a manager as to what service the technician had completed Wednesday. She proceeded to tell me that this natural stone stains and sometimes creates darks spots with moisture that will eventually dry. Nearly 2 weeks have gone by and the stain, in the middle of the counter, not near any water or sink,has not dried up nor was it removed by the technician. The manager kept reiterating that our tenants had not properly been using the granite for the 2 weeks they have lived there and since they had used a suspicious white substance on the granite, CL Quality was not responsible for the stains. I specifically provided details of this white substance,a mixture of Seventh Generation Granite Cleaner and baking soda, two recommended products for removing spots and cleaning granite surfaces. I insisted that the tenants had no fault in this matter and that the issues relied on the granite not being properly sealed. CL Quality’s team did everything to refute the true issue. They gave many scenarios to excuse themselves and any liability moving forward. This is not how I envisioned customer support post-purchase. CL Quality washed their hands clean after installation, providing no warranty or support for their defected product. I would like to be able to say that they made it right and have a satisfied customer but that is quite the opposite! We plan to remodel other properties in the future and will not be using CL Quality nor would we ever recommend that anyone else use this company unless they want endless headaches and unresolved issues.

The best spot for countertops

We shopped around and CL had the best price. Our order was on time and installation was perfect. We had gone back to CL to have a small matching piece of quartz cut for shower pony wall and for threshold. Also had a shower seat done. Great job.

We were very pleased with our new quartz counter tops. We had two bathroom vanity tops and our kitchen counter replaced. The quality of the tops is excellent as well as the installation. Overall price was good and was half the price of a competitors price who advertises heavily in the newspaper and tv.

We recently re modeled our kitchen. We were really happy with the service. The install went really well .They worked aroiar our busy schedule.

This company has ridiculous prices, looks like the other reviewers didn’t bother to do price checks! My order paperwork was lost and I had to follow up twice with them to send a quote to my contractor. When I did get it, the quote was over double the competitors! Would not recommend doing business with this company. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing! Really poor organization. Wish I could give them a zero rating.

I completely love my kitchen. My material was complicated to cut because it has a lot of Micah and cristals and they didn’t break not even a pieceCutting it, fabricating it, and installing it. I am beyond happy with their outstanding work.

I needed 2 different styles of granite to complete my project. I fortunetly ran into this companys phone number, and I couldnt be happier with my decision.As I walked in I was immediately greeted by a huge smile and a cup of coffee from a lovely women named Catherine.She then introduced me to Lola, she was very patient with me on my 2 very important decisions. Looking through pictures on my cell phone, looking through different shades of cabinets even magazines (I must have drove her crazy) she even offered me some of her pastelillo. I Was honored.Finally when my decision was made, I then met a different but equally lovely women named Frances, who took the time to explain the differences in granite, installation and protectant. I was so pleased I upgraded from my original level 1 to a level 2 for a great price of 46$ a sqft😲 . Installation is next week. Im so excited, cant wait.Finally as I was walking out, another huge smile and great person named Ana came out her office and offerred me one last refill on my coffee before I left. I of course said YESSSS!!!I feel indebted. Thank you girls and thank you CL CORP.Will add more once installation complete😁😁😁
