I have worked with many subcontractors over several decades. While seeking someone to remove and install counter tops in my kitchen, I queried friends/associates re their experiences. A few days later, I walked into Fandos Marble & Granite and met David. I appreciated the advice David gave me as well as appraising me of their business background and knowledge. David handed business cards to me so that I could personally view the granite/quartz slabs on various local sites. The viewing choices were vast. While reviewing my material choices, David steered me to choose an economical, quality piece of quartz. Behind the scenes, his crew created a template. Yes, they confirmed the accuracy of the template twice to ensure and confirm the design. A few days later, and in one day the removal of old and install of new was 100% complete. I was visiting my parents in Florida and my family decided to upgrade their kitchen countertops for them. We reviewed the options in the area, visited a few locations, checked on Costco and Lowes based on past personal experiences and referrals. I needed to make a decision quickly and did not have time get tangled in a project with problems.Fandos Marble & Granite was one of 2 online we opted to visit and get bids. After meeting with David, going to the warehouse to review quartz & granite options, we selected Blue Ice Extra granite to get a bid on with the 50/50 undermount stainless sink. David gave us the bid that day. I made it clear that I wanted honesty, quality work, and execution on a tight schedule. We decided to go with Fandos as I felt confident in what they said they would do. We then added the 2 bath vanities to the job with Vyara Beach granite and ceramic undermount sinks. I intended to buy plumbing fixtures new but didnt intend to buy them from the place David recommended. But, after seeing the options and Triton working with me on price, I bought and installed all 3 without issue.David and the Fandos team executed flawlessly on schedule, at the cost we agreed to, and met all expectations. Called David to get an estimate for my new kitchen granite countertops, he was able to quote me right over the phone. Immediately drove down to his place to do the contract. Brought in Fandos on a full kitchen remodel. They came out measured meticulously. The kitchen was not exactly square! The counter tops were cut precisely and installed perfectly. The black pearl looks amazing with the white shaker cabinets.

We were recommended to Fandos Marble and Granite by a mutual friend. We were just looking to swap out the countertops in one of our condo units. Their prices were so reasonable that we decided to go ahead and swap out the countertops in both of our condo units.They are easy to work with and David takes special pride in the work that they do. He will make helpful suggestions as to the materials you should use. He was out there at both job sites making sure the work was done right and on time.We will be using them again on our next kitchen and bathroom projects.

I did not have any work done by this company (my granite counter-tops and sink were originally installed by a Stock subcontractor) because Dave helped me fix myself a complex problem I was having with my under-cabinet stainless sink. It was sagging down from the Granite counter-top on one side. Where the sink sagged/separated, it pulled some granite with it so there was a > 1/8 crack in it. It only had two clips holding the back rim of sink tight against the bottom of granite counter-top and they became loose. Plus the rest of the sink rim was held in place by only epoxy which separated on 1/2 of sink. He spent time on phone with me and talked me through several options. He sent catalogs in case we had to replace with a drop in sink. It took me 2-3 hours to repair the problem with 1x3 wooden supports, and a little epoxy for the crack. It looks as good as new and has much more support than original install. He is a star. I would definitely go to his establishment for work if needed in future. I offered him money for his time and guidance but he did not want to take any.

Installation was very thorough and very well done. Its the most important part of the process! We utilized quartz manufactured by MSI. We recommend you try to visit an MSI showroom so you see large pieces instead of just a small slab.

Fandos Marble & Granite, did a great job installing our granite counter top in our laundry room.I enjoyed talking with David, and with his help we picked a piece of granite that looks amazing.Since or laundry room counter top had 3 different angles, David indicated doing a balsa wood template was the best way to get the exact angles. David was able to create the whole counter top (with angles) all out of 1 piece of granite,(no seams, how wonderful). David added a 3 back splash and the fabrication and installation went extremely smooth. The installers were professional, and careful.Anyone needing granite, marble this is the place to go.

Great company. I had a full granite kitchen bar that need to be removed and reinstalled correctly. Most companies did not even want to touch it. I have not had good experiences in the past with other granite companies but Fandos was great. Visited with them and scheduled an appointment for a measure 3 days in advance. Waited at my house for 20 minutes. Called them and got thru and they obviously forgot and mentioned they would call me back. Never heard back. Completely ghosted.I selected them as a candidate based on the Google reviews so felt obligated to share my experience.**Update - definitely a real review, he met me. Called me several times leaving nasty voicemails and took time out of his day to look up my company and write a negative review on it although he has never done business with me. This guy is scary.

David was very pleasant to work with. We bought our first home, decided to remodel our kitchen and stumbled upon Fandos Marble & Granite online. The company had excellent reviews so we decided to contact them. David answered all of our questions and his prices were very fair. Our countertops were originally going to be installed the week Hurricane Irma hit. Davids staff contacted us immediately after the storm to check on our status and the job was done the next day. The individual who completed the templates and the installers were efficient and respectful. We highly recommend this company for countertops!
