This was not our first stop looking for a new counter top. We did go to 2 other places. We are glad we did stopped here! Super great staff/installers and great selection. Im unhappy with our overall customer experience. They Cut my electrical wire during removal of old counter. Lost 3 appliances for 3 days. No apology. One piece of new stone had surface damage. No compensation. No apology. Was told it was forklift damage. I didnt pay for scratch and dent. I paid good money. Was not given the opportunity to preview the layout prior to cutting the stone. Layout wasnt what we wanted. Then Was quoted to correct layout.. Not one apology. Ever. We paid in full and decided to be smarter with our decisions, ask for references and get atleast 3 different quotes. Im from the north where people are not complacent and they do whats right for the customer and realize word of mouth is everything related to repeat business. Live and learn from my experience. Scroll on by this place. No need to contact me. Be happy I paid you in full.

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Class A Design. We contracted with them to replace the granite throughout our house with quartz. They were extremely helpful with recommendations and arranged for us to see full sheets of quartz as we made our selection. We found this to be extremely helpful. They showed up as scheduled and did impeccable work. We’ve referred neighbors to them and they have been as satisfied as we are.

The process with Class A Designs was positive from start to finish. My salesgirl was helpful, knowledgeable, and walked me through the selection of our granite as well as a beautiful sink and faucet. The installation was done a few weeks later and the finished product is everything I’d hoped it would be.We are very satisfied with this company.

Customer service from Lola in sales to the installation team were A+. From the day we choose our counter tops to the day of installation was approximately 10days. One minor problem and it was fixed immediately. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

BUYER BEWARE! I had counter tops installed. A lot of issues that they didn’t want to resolve. Went a month with out a kitchen during the Thanksgiving holiday and they said one day it would be installed! The office manager even quit because she could not keep up with all the complaints!

I had a problem several problems with my countertop. I was going to try and not complain but the counter was not sealed properly and ruined a section. When Class A Design was called to make the repairs he said that the warranty had passed and that he wasnt sure they did the work. I had the paid invoice in my hand. I couldnt believe that, we didnt do the work ourselves very poor installation and customer service. BEWARE

I am so glad we decided to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms with Class A. They all made the process very easy and pleasant. The warehouse had everything on display and I love that it’s a family business. Also the guys that came to the house were very professional, and fast at the job. It all looks perfect, just how I wanted it. Thank you!!!!

We checked out quite a few granite places but Noemi in the office was so nice and patient with us we decided to do business here, so glad we did! Great people, very friendly and good prices. I was shopping for granite counter tops and stopped by Class A, I spoke to Eddie we gave him the basic measurements of the present counter tops we have and gave us a price right then and there with no hassle of trying to get us to sign a contract. We were at counter tops and more on the north 41, they were double the price for the same granite level and tried so hard to push us into a contract right then and there. We have not purchased yet do to finances, but as soon as we are ready we are calling Eddie.

I have been in the General Contracting business for almost 30 years. I exclusively use Class A Design for all of my Granite and Quartz needs. Their professionalism and standards of excellence are unsurpassed. I highly recommend Class A Design for all of you Granite & Quartz!

They are not to be trusted. Theyll tell you one thing and after they get the first payment all hell breaks loose. They dont care about you, about quality works, about doing their jobs correctly. they are lazy, unethical, and unprofessional. And if you decide to fire them, or discontinue the contract, they are the first to run to put a lien on your property. What make it worst, is that in Florida they dont give the home owner the option to challenge the contractor before they put the lien, so the contractor can go and put a lien in your property even though they are at fault and did not do the work they where supposed to do. So be careful of who you trust and hire.

Most people who are giving good reviews are related to Eddie the owner. We hired them to do a renovation job, since then its been a nightmare. Everything is going wrong. Very disappointed in customer service and lack of communication with horrible scheduling ability for workers. A job that was promised to be done in eight weeks has lasted more than sixteen and still wasnt finished. If you hire them be prepared to extremely upset about the delay and all the extras that will come along every step of the way. ( I really wondered if all those 5 stars reviews they have are authentic, because this company is so undisciplined how can that be?)

Naomi and Ed were very helpful at recommending granite yards and planning the layout of the granite we selected. Our installers, Paulo and Harry did a great job with the new granite and moving the existing countertop to the outdoor kitchen and laundry room.
