Best vape store Ive ever been to

Ive been to several different vape shops in multiple states. And modo vape blew me away by far. Brian helped me and is more knowledge then any other Ive ever dealt with. Customer service is exceptional. I dont plan on going anywhere else. I highly recommend.

This was the second place we stopped to shop. Their prices were very reasonable, but the real reason we bought here was the staff person on duty! Abby was the young woman behind the counter she was SUPER FRIENDLY AND SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE !! We will definitely be back to see her again!! Thanks for such great service Abby!!

Decent store with friendly employees but their variety of stock is limited. Have to go to a different store even though this one is closer.

Best products at the best price in fort Myers. The staff are knowledgeable on all their products. Great line of house juices and even bigger selection of premiums. They have what youre looking for and match you to your needs perfectly. And if they dont have it theyll get it. Good selection of quality kratom and CBD. I love this place. And theyre open late on Fridays and Saturdays.

Eden gave great customer service and was able to help me fix my vape pen, that I was sure was broken to the point of no return. She assisted me in picking out the proper coil and it has been working good as new ever since. Very happy with her knowledge of vape products, shes a gem.

Purchased a vape pen from here that started getting flaming hot the day after I bought it, called and asked if this is normal and was assured it was. I knew it wasnt. Needless to say, the pen exploded in my car. Got it exchanged by a different associate at the store, so no biggie. Stopped in last week to see about different options for my husband and walked out completely unsatisfied. The person working that day took a very personal and pretty graphic phone call while I was standing there, and just ignored the fact that I still needed help. I walked out totally grossed out and wont be back. Went to Downtown Vapor instead.

My fiance and I were here only twice. 1st day to get a UWell Crown 4 mesh coil. They didnt have any mesh. Just the regular. I settled for the regular until I got home to my own stock of mesh coils. Brian offered to install it for me which I accepted. I own a Smok Species V2 mod with a UWell Crown 4 tank setup. After he finished he asked if my tank always spun in both directions. I assumed he meant the actual glass tank not the entire piece. So I said yes. When we got back to our hotel I realized what Brian was talking about. Because I went to close my air intake to half way. Thats when the entire piece spun. I couldnt tighten or loosen or even take it off. I quickly called Brian about the issue. He offered to come out to our hotel. I told him not to because I was going to call the store that I bought it from because they said they warrantied everything in-store and I didnt want to void the warranty. Which was Naples Vapor. They wouldnt warranty it at all because they said it wasnt a mechanical issue. Well, now they lost our business. I called Modo Vapor and explained everything that had happened. Brian called me back and said he would take care of it. Which he did. I now have a Smok I Priv. Which Im satisfied with and another Smok Mag being ordered. So, I definitely recommend this place. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and care about their customers. They will definitely keep us as customers. Thank you again, Modo Vapor!🤘

First time I came I found an amazing juice called grappleberry. Gentleman was very knowledgeable in salt nics. The following three times I came, they kept giving me deadlines and Everytime Id return, I was told it wasnt ordered... Or it was on its way... Bummer.Edit... They called me yesterday saying they had the juice in stock finally. Showed up today and the nice lady behind the counter had it waiting for me by the register.Added a star for pulling thru!
